MICHELLE is AWESOME!

I was completely comfortable with my appointment. Staff was professional, kind, caring and listened to me and answered my questions. I don't think that since it's a new department, the lobby staff should know more about it, especially when asked for directions.

Michelle was Professional, Friendly, Patient, Detailed, and a Good Listener.....
