My post op appointment lasted about 3 minutes and I was on my way but the doctor basically told me all was good.

Dr. Michael Tran was professional and performed an emergency appendectomy surgery. My follow-up appointment was thorough and he answered all my question. His staff was very kind and respectful.

Made me feel comfortable about my surgery and the waiting before procedure.

Nurse (name removed) in out patient surgery was very nice and attentive time and my husband. Both of us are hard of hearing and she made sure we understood what she was saying. She treated me with excellent care. (PHI removed)

I waited a long time to be seen for 3 minutes Also, please tell front desk, back office, personnel not to change ones name. If they are unsure of the pronunciation, they can ask. I'm tired of people dropping my middle initial or calling me (PHI removed)

My only complaint is the pih hemotology department they never called me to schedule an appointment. And when I called them they told me they could not help me and they would call me back. Which they never did.
