The people were friendly, but after seeing the doctor, it took them an hour to give me an appointment. I had to go out and ask if they had forgotten about me.

Everything was great. I think for improvement, it would be nice to advise patients that they might have run down and be going to the bathroom a lot. And it would be nice for them to, you know, put in some lube or vagali to prevent from getting hurt. Because I did get hurt. I didn't know that I was going to run to the bathroom so much. But everything else was great. Thank you so much.

The service was excellent from beginning to end. The staff was very professional, especially (name removed) and Dr. Pimienta, who were very kind, attentive, and helpful. I am completely satisfied with the service and the medical care. That is my comment.

Of course I'd recommend him. It was my first time seeing Dr. Pimienta, but I was so impressed that I didn't want to go back to the clinic, but then I met Dr. (name removed). So I stayed at the clinic. He's really nice. He's very special.

What I didn't like were the dates and withdrawal periods for the studies. It's four months, and that felt like a long time. I'd like it to be as short as possible.

Just the timeframe for setting appointment was too long. I got my authorization in December, but only in March I was able to have my appointment. Other than that, he was an excellent and smooth experience. Reception was very nice and welcoming. Office staff in general, nice and super clean everywhere. Young but experienced knowledgeable and kind doctor. One more remark on the address, it should be notified that this is a south side of the building. Thank you

Very nice staff and good doctor. They were all very accommodating and really went out of their way to make the client understand the health concerns and to provide subsequent instructions for the next medical procedure to be done.

I recently had a colonoscopy at PIH with (name removed). Everyone from the preop nurses to the OR staff were professional and made me feel relaxed and cared for. I want to thank everyone on staff for helping me through the day. The follow up visit was just as professional and everyone seems to care for the patients. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The inception point of being greeted, the check-in was very swift and fast. There was an African-American woman that was aiding someone, teaching, I guess, training them, and she was very helpful. So was the lady that was training. (Name removed) was the nurse. She was very personable, and Dr. Pimienta was very calm, caring, understandable, and triaged my issues and created a plan swiftly. The only thing I wish was that there was a greater time of scheduling for my endoscopy and my colonoscopy. That was a four-month-out scheduling, which seems quite far, but I wish that that was different, but they were able to put me on a wait list while still confirming my appointment.

I was not really feeling well when I got to the doctor and he sensed that and told me to go to the ER. So I did and I found out that I had a bad kidney infection or a urinary tract infection that was almost bad kidney infection. So therefore I caught it before it got really bad. And so I want to thank him for his observance and recommendation to go to the ER and give him accommodation for that. Thank you.

Yes, when I first met Dr. Pimienta, I was a little hesitant because he was like a male doctor and, you know, me as a female going there, was a little bit nervous, but he made me feel so at ease. He was so nice. He has excellent bedside manners. He explained the whole procedure. He made sure that when I went for my procedure that he talked to me. And then after the procedure, he came back and he spoke to me as well. He is an excellent doctor who I would highly recommend to any of my either staff or family members. Thank you.

The attention from the moment we arrived was excellent; they were very attentive and kind. The doctor explained the entire procedure to me. The nurse was equally helpful and explained exactly how I should take all the medication on the day of my procedure. I was very happy and satisfied with my appointment. Thank you.

I think communication could be improved with getting, making plans for colonoscopy. I was not given the full information on my prep. I was supposed to have a two-day prep, but I did not have any knowledge about that until two days before my colonoscopy. I wouldn't have been able to accomplish that. So I think communication should be a little bit better and taken a little bit more time to make sure that the communication is clear. That's it. Thank you.
