Everything was great, except for the wait time. I spent four hours at the doctor's office. My appointment was at 1:00 p.m.; I arrived early and didn't leave until after 4:00 p.m. I understand that there are a lot of people and high demand, but four hours is too long for anyone. I think that might be the reason. Other than that, everything was fine.

Dr Rak is a gifted and amazing Doctor who takes the time to listen to the patient and address their concerns.

They really treated me well, it's just that they don't have free parking; they charge an I-R. I asked them to let me stay there two hours before my appointment because of the parking, and I got home late. I walked 30 minutes to catch a bus and arrived two hours after I left the clinic.

Paulina Rak and her assistant was wonderful in explaining everything and tuning and testing was very successful , he could hear on 1 st visit and gave us a lot of information to follow and practice exercises , we were extremely pleased with results , Thankyou and we are looking forward to next appointment ?????

Dr. Rak was terrific. She listened to everything. She was knowledgeable. She took care of all my issues and I will definitely try and see her again when necessary. Thank you.

Totally frustrating experience. Still trying to recover from frustratings and angerness she made. She seams not know aobut anything any products, anything. Second person I tried. Not recommended. Avoid! Seams like an Teve from Italy. Avoid!

I believe this appointment was the one for my stress test. I didn't recognize that doctor's name because it's not somewhere where I go regularly. But I was very impressed with the office. They were very friendly, very professional. I got in quickly. I was first there first thing in the morning. I got finished very quickly and they were lovely. So thank you.

I would have liked to have seen the doctor much earlier because I was told if I started to lose hearing, I would need to come and see the doctor right away, but it took nearly a month and a half to finally get the appointment to go in to get the hearing test done and then see my doctor. So in the future, I would like to be seen a lot quicker, especially when there's something urgent like losing my hearing. Thank you.

Paulina was a great person to deal with. She was very considerate. She was very patient. She showed a lot of interest in everything that I had to mention to her. She explained everything in detail. She was great. I really appreciate her. I'd give her a 20 if I could.

I thought that the audiologist was very, very nice. I had complete confidence in her. She had an assistant with her who was also very, very nice and I definitely had a good experience there for my whole visit. Thank you.

Everything was excellent during my visit with the biologist. The (description removed) who did the ear phonetics tests was excellent and lovely. I also really liked the doctor, and all the people at the hospital entrance and reception desk. They all speak Spanish. I conducted most of my appointment in Spanish, which I appreciated. Okay, that's all. Thank you very much.

The reception was first class. I was very impressed by both ladies who received work with me during the test. And all would be well if it not have been for the difficulty of getting to CIH, very difficult description of parking, etc. It was quite a mental effort for me to find you guys, but once I found it, it was all good. The service was excellent throughout the consultation, and everyone was very kind. I left the appointment very happy.

I was very happy with service of staff. I just didn't agree with the results. I felt like I was fine and my hearingvis really not bad. Which I disagree I do struggle hearing more than normal.

Paulina was awesome! She was friendly, very clear with her explanations, and really patient. She made the hearing tests much easier by explaining things up front. Ironically, she is a very good listener. She also offered great advice for my hearing care going forward. She is really good at what she does!

Was a very pleasant experience. She answered every question and she make me understand what is wrong with me .

I believe there should be more time in training the patient as to how to use the corona device and the remote control device.
