Surgery is always a scary thing, but I had to...had to tell you that Dr. Shah, when I was talking to him, he says, "well, I love what I do", and that meant everything because that means that he really truly cares about the field of medicine that he's in, and it's for him...for me to hear him say that, it meant more than I can tell you. I just think he's...he's just the tops. Thank you.

I already had five fistula surgeries. Mentally and physically, it is extremely stressful. I attempted to ask questions, however I was shut up by the physician. How can a physician not listen to the concerns from a patient? My appointment was scheduled at 11am, I waited more than 30mins. And my concerns are not answered. Please put yourself into my shoes, will you have concerns If you have been having surgeries from 2020 December to 2021 December? How is it possible for a physician to treat the patient without disclosing any treatment plan?

I felt Dr. Shah was very knowledgeable and I appreciate it that he didn't just want to rush the surgery but gave some other options and he was attempted. I didn't feel like, you know, he was rushing me out of the room like many doctors do, but yet he was, you know, fishing and did things in a timely manner, did a very thorough examination. So I was very pleased with him.

The explanations he provided were easy to understand. He made me feel like I was his only patient of the day and he answered all my questions to my complete understanding. A wonderful and caring doctor.
