I think Dr. Karki is the best doctor at PIH. You really need to have more doctors like him. The quality of his care is exceptional.

I waited 2 1/2 hours to get my blood drawn because your office had only one person drawing labs due to the second person not able to be there. I understand being alone is stressful but having an attitude and being rude is not except-able. PIH is a huge company and shouldn't have only one person for a busy clinic.

Dr. Karki is so caring and knowledgeable he listen to all my questions and got honest answers. He's a great doctor and an amazing human being. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

I had to get blood drawn on 6/15/2026 and the nurse (name removed) her disposition was horrible, if she was my first nurse with PIH I would never come back I have been with PIH for years and never have I experienced that kind of rudeness, when I ask her are you having a bad day she bluntly replied yes, I said you have never been like this, her reply was I'm not talking to you and my reply you will talk to someone about today. If she can't work to the standard that she's trained to do she shouldn't be there. I have been in treatment for eight years with cancer and have been in the best care of my life with PIH, when I left yesterday my blood pressure was up and she made me feels has if I was nothing, cancer doesn't discriminate, it attacks anyone from new born babies to 80 and 90 year elderly. I hope someone speaks to her and gets an understanding what she was going through, she chose to come to work and operate in a way that's nothing PIH stands for.

Dr Karki was professional and explained in detail Great bed side manner and was very kind and understanding.

Dr. Karki makes me feel like I'm his only patient, like his best patient. He sits down, he's interested in what I have to say, and he always helps me problem solve. I've never experienced a doctor like this in all of my years of receiving healthcare.

This is all good, but don't waste my time with a phone call and an email.

Dr. Karki was able to not just show me why I should continue taking certain medication, but was able to recommend me to the appropriate specialist to find the actual cause of certain headaches that I was receiving. And I'm just so grateful that he took the time to listen and to understand my needs to get me to the appropriate place to get the results that I have today. Thank you.

The only problem I had was when I was put in the room, the doctor didn't know I was in there. I had to go open the door, and they didn't even know. The doctor said, oh, nobody told me that you were in there. So it was mainly his assistant that was the issue for me. She put me in the room, and he didn't know about it. And he apologized, and he was a great doctor. I feel like I don't want to go back because of the treatment that has been provided. Thank you.

Dr. Karki listened to my concerns, frustrations and Dr. Karki spoke of different options available to my care. I was at ease, comfortable and my questions were answered. I made a next day Appt. For a voiding Ultrasound and I am so Happy with PIH Hospitals, and Radiology and surgical Departments. Thank you for the much needed information Dr. Karki; I feel like there is hope for my situation.
