I explained to NP Thornton that I had liver disease and CKD because I was concerned about the medication. She prescribed a medication that was not good for my kidney and liver condition.

Yes, I was treated very well with Dr. Thornton and her staff and they put me on fast track to get an MRI for the torn meniscus that I have and I got to see ortho within two days of my MRI. So it all worked out perfectly. Thank you.

With this doctor, she was just for a just referral me to different people to do everything that needed to be done. So most likely I would like to change the doctor. Thank you.

Nicole Thornton is definitely the best physician I've seen in a long time. She makes you feel very comfortable, explains everything well. She is definitely a 10. And I will, in fact, I recommend her to everybody. So she's definitely a 10.

I like how Nicole answered all my questions, gave me great information about my blood pressure and about medication and how to check it. I felt listened to and I felt very confident in her knowledge.

The nurse that we had was absolutely terrific. She was cheerful, she had a smile on, and she was able to schedule some appointments for me. Unfortunately, I've seen Dr. Nicole Thornton, and this time she had no communication with me other than to remind me to make sure I had my lab work done. She was sullen and almost not there. She read through all the paperwork and never said more than two or three words, the one set reminding me to go to the lab. I was totally disappointed. It was not the person that I had seen the first time. This lady was totally closed down, and I'm so sorry.

Ms. Dr. Thornton was very thorough. She was very sweet, very kind, and very helpful, and very informative to my daughter, and she made my daughter so much at ease. She just loved her visit.

Nicole T. Is such a delight to visit makes doctors call a lot most pleasant and not as dreadful as sometimes doctor calls can be! She is like a good friend who definitely shows a genuine interest in you when in her office. Asks questions and then answers!! She is a very good doctor and person to be on staff with PIH. Also her assistant Olga is to be commended too!! She was very kind and personable to talk to!! A good assistant to a great doctor. Thank you for having them on staff to see not just me bur many other people throughout the day and again it makes a trip to a doctors office much more pleasant. Front desk check in staff could use better customer services skills. It was my first time seeing Nicole Thornton and I am so happy I was scheduled to see her. I is usually see (name removed) but she's full of drama. Thornton was professional, listened to all unconcern's regarding my health and genuinely showed she cared and listened. (Name removed) always rushed and complained about time being only able to address one of health concerns. (Name removed) also shared a lot about her personal life which was I good use of my scheduled time. I will 100% recommend Nicole to everyone I know. I'm so happy I was schedule her Nicole. She sent for labs to be done, sent medication I needed and gave me encouragement to proceed with a surgery I've been putting of but know I need.

I was a little bit discouraged and saddened to see that a lot of the issues that I addressed with regards to my eye irritation and concern about my blood pressure, well, primarily my eye. The doctor never checked my eye, never pulled out a flashlight check, never asked, never did any eye tests. She came in, sat down, and that was it. She never checked my heart rate, which I'm used to doing by Dr. (PHI removed), but she took no physical assessment of me.

I thought Nicole was wonderful and I have nothing negative at all to say about her. She was great. Thank you.

Wanted to get bloodwork done since I had an order from the doctor already but was not allowed on same day. Had to make another trip on another day. Inconvenience.

Absolutely everything was great, I was very satisfied with the way I was treated.

I went in for a physical and some bloodwork/TB test. This was relayed to the scheduling nurse. I arrived early and was seen at the scheduled time. I needed to be seen to be admitted into a school program. I told the NP I needed a physical and blood work. She said the team that would have to take care of the TB screening gets upset and she would figure it out. Another nurse advised that they could not help me today and I would have to return on Wednesday to be able to do the bloodwork. It was not explained to me why my physical could not be completed on this day. So I left without any care. I booked the soonest appointment (5.14) which was already nearing my school deadline only to have it pushed back even further and get my results on the day of the deadline. I am severely disappointed in this experience. At least had I gotten my physical I could have gotten bloodwork elsewhere.

I didn't know the doctor assigned to me, but anyway, I liked the service. However, my assigned doctor isn't scheduled until January or February. This is my opinion. I had a good day.

Dr. Nicole Thornton was very thorough and very easy to talk to and she explained things very well. It was overall a very pleasant experience. We did have to wait a little longer than I would have liked to have waited to get in to see her from when we called to make the appointment. It was kind of hard to get an appointment, but other than that, excellent. Great job. Very happy.

I had a great experience. My first time going to that office, but I live about five minutes away. I will always see if I was a little hesitant. Before I did not have a good experience with PIH, before, but not in that office. I found the office easy to navigate. Everybody had a big smile, very friendly. I had a great experience. I got my appointment, my lab done the next day, and just I was just very impressed with the friendliness of all the staff.

NP was very courteous and professional. I'm not going to see a dr until July. PIH should have more dr available to see patients particularly patients with chronic illness and high risk.

Yes, I scheduled actually for a pre-op and through the fax number, I had an appointment figured for that. When I got there, they knew nothing about it. But after I talked with them and whatever, I was very satisfied. But there is a confusion about the fax and whatever, taking messages.

My experience was not good with Nicole this time. I went in for an issue with my ear and she suggested or recommended that I see a dermatologist. That was the initial reason why I went to see her. And I left without the dermatologist referral that she had mentioned that she was going to give me. I called right away as soon as I left the office and realized I didn't have my referral. It took her until today to give me the referral after me calling every single day and asking for the referral. So I will probably not be seeing Nicole again and I will probably change my doctor's office. Thank you.

I ended up with "Nicole" not by choice. She was the only one available at this time after Dr (name removed), my (PCP), office canceled my appointment for this month, DEC 2025, and the next available appointment was not until "JUNE 2025". This issue needs to have a permanent "SOLUTION", when the PCP for some reason cancels the appointment. patients should not be left fending for themselves, by calling and finding who is willing to take them, (myself & my wife.

Nicole Thornton was very patient, kind, and very thoughtful, and I felt like she truly cared about my health. I appreciated that. One thing that I was concerned about is that they could not find my FMLA paperwork right away, but they were able to track it down after a few minutes and get it to me. They said that I would need Well, after I was seen, that it was going to take five to seven days, and I'm glad to report that they called me yesterday, that it was ready. So I couldn't pick it up yesterday, but I will pick it up first thing, Monday. Thank you so much.
