I waited a long time to be seen for 3 minutes Also, please tell front desk, back office, personnel not to change ones name. If they are unsure of the pronunciation, they can ask. I'm tired of people dropping my middle initial or calling me (PHI removed)

My only complaint is the pih hemotology department they never called me to schedule an appointment. And when I called them they told me they could not help me and they would call me back. Which they never did.

I appreciate the office staff in answering my questions on scheduling. Additionally, they were helpful in getting my paperwork for work signed off by the doctor. My experience with Dr. Tran will forever be in my heart and mind. Prior to the surgery, he spoke to me a few times. I appreciate his honesty in saying the surgery might have that slightest possibility of severe consequences. After the surgery, I remember Dr. Tran being attentive to my sudden spike in blood pressure. Furthermore, my post surgery visit was pleasant. Dr. Tran answered my questions.

The doctor was very blunt and did not have very good bedside manners.
