Hi, when speaking with this provider about my son's issue that he was being seen for, the way that it was explained was very like, had kind of like a moral judgment to it. She said that my son was traumatized and that's why he had difficulty going to the restroom. So I just, that's part of the reason why I wouldn't recommend her to friends and family.

Dr.Yang is very nice and taking care of my kids. Highly recommend.

Dr. Yang's office has been consistently incredibly wonderful. Every time we've had an emergency with our little one, her and her staff have always been on top of it and very patient and kind and have a lot of compassion, which means a lot to us. Our little one suffers from some lung issues and she's been very thorough in her explanations. Her entire team has been very supportive. And their recommendations have always been top-notch. The nurses and office staff were all very attentive and kind. I took my 12 year old in and they treated her so gently and kind and respected her as a person. The doctor listened to all my concerns and didn't disregard any of them. We created a plan to support my daughter that I was comfortable with.

Urgent referral was taken care of right away.

There was a scheduling delay for my kids annual checkup which was supposed to be scheduled in December. Due to network issue at PIH, the office is deferring the routine checkups as they need to prioritize the appointments for sick patients. This is why I rated the scheduling is not so timely.
