Michelle is an excellent physician assistant. I really, really liked her. She really explained herself from point A to B to me. I asked her questions. She answered them and she's going to make a great physician. I give her a 10 plus. I commend her as a doctor oncologist.

Since I met Dr. (three names removed), and all the other doctors it's been great to have understanding when you find out you have Lymphoma. ALL the nurses and technicians have been wonderful. You have a great work force , your most valuable asset. I will send more feedback to Mr. (name removed) down the road. Your TV CHANNELS are horrible

Getting an appointment in this office was easy and the qualified nurse practitioner was thorough and competent. The hard part was scheduling the breast MRI through the women's health center this year instead of directly with radiology as in previous years. That took way too long. The competent technicians who administered the MRI, however, were quick and efficient. The series of events could be more streamlined if the breast health center had more staff to manage MRI scheduling because one contact seemed to be too limiting. Having attended several other exams at the women's health center, this type of clog in the system is not common.

I was very specific about what I needed about my medication confusion. I thought that the doctor neglected to do what she told me she was going to do and the messages were not passed down correctly. But I don't think it was the PA's assistant that at fault that much. But I would not want to go back.

I have a lot of props to give to Dr. (name removed)'s office. Dr. (name removed) has always been wonderful. Michelle Lee was really, really good and the only reason I said three on one of the questions was because I don't know her and that was about trusting her. And no complaints usually about this office, but patient access in other offices is really bad.

Thank you to all the nurses and staff in the infusion center. They make you feel welcome. Very knowledgeable they care and give 100% attention to the patient make your treatment a lot easier keep up the great job you do for us.

Hi, hello, this is (PHI removed), one of the customers, and my suggestion is to have more, and I know this is difficult because they're hard to get, because they're the ones who greet the customer first, and the ones who get paid a lot of money are the doctors, not the entry-level people. So I would do more staff development with them in answering the phone, and to find out from them if they have long waits. Sometimes the waits get long, I'm sure that's the way it is all over because it's a cost-saving mechanism. But if you want my feedback, hire more people, keep training them with staff development, and keep up the good work because PIH is doing a

With the professionals, the nurses, the doctor, is very good and I love that. The only thing that is not professional at all are the receptionists. When you come in and they serve you, they answer rudely. They also tell you that they don't speak Spanish, but in a very ugly way. They didn't even take my drink and they've had it for a long time. Those who are in front of those who receive people dedicate a class so that the simple way of treating people is what they've had for a long time. Thank you.

Dr. Le is one of the best Doctors I've ever had and I e had many. Her and Dr. (name removed) are the two in Oncology that I trust . They listen and are never trying to rush you out after waiting for an hour in the waiting room to just be seen for 2minutes and charged a lot of money! PIH and the $5 parking fee for other doctor visits is sickening . I leave and have to come back and pay again in the same day then I see older folks parking in the street who can't afford the $5! Do better PIH!
