I was very dissatisfied that I had to wait 6 months to get in to see my provider for a general checkup.

I like the doctor's care; he's a very good doctor. However, I've heard several complaints about this, and it's something I've heard others say, that making an appointment isn't easy. First of all, you have to talk to recordings, and you don't understand what you're saying, so you have to repeat yourself, wasting a lot of time trying to do that, and you have other things to do. The doctor himself is very good, but the service with the recordings is definitely not.

Dr. M. Galbreath and his nurse were very thorough in both the examination process and explanation of what might be causing my symptoms. Explained how my new medication may help. I was very happy how my appt went and I am hopeful that my new medication will help me feel better. I will definitely be following up with this doctor.

The computers were down the morning of my appointment and Dr. Galbreath said he was going to put in a prescription for an antibiotic for me when the computers went up. When I went to fill the prescription, there was no prescription at the pharmacy. And Dr. Galbreath did not put the prescription in and he didn't give me a phone call or a text message or an explanation as to why he didn't put the prescription in. So that necessitated a whole other trip to urgent care for me and the problem is still not resolved. So while at the time I was treated with a great respect and what I felt was caring, I really feel that that office or Dr. Galbreath dropped the ball by not calling in the prescription as promised or at least not giving me a phone call or a text message or a heads up or an explanation as to why he didn't put in the prescription that he told me he was going to.

I am a big fan of Dr. Galbreath. He is knowledgeable and has great human relation skills. He is an asset to the medical field.

When I needed to get an appt. regarding pain with my right thumb I was told it would be 4-5 months but I was able to see a P.A. within 3 weeks. Happy to see P.A. fairly quickly . However, I was able to get a Wellness Exam appt. with Dr. Galbreath within a couple of weeks. Wellness exams take precedence over experiencing pain?

Dr. Galbreath is very professional I Thank God to putting him available on February 19, I was needing a Dr. just like him... I wish that I had the opportunity to meet him at least 6 weeks ago. To be honest on the 19 I needed to see a Dr. Just like him. After he examined me right away he determined that I was needing am MRI on my spine if have had went to him since December 26, 2025 he would have prevent me to going to a lot of pain on my lower back right leg and knee. Honestly if PIH could have at least 85% of Doctors like him PIH would be the best Hospital across America.... (words removed).... Be gaming March 1, 2025 Dr. Galbreath officially will be my primary Dr. I've make the change the change with the insurance already.... This is the first time I've been 100% satisfied with the procedures the doctor used to find the cause of my symptoms. He took immediate action by ordering blood tests and identified my deficiencies. I was pleased with that, and above all, I feel much better today thanks to the recommendations I immediately followed.

Yes, I like Dr. Mike Galbreath. He's very professional and kind, and he took the time to explain the new medicine that he prescribed, Varshiga. It's just that I have to get him to sign a form so I can get my copayment reduced. The copayment on Varshiga is $290, and hopefully with this new program, AZ Med, that he can get it reduced somewhat for me. So I was very happy with him and I'd recommend him. Thank you.

Excellent service

I had to wait 3 months for this appointment, then I waited 45 minutes before been seen, and then another 20 minutes for the nurse to come with the shots.

It take several months to get an appt. The ladies at the front desk are very cold. The faces look angry, and discontent with their job. Not very good customer service. As the saying goes "service with a smile." Not happening!

Hi, I've been a patient of Dr. Michael Galbreath for some time. He's always so thorough and so professional and so kind. I've truly enjoyed being under his care.

Not sure what happened. I was scheduled for the first appointment of the day and was seen after another patient. I schedule my appointments in advance so that this doesn't happen. The office staff and doctor are the best and I do not see this as being their fault.

I was very impressed with how thorough this provider was and how he addressed every issue of preventive medicine. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Galbreath has been really good in the sessions I've had with him in the last, well, the last couple of years. I started with PIH a few years ago. My initial interaction with him was a little bumpy, and not entirely his fault that we were getting to know each other. But honestly, in the last few sessions that I've had with him, he's just been really responsive, listens really well, and I really appreciate how conscientious he is and how helpful he is. and the connections he's made for me in terms of like my health and the medications and the referrals I've needed. So I really do appreciate his work and you know, he's a good doctor. So I do appreciate him for that. Thank you.

Dr. Galbreath has been and is so attentive to our dad and our mom's needs, and we appreciate the time that he takes to really understand what may have happened, and we've seen, and he then details out the information that makes it easy for us that are not doctors and not scientists to understand. He just valued that while trying to care for us every chance, and understanding that that's a life chance.

Seemed very short staffed and of course they'd never answer the telephone with a human being. I've spent several days several hours trying to communicate with anybody at the PIH just get a stupid recording or leave my number to call back and it never gets a call back. Get your stuff together. I would like a response to my comment.

Dr Michael Galbreath is one my doctors that I can't say good enough things about. He is very courteous, attentive, sensitive, caring and respectful. His bedside manner is very pleasant. He always makes me feel like he's treating a member of his family. The only negative thing I have to say is that it's very difficult to book an appointment soon enough.
