I'm very pleased with the experience. I called to schedule an appointment towards the end of the day and was accommodated on NP Patel's schedule within the same hour by a very pleasant scheduler. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very kind receptionist who made check in extremely easy and quick. I waited for less than 5 minutes in the waiting area before being called in for vitals by a very kind, respectful, and thorough MA. I was seen by the provider shortly after. NP Patel was very thorough, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. Thank you for making this visit smooth, pleasant, and quick!

Your before hours answering service is really poor, not user-friendly, it's not customer friendly. It needs to be changed, it needs to be updated, it needs to be able to give the patient a chance to talk to the people in the background instead of the things that you put them through. Poor service.

I had a very important medical issue and when I called Dr. (name removed) nurse, (name removed), from that point she was able to get me in to see the doctor, Dr. Patel and from the receptionist all the way to seeing the doctor. Everything was very professional, very caring, very efficient. So I would highly recommend this office.

My visit with Nurse Practitioner Nimishaben and Dr. (name removed) was excellent. No doctor or NP had taken the time to explain my health problem to me like these two did. Nimishaben and Dr. (name removed) truly cared about my health and how I feel. I left super happy with my visit. I highly recommend them both. They work super well as a great team. Both are thorough, complete, careful, detailed, and leaving nothing out. If I could, I would give them 100 stars or even more for their excellent work. Thank you both so much.

I had a positive experience overall with my doctor's appointment at PIH. The staff was professional, welcoming, and efficient, which made the process smooth from check-in to completion. My doctor listened attentively to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood my treatment plan. While I rated a 7 because there is always room for improvement, I genuinely felt cared for and respected during my visit. I would recommend PIH to others and appreciate the effort the entire team put into making my experience a good one.

Helpful staff and I was seen at a timely manner. Visit was not rushed and NP thoroughly explained everything.

My daughter had a pediatric appointment the same morning I saw Ms. Patel. It was a very busy morning and the appointments were running late. However, Ms. Patel and her assistant was able to accommodate us by letting us see the pediatrician first, and came back for my appointment later. Her staff even went to a different floor to fetch me when Ms. Patel was freed up. When Ms. Patel realized I needed an X Ray, she handled the paperwork very quickly so I could get it done before the technician went on lunch break. It was actually already the x-ray technician's lunch hour when it was my turn, however she took my X-ray before getting lunch. All in all I'm so impressed with the care and the flexibility of the entire care team. I'm truly grateful for everyone who helped us that day. Thank you very much!

I think my visit was really good. I got all the answers for the questions that I had around my blood work and I'm completely satisfied with the visit.
