I liked the way she treated me. It's just that she didn't give me any instructions after my biopsy. I work and lift heavy things, and she didn't say anything about that. And today I worked and I have a lot of pain in my abdomen. She didn't tell me I couldn't lift heavy things. And today I started bleeding again.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is clean and comfortable.

Dr. Nina Hooshvar is amazing! She is very attentive and responsive to my needs. She always answers all of my questions, shares her expertise, and thoroughly clarifies any confusion. I would most definitely recommend her to my family and friends!

Unfortunately, my appointment with Dr. Nina Hooshvar felt very rushed. As a first-time expecting parent, I had several questions, but she spent only about 5-7 minutes with us and seemed ready to leave after each answer. I did not feel our concerns were given enough attention. I specifically requested a different provider for my next appointment and personally would not recommend her, especially if you need guidance or have pregnancy concerns.

The gynecologist was incredibly patient and kind. She took the time to clearly explain my condition and treatment options. I felt truly heard and well cared for during the appointment.

Everything was excellent

I appreciate Dr. Hooshvar's knowledge of menopause, perimenopause, menopause, postmenopausal women and the necessity and the importance of HRT because some other doctors on the team were not as were not as, how should I say, open-minded to prescribing me HRT and seem reluctant, which is probably based on outdated and erroneous knowledge about HRT. So I really appreciate Dr. Hooshvar's understanding, her knowledge, and willingness to help me in my menopause journey.

The provider was very genuine and understandable and very fast Even her assistance they were also good I'll recommend my folks here anytime Including myself I love the environment and how they greet you!!!! Fast paste hospital you can tell they care for there clients and I LOVE IT

Dr. Hooshvar takes the time to listen, knows about you before she comes in, and gives you suggestions, and is very professional, and listens, takes her time, and does not rush you out. Excellent physician for PIH health.

The parking situation is a barrier to access. Before entering the medical office, I had to wait in a line of 5 cars with people waiting to grab their parking ticket. When we entered the building, the hall was filled with people waiting to catch the elevators. I signed in 10 mins before my appointment time, but was not seen by my provider until a full hour after my appointment time while others (scheduled during/ after my appointment time) were seen quickly and came and went before I was even seen. My doctor was great, someone was absent that day and she had to cover their patients, so that is understandable. After, we had to wait in a small line to pay for parking (one machine wasn't working). Paying for parking is slow, inefficient and is something I dislike about going to PIH

She was amazing and took the time to answer all my questions. This was my first time with her. Going forward. I'll be scheduling my appointments to see her. She was very understanding and took the time to explain all my questions and answered them beyond expectations with knowledge!

The one thing I do have to suggest, though, is that I noticed that I had an early morning appointment. You have a lot of elders like myself, I'm 77, walking in in walkers and wheelchairs and canes. And it would be nice if you had a valet to help them get across that, including myself, get across the parking lot. That would be amazing. And that would make you just about perfect. I would like them to improve the appointment scheduling. I called the Thursday before my appointment and they confirmed that everything was fine. They gave me the doctor's information, the time, etc. On the day of the appointment, I arrived and they told me that the staff member who attended to me at the front desk was quite unhelpful at first. She wouldn't give me an answer, she rudely told me I didn't have an appointment, and I got very angry because I had already asked for time off from work. They made me stop the clock, and they confirmed over the phone that everything was fine. So, please, improve the appointment booking system and improve customer service as well. The staff member who helped me was very rude; she kept saying no.

Waited 1.5 hours to see a doctor just for her to spend under 5 minutes with me. Not listen to me. Doctor spoke over me. Did not seem genuine. Provider will most likely claim she was professional and punctual but was actually very inconsiderate. I was uncomfortable with my services

Dr. Hooshvar was great and compassionate. I was extremely worried about what was going on and Dr. reassured me that everything would be okay and I would receive the results of the test within a week. The staff was great is getting me an appointment immediately the same day.

She was knowledgeable and knew what she was doing, but she was also rude at times to the other gentleman and I, short and curt. Maybe I think she needs a little bit more customer service or she was having a bad day.

The doctor was compassionate and kind to me even though I cried because I'm autistic and got scared when she was gonna do a procedure on me because I was overwhelmed and I wore my sunglasses and she said it was ok to cry and made me feel safe to be myself and to express my emotions. She even offered to dim the lights for me when she found out I'm autistic but I said no because I was wearing sunglasses already to avoid eye contact. She didn't make me feel judged or uncomfortable.

