I recently went in for my physical and had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Check in was smooth, and the medical assistant was incredibly kind and professional. The doctor was very thorough, took the time to answer all of my questions, and provided clear, helpful feedback. I truly appreciated the care and attention I received and am grateful for such a positive experience.

Receptionists not very welcoming. Primary physician difficult to make an appt with but usually can see a PA within a few weeks.

The doctor is very good, very thorough, and I'm very happy with her. However, it takes a long time to get an appointment with her, and I've only seen her twice. I think I see the PA more than her. So I'd like to get an appointment with the doctor in a more timely manner. Thank you.

Dr. Abu Gosh is very professional, kind and answered the questions I had thoroughly. She offered healthful information paperwork that is typed and ready for patients to receive. Maybe its the amount of people who are needing, requesting or wanting her special attention, but it takes a couple of months to get an appt with her. I truly respect her . Thank you . Dr. Abu Gosh is always friendly, yet very professional. She explains everything well and always listens to any concerns i may have. I am very happy that I finally have an amazing Dr. whom I trust completely.

Dr. Abaghosh is a very competent doctor and very pleasant to deal with.

I was able to get an appointment the next day and was sen, diagnosed in a timely matter.

I "did" trust her during the time of my visit, and then she forgot to submit my prescription to my pharmacy. My appointment with her was at 10 am. My husband attempted to pick up my prescription at 3 pm. There was no prescription ready for me. I called the office and was told that a message would be sent to the doctor. No response. I called the pharmacy and asked the pharmacist to call the office. He did and got no response. Now I will have to pay to see a different provider today (on a Saturday) and start back at square one. How terribly irresponsible and negligent. There should be a system in place to ENSURE that prescriptions are sent! I will be following up with an email to PIH administrators.

I went in for a physical and a pap and i asked her about a pain that i have in the same area as i had as in where i was getting the pap done but instead she told me she could not discuss about anything because it was a physical. That i needed to pay for that type. She did not ask me anything during my physical or during my pap. In my opinion i think that since i have been having pain in my pelvic/uterus area I think she should have answered my question instead she made it seem as a money issue and not medical one. I was deeply disappointed in this instead of treating me right there and then she wants me to go back in for another visit. When i go in for a pain visit or for a refill visit she sure can talk to me about physical and paps that i need, how come she can tell me then but when i ask a question she wants me to pay for medical advise and not treat me there and then.

Well, most of my family and friends don't live in the Whittier area so it would be a drive for them to come to this office.

We worked out a new treatment plan to work on. I'm hoping my insurance will pay for it.

Dr. Gosh's staff was very disrespectful to me and they made me look like (word removed). The staff at Dr. Gosh's office, they need to be replaced. They are no good and they don't care for anyone.

The front office staff was very unhelpful and was very disturbed about changing an appointment time for May 2026

For one, this is the first time I've seen this lady. She's just getting my ball rolling, okay? She seemed good and all, but that questions you guys ask for ratings don't even apply to like first-time people. I don't know all this stuff yet. As we go, you know, I can evaluate it better, but as so far, so good. Okay. I'm just saying that. You guys on your question trains, it's just not right. You're asking questions, first-time visitor, don't even know really her skills yet. So thank you. Bye.

The doctor was very patient, very clear, she explained everything completely so I could understand it, very kind, very professional. The only thing I don't like about you, about the system, is that today I didn't happen to see this doctor because it's my first time with her, but I've also had experiences with Dr. (name removed), for example, who is a good doctor, excellent. The only problem is that I think you have a time limit for seeing patients, and sometimes you can't really listen because you have a time limit, and it's not like you want to spend all day, but sometimes you say something and they say no, come back for another appointment. So it takes a long time to schedule a new appointment, both with Dr. (name removed) and the new doctor I saw, Abu Gosh or something like that.

This (word removed) on the front, she is loud when ask personal information such as a birthday, reasons we as patient are there for, etc. and her voice sounds kind of rude or she is rude.

I trust Dr. Abu Gosh with my life. She listens to my concerns, fears, and mental well-being. Having SPS requires my team of physicians and physical therapists keep me in the upright position and Dr. Abu Gosh looks at everyone's input and makes recommendations.

