Yes, Dr. Neil Manering, he was very helpful for me with my condition and explained this very well.

An improvement in the scheduling to schedule an appointment. It takes months before I could see the doctor and months again to schedule a procedure that he has ordered. Maybe they're just too busy or maybe I should be seeing another doctor. I don't know.

I felt really comfortable with Neil from the start, I'm so appreciative of his Professional, yet Kind ,and Patient manner . I feel very confident that he will do his best to find out my problem then address it as quickly as possible so I'll have the best opportunity for a Good outcome .?

The ladies who checked us in at reception were very courteous. The young lady who after our visit with the Dr that gave us our next appt never smiled, acted like we were taking up her time. Though the Dr said he would tell the nurse to give us an appt as soon as possible, the next appt is 5 1/2 months away. We really appreciate Dr Manering, but this young woman (nurse?) has no people skills. I hope it was just a bad day for her.

Dr. Manering is very patient and listened to my concerns. He asked many questions and made suggestions for treatment that he thoroughly explained. I feel encouraged and trust him with my care.

Very difficult to get appointments!!

I love going to see Dr. Manering. He makes you feel welcome. He doesn't make you feel rushed. He provides perfect time with you, never feeling rushed. He's a sweet man that I just love and I definitely have already recommended him and I will definitely recommend him and his staff. I love all of his staff. They are marvelous. I have not one bad thing to say about anybody. I loved (name removed) downstairs. And when you first walk in, (two names removed). Oh, what was the other lady's name? Oh, I can't think of it. She was so nice. She was the nurse that took care of me in his room and I can't think of her name. Everybody is just wonderful. I love going there. I feel very, very welcome, very comfortable. They're very knowledgeable. Just a pleasure to go to him.

The provider was a totally, just beautiful man. He was just a great man. He explained everything to me. He was kind. He spent a lot of time with me. We went over different situations where maybe we could help my neck that I have problems with. Just a great doctor overall. I totally trusted him. To get the appointment, no. It's taken me months to get in there. I guess because he's such a qualified doctor. that he has booked. But the office staff was quite pleasant and they got me in quickly because someone canceled. So yes, he's a great provider. So you've done very well on this doctor. So thank you so very much.

He was excellent. I appreciated meeting him and being referred to him. I look forward to seeing him again. Sounds like a ways out, but that's okay. And he chose to order a blood test for something special, so that's fine. I'll do that. Anyway, yes, everybody in the office was great. He was great. And I appreciate you all.

Dr. M explained my condition in a manner I understood and was able to prescribe the proper medication to help my condition.

Dr. Manering cares about me and my well being. He doesn't rush me and answers my questions or refers me to my regular doctor or my specialists. He's funny, positive, honest, and doesn't hesitate to alleviate my fears about something or a symptom. He's a wonderful neurologist!

If your doctor can't help you, it's best to cancel your appointment. You'll lose track of your records and patient history.

Dr Manering listens attentively. The time we spend together covers all aspects of my Myasthenia Gravis journey and we always agree on my treatment. I hope he never leaves PIH!

Yes, he was very, very informative, made you feel comfortable, answered everything that made you feel like your answer to the fullest. And compared to other doctors I've seen, very patient. Not only did he give you treatment options that would only benefit him, he gave you treatment offers that would actually see another doctor. But with his response, I would definitely go back to him. Dr. Manering was extremely competent to the point he listened very carefully. He tested and evaluated efficiently and very carefully in depth. He seemed sincere and in earnest about getting to the source of my neuropathy. He expedited tests with alacrity and explained them and what the next steps in protocol would be. I felt very competent in his hands and with his direction and in his medical knowledge and in his overall energy.

Went to office to schedule appointment and drop off paperwork. Was never called back. Called office back, appointment set for 6 months later. Not acceptable. Received letter from office with a sooner appointment but never called. Went to appointment. Doctor and his nurse never received the paperwork or information that I had been trying to set up time. Doctor advised me of how to get directly to him in the future.

Dr manering listened well, kindly, respectfully. I was satisfied with the visit. I am scheduled for an EMG next week with him.

All went well. My concerns were handled in a professional, compassionate and expeditious manner.

The office was great, put me at ease and the doctor came in, put me at ease both times that I saw him and if I know if there's a problem I can always call him and he will see me right away.
