Dr. Dalla Tor graduated from the University of California, School of Medicine, at Los Angeles in 1996 and completed a Family Medicine Residency at Kaiser Woodland Hills in 1999. After residency, he worked for Kaiser Permanente where he practiced primary care, urgent care, and inpatient medicine. After 7 years of experience, he decided to enter the teaching field in family practice. He currently enjoys practicing and teaching inpatient and outpatient medicine. He is now responsible for co-developing a Palliative Care/Home Care Visit Program for the residency.

Dr Dalla Tor is an excellent doctor. He is very professional and treats me with respect. He immediately shares results of various tests given to me. I definitely trust him in overseeing my care. All staff are very friendly and professional!

The care is excellent, I loved it except for the older lady at the front desk who is rude and I have no complaints about the rest, I don't want her to lose her job, just that the care given to certain patients leaves a lot to be desired, I give it a 2 on the evaluation scale.

You can see the experience and knowledge he has. It's a shame it's very difficult to see them. Someone else always helps you, and sometimes you find some who have a very bad attitude and very little experience.