I love Nina Hooshvar. However, the office staff requested my ID, which I appreciate so they can verify my identity, but did not tell me that they were scanning it to your system. So one, I really disapprove of that practice. And two, if I had been asked, which I had not, I would have said no. because you don't need my driver's license on file for any reason whatsoever. And I don't really care if it's your policy. The policy is incorrect. So I am in the process of trying to locate a regulator so I can complain about that process. I had a very rough morning and had a flare up of my sciatic nerve and a family emergency during my appointment and she very understanding and sympathetic to what I was going through. had my first OB appointment and arrived around 12:45 PM for my 1:00 PM appointment. At check-in, I was asked if I had completed the pre check-in forms. I said no, and the front desk staff member told me she would text them to me. After waiting several minutes without receiving anything, I went back up around 12:50 PM to follow up. She made a comment implying that I was "barely" asking about it, which felt unnecessary and dismissive. I had assumed there might be a brief delay and did not think waiting a few minutes would be an issue. When she reviewed my information, it turned out the office did not have my correct contact details on file, which likely explains why I never received the text. Given that the issue was related to incorrect information on file, the tone of the interaction felt especially discouraging. As a first-time patient - and during pregnancy - I was hoping for a more welcoming and professional experience. Front office interactions set the tone for care, and I would appreciate more courteous communication moving forward.

Dr. Hooshvar is fantastic. Her bedside manner is amazing. She's a good listener. She's very well prepared, engaged, familiar with my chart. I didn't have to remind her or anything. She was just fantastic, very understanding, especially since it's not a pleasant experience to go to the gynecologist to begin with. So she made a difficult situation very pleasant. Dr. Hooshvar and her staff were exceptionally professional, very friendly, and very accommodating. Dr. Hooshvar listened to all my needs, my concerns, and immediately attended to my needs and made them as much of a priority for her as they were for me. So I definitely appreciate her and would have her be my provider forever.

The wait was long and I was not given time to express my concerns of (words removed) and UTI. The diagnosis was incorrect as the ultrasound was suspicious for but not diagnostic for the diagnosis that was put. The visit with the doctor was quick but the wait was long. She went along with what the prior doctor said and did not do a thorough work up.

Dr. Hooshvar answered all my questions well and listened to my concerns. She was confident in her answers and I felt she genuinely cared.

This is my first time meeting Nina. She was helping me to get the IUD inserted in me, but it did fail. I did tell her in the past I had passed out and she asked me if I wanted to get a Nemeshot, which I agreed. I thought it was going to work. We both thought it was going to work, but it didn't because I was in really pain. So she recommended me to go on Eesthesia, make an appointment. And I'm glad I was able to do that because I didn't think I was able to put the IUD in me. I'm actually probably thinking of changing my doctor so I could be with her. I feel comfortable. She made me feel really, really comfortable with my concerns. I like the fact that I told her about the pain in my past and she made me feel comfortable to bring in the

Dr. Nina Hooshvar was very attentive and helpful in explaining, especially someone in my age that is not ready to have a hysterectomy. She's willing to do other tests, and that's amazing because there's not too many gynecologists who are willing to be patient, as she was, and explaining and trying other methods. And she's awesome. You need to have more gynecologists just like her. Thank you.

Not certain what person's title is (perhaps executive assistant or office manager). Named 'Carmen,' was rude to my request to have a military fit for duty form filled out for me. 1) Refused to do so on the grounds her office does not provide such service and referred me to my primary. When I showed her the form was for specialists which included OB/GYNs, she 2) insisted I ask my primary. When I informed her this was not the usual practice and that Force Medical (DoD) needed the office which I was receiving car to fill out said form, Carmen 3) told me to leave the paperwork with her and that she will first consult with my doctor and will get back to me in about 5-7 days. When I questioned why it takes 5-7 days as my employer needed the form back asap in order to put me on medical leave status as I deploy overseas, this person 4) haughtily informed me I was not the only patient that needed her attention and that she would get to my paperwork when she gets to it. It must be said I was not being difficult or throwing a tantrum. Rather, I was persistent in face of her initial refusal to help me with my form because I have been with the DoD for about 15yrs and absolutely no doctor's office - specialist or not - have refused to fill out this simple form nor asked me to wait 5-7 working days. Most doctors' offices fill out the form while I wait as it takes about two (2) minutes to note the reason why I needed the appointment and to date and sign it. Dr. Hooshvar herself however, was excellent as she was personable and cared about my office visit.

Dr. Hooshvar was really, really perfect. She listened to me. She recognized my problem. She examined me very well. And she was very, very knowledgeable. And I'm highly satisfied with her. And I highly recommend her to my relatives and people I know because she's one of the best doctors that I've ever had.

Overall, I was initially slightly nervous about the experience however, the Provider, Dr. Hooshvar explained everything in a detailed and timely manner. She did a wonderful job checking in during the appointment. There was also a nurse who assisted during my appointment and another nurse who gave me an extra item that I needed due to bleeding post-procedure I would love to tell her thank you but couldn't get her name. Appointment seemed very rushed especially considering the nature of my visit. Very little empathy was felt especially navigating a topic such as a potential ectopic pregnancy. A little empathy in these situations go a long way.
