Your kindness

The doctor was very kind to my 78 year old mother. He listened to her and he explains things very well, carefully and to our full understanding. Thank you Dr. Very much for your present manner. We really appreciate how you're helping my mother. Thank you.

It disgusts me that PIH thinks that ALL it's patients are the least bit interested or willing to engage in on line technology; that we are FORCED to check ourselves in for our appointments. That is what you have a receptions for. Even Kaiser gives you the option of checking in for a appointment with the receptionist. I don't do online anything as a rule so the receptionist hands me this HUGE "tablet" that my Rheumatoid Arthritic hands can not hold and expects that my hands are somehow going to magically work so she doesn't have to. How about you just issue every patient a DEA number with our member card, we can write our own prescriptions and there will be no need to even pay the doctors or medical assistants either. You have a few very fine providers but your medical group as a whole has more wrong with it than right and would never recommend it to any one. It's worse than Kaiser and that is hard to do.

As with all my appointments with Dr. Karki I had absolute confidence in ... in what he had to say, and feel very comfortable both asking questions, expressing my thoughts, and absolute confidence in the responses of Dr. Karki.

Receptionist very nice. Doesn't look like this place is even open with super dark entrance and no open signs. I was surprised when the dark door opened!

My appointment with this doctor was cancelled 3-times due to his "unavailability". His always excuse that he is working at the hospital as well is getting obsolete. How about time management? Proper scheduling or how about focus on one job?
