I think the only thing that needs to be corrected or improved on is the fact that Dr. Saguan does not have scheduled regular operating times. So it made it very difficult to schedule my surgery. Everything was improved. I was ready to go, but it's because he has to bundle up surgeries with multiple patients. He doesn't have regular surgery days, and that made it very difficult. So there was a big delay in care because of that. Otherwise, he's great. I felt very comfortable and confident with him. And I just hope that he gets designated time to make it easier on him and his staff administratively. That would help out a lot. And it looks like we're going to be, I'm going to be in there more often. So I hope that this gets changed. Thank you.

Very pleased. He really listened to me and he was very clear about my concerns and he spent time enough for me to explain. And I'm very pleased, very pleased with this doctor, Nicholas.

Well, the staff member that took me to the room to await the doctor, communicated in English. Why upon leaving with information received by the doctor she spoke in Spanish ? I gave her a quizzical look and answered in English.

I waited 4 weeks to get an appointment w/ DR. (name removed), then at the last minute my appt was switched to Dr. Saguan.

I got the impression that the ultimate surgery "fix" would be a waste on a man of my age

Waited to see doctor over 30 min feel that he was very young inexperienced and did not show interested in my problem. I Just need it second opinion of experience person even if my insurance not cover treatment. I want my questions to be answer by experienced doctor in the field.