I went to see Dr Mina Abu Gosh, because my Primary Care Dr (name removed) did not respond to my questions that were asked of him in the PIH on-line portal regarding severe back pain. I waited a week for a response from Dr (name removed) but got none. I then called the PIH referral and authorizations group who in-turn sent three urgent messages to DR (name removed)... after another week...no response. A member of Dr (name removed) staff finally did call more than two weeks after the initial message to the on-line portal. PIH prides itself with being committed to quality patient care, they encourage the use the use of the primary care physicians to guide the patient regarding their care. In addition, they encourage the use of the on-line portal. I will be changing my primary care physician as I no longer feel comfortable with Dr (name removed). I am very comfortable with the PIH Medical Group and have every intention of staying with them. Dr (name removed) does not seem to reflect PIH's commitment to quality patient care. I would be more than willing to discuss this with PIH Health Physicians management.

I would just like to say that I really like my doctor. She listens to my concerns and is always on top of my care.

I hesitate to disparage the provider and the office. I just feel it's par for the course in healthcare today. The visit was hurried and one of the first things I was told was that my appointment was for a physical only and that if I brought up any issues I wanted addressed, I would need to make another appointment or I would be charged a co-pay for this visit. This is utterly ridiculous since I would assume any healthcare provider would want to know about any health issues you have in a timely manner. Since it had taken me 6 weeks to get this appointment, and since the co-pay had been charged to me anyway during the on-line pre-registration, I brought up the issues I had. They were addressed by the doctor, but one of them was basically downplayed mostly because of insurance reasons. Also, she said that since she wasn't my usual provider, I should bring up any chronic problems with my regular provider, but I made an appointment with this provider because my regular provider had no appointments available for a much longer time. My overall impression was that I was just being rushed out of there.

I am extremely pleased with Dr. Mina Abu Gosh. She is always well-versed or well-read on my history. She prepares for my appointments because I know she will order a lab three or four weeks ahead of time that maybe wasn't on the lab request initially. She goes over the results thoroughly. She's always willing to discuss my concerns or my issues with my health and tried to come up with a realistic way to deal with it. She's just a wonderful doctor and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I think the last question I was expecting to answer 10 and I think it was just a number one or a number two. So if there is,

This was my first visit with this Doctor, my primary care physician retired..I was seeing by other Doctor they assigned to me at the same medical group and I wasn't happy with the new Doctor. My wife told me about Dr Mina because she is her primary doctor and I wanted to give her a try . So far this was my first visit and I like her.

Making appointments should be quick and not have to wait a month or longer. I might have to find another doctor

Dr. Abu Gosh is an outstanding, empathetic, and understanding physician. I am grateful to have her as a doctor. I wish I could see her more often. Dr. Abu Gosh is really wonderful. She's always so kind and explains things very well. She helped reassure me when I was a bit nervous.

I came in with quite a few concerns. I feel physically ill pretty much every day, and unfortunately my doctor didn't seem to be that concerned or curious about it. I had to remind her as she was trying to leave the room that I needed bloodwork done. I had to repeat my concerns multiple times before she would address it, and then she didn't seem very interested in asking for further information. I felt like I wasn't heard at all and left the appointment in tears. It's unfortunate because I've enjoyed working with her in the past, but I feel like she's not able to address my concerns as someone trying to figure out why I chronically feel unwell. I also worry she doesn't fully understand the latest research around neurodivergence and how it affects overall health.

My appt was a follow up after an emergency hospital overnight stay. Dr. Abu Gosh was prepared and had read my history before seeing me. She answered all my questions. Never did I feel rushed.

Scheduling and waiting times in the exam rooms is problematic for people with lives and appointments of their own.

Dr Abu Gosh is well worth the wait! She is aware of what is going on with you and takes the time to listen and come up with a plan taking into consideration your thoughts,ideas,concerns. I am relieved to be in such good hands with Dr Abu Gosh.

The healthcare system is more concerned about money. My appointment was scheduled for a physical exam and nothing else. If I wanted to discuss any other issues I would be charged for two medical appointments. I was not very happy.

First of all, thank you. It is difficult for us older people to find someone who treats us with respect and patience, and Dr. MINA J ABU GOSH is patient and makes us feel like family. She is so nice. And I don't want to forget to mention the person who prepares us before seeing the doctor. She is very attentive and respectful. In short, my husband, my daughter and I are super happy with the doctor and her staff, and I don't want to overlook the technician when we have a blood test. She is a sweetheart. I was able to see a nurse practitioner I was not able to see a Dr

I had an appointment with Dr. (name removed), but I didn't like it because I told her that I had problems with my spine and I had gone to Emergency, and she didn't touch anything (unreadable) gone to emergency two times due to back pain. And when I went, they told me she had to refer me to a doctor (unreadable) to get medications for those pains, and I was told it was probable (unreadable) thinking it was a neck nerve.
