We never got to see the doctor. We waited a long time in the waiting room, and I went up to the desk to ask how long more it would be and they told me it would be about another hour, hour and a half, which is totally unacceptable. That would make the wait would have been 3 1/2 hours. They should have notified us sooner and that's why I'm very upset the way we were treated.

The staff at the urgent care was very friendly including Dr Leon but she was in my room all but 2 minutes said she was going to check something from the last time I was there and never came back in. The nurse came in a few minutes later and gave me my walking papers. I had other questions to ask but Dr Leon never came back in. The Dr I had the 1st time at that urgent care was very good he listened to me and answered all my questions.

She took her time with me even though she was the only provider at urgent care that day. Staff informed me at check in that she was the only provider for the day.

Dr. Leon was great and we were seen quickly as our usual Whittier urgent care center had a long wait with lots of people waiting. Dr. Leon thoroughly checked PHI removed) and prescribed what he needed to feel better! We will be back!

Yes, I live in Fullerton, so this, the La Habra location Urgent Care has always been wonderful, as far as, there's not a lot of people in there, and I'm usually seeing very quickly, but this last time, I think there was only one doctor, but there was, I guess, a lot of people and I did wait a long time. So, but that's why I don't like to go to the Whittier one. They're nice too, but I wait forever. So, anyway, that was just my feedback. So, not sure if you, now that more people know that it's there, maybe you have more patients wanting to come there, so you might need 2 providers? Just a suggestion. Thank you.

I told them at the desk my husband had Covid 5 days ago and I had a sore throat, aches, etc. When I got to the room they did a STREP test. I told them I needed to be checked for Covid and they said it was not protocol. After a LONG time they finally did the test. She came in with a face shield, double masked, gowned etc. Most people at that point would be alarmed. Last week my husband did not know he had Covid and as soon as they took him in they swabbed him for strep, influenza A&B and Covid. I was in that office about 2 hours and then she presents herself like that?

No one was at the front desk of this La Habra Urgent Care. There were no patients being seen or waiting aside from me. Yet I still waited as the RN was in the back office instead. When she finally came out, she was unfriendly and unwelcoming. She told me not to ring the bell more than once and after I explained I had been waiting for a while she got upset and was rude. My son wasn't seen by the nurse practitioner until after tests were done and decided on by the nurse. Usually it's the Dr that decides which tests/treatment are necessary after examination of the patient. Then the nurse follows her orders.

The waiting room was completely empty and it took them 1 hour to triage me. There was no excuse to have waited an hour in an empty waiting room. I am employee at PIH Whittier Emergency room and our fast track on a not busy day would've been faster. I am very dissatisfied with the wait time when it was not even busy at all.

Urine culture was delayed. The nurse said that there was some kind of error, and it wasn't done on time. That's all.

I just wanted to add that all the caregivers, nurses, receptionist were very receptive are very caring. And my daughter who is only 3 years old felt completely safe in so much that she was able to answer all the questions by herself. Of course, I was present but they were able to communicate with her and they communicated directly to her, which I absolutely loved. And she felt safe enough to answer with them and reply to them. So I just wanted to say a great job to the doctor to the PA to the nurses to the receptionist for all of their care and consideration in regarding their patients.

The girl at the reception desk was very rude and not welcoming at all. Was very unhappy with the way she treated me and my boyfriend. The nurse and doctor were great and very friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Leon was very helpful and listened to my concerns about my son. She was able to ease my concerns and the entire staff was so nice and not only mine but my sons experience great. I always make the drive to this specific urgent care because it's always super fast and the staff is always so nice.

Nancy, seemed she was in a rush to walk out I felt Those 2 min was to long for her to be in there waste of my $60 copayment she prescribed my antibiotics and walked out. When I was getting my discharge paper told the young lady I had a question Nancy didn't even give me the respect to acknowledge me she answer the question to the young lady and she gave me message. Bad customer service. If Nancy needs to be home do to her pregnancy stop working !

Everyone is really courteous, and professional. However, I think the wait time was pretty unreasonable. Given there was only a few people in the waiting area. It seems like that we weren't given any type of update to see it was going to be, Again I think the waiting time is a little unreasonable, thank you.

I was definitely hesitant that they gave me the right medicines at first but the the following day I realized I did have gout and the the medicine they gave me did help and they gave me the prednisone, which is the same thing you gave me for my right foot. I didn't realize they had asked me that til later and I, it was my fault but they they weren't sure what I did have some but the I'm glad they did all the tests they did. They were efficient. I'm I think I should have given them a 10. But at the time I was hesitant 'cause I was in pain. They didn't give me any anything for pain. That's the

Exceptional customer care for every single member of the staff. From reception to doctor everyone exceeded expectations. Some words I would use to describe EVERYone I came in contact with: kind, professional, personable, patient. I went to another urgent care recently and the comparison is night and day. In addition, office is warm and inviting, and clean. Thank you.

There were two ladies who assisted with the check in process. The first was very short and rude when I asked a question. The second one explained that there was an emergency going on and that things might take a little bit longer but they will help me as quickly as they could which was helpful to know for me. The nurse that took my vitals was kind and asked all the questions about how I was feeling and made note of my allergies. When the PA finally came in, she was in the room for maybe about a minute. She asked again what my symptoms were and told me I did have an ear infection. She said she would prescribe me a particular medication and if I had any questions. I had to asked for a cough medicine because that was another symptom I was feeling. She just seemed like she didn't care to explain anything and that she couldn't be less interested in me or my health. Next time, I will wait at the Whitwood office to be seen. I only came here because of their short wait time and when I got there, the PA went on her lunch break.

It was my first time receiving treatment at a PIH urgent care, and I must say the customer service was outstanding from the minute I walked through the door until I left. The entire medical team was excellent and very compassionate.

The customer service, the professionalism and friendliness and knowledge of the staff the nurses doctor's assistance. Everybody were phenomenal the day of my visit. One thing that I would suggest improving on is maybe having a better access to call and see if you guys are open or how much you guys charge. I know you can't provide, you know, if you should come in or not or if you should go to the emergency room or call 911. But at least to be able to speak to a live agent, instead of an operator or automated system, a live agent with the a lot helpful. Other than that, I love this place and I definitely recommend it to my friends family, family and colleagues. Thank you.

I really liked the attention that Dr. Nancy Leon and the enforcers I really like the PIH in the city of Downy and the urgent care but there is one thing that I did not like (unreadable) with a lot of pain in my hands and (unreadable) made me wait a long time for that It was just bad. Everything we gave was very good. Good medications.

I went in for a COVID test, I was sent there by Employee Health, but I requested to be seen by a Dr. They did a rapid strep that was negative but they didn't do a culture. I paid my co pay and now I have to go to another Dr. and have a culture done. I have a PPO and I could of went to any urgent care to be seen but I figured I would try out PIH urgent care. I didn't even get to see a Dr.

I appreciate the help I received on Sunday. Luckily there wasn't anyone else rushing to see the Dr. at this time. So for this visit on a Sunday, I paid a massive premium, and felt I was rushed through as fast as possible to get me out of there, regardless of the lack of other patients. There was an additional fee for a test they gave me, even though I walked in and told them what the correct diagnosis was in the first place. The inflated cost for something so easy to self diagnose, I just feel gouged!!!
