Him and his staff were amazing. I felt very comfortable with him. He made me feel secure. He was wonderful, him and his staff. I can't say anything bad about him. They were fantastic.

I changed with staff's attitude. Staff was very rude. Why didn't you cancel my appointment if I didn't get there within five minutes when my appointment was not at that time that the patient had to be? A very rude staff. And I hope that you talk to the staff member that works with that provider.

The medical assistant whom we initially met displayed excellent care and respect for my mom (patient). Dr. Saguan was attentive and listened to my concerns, expressed interest and offered caring support for my mom's medical situation. He offered sound, ethical advice and our family is appreciative for the service we received on this day.

From the receptionist to the nurse and the doctor, everyone is kind and very professional.

Dr. Saguan explained in detail the difference in some compression socks etc and the benefits. He gave more convincing reasons to wearing them compared to other doctors. Thank You.

Getting pro sppointmdng is difficult

Meeting with a new doctor is stressful. However I appreciated the understanding, expertise and communication this physician brought to the table! Thank you

I think the only thing that needs to be corrected or improved on is the fact that Dr. Saguan does not have scheduled regular operating times. So it made it very difficult to schedule my surgery. Everything was improved. I was ready to go, but it's because he has to bundle up surgeries with multiple patients. He doesn't have regular surgery days, and that made it very difficult. So there was a big delay in care because of that. Otherwise, he's great. I felt very comfortable and confident with him. And I just hope that he gets designated time to make it easier on him and his staff administratively. That would help out a lot. And it looks like we're going to be, I'm going to be in there more often. So I hope that this gets changed. Thank you.

Well, the staff member that took me to the room to await the doctor, communicated in English. Why upon leaving with information received by the doctor she spoke in Spanish ? I gave her a quizzical look and answered in English.
