Hi, Dr. Multani is very professional, spends time with my mother. You know, he explains everything to myself who's a caretaker. So I really do appreciate this doctor. His staff is also very caring. They take time to try to talk to my mom. You know, she doesn't really communicate with folks, but at least they make the effort to try to talk to her and include her in the conversation. So that's very meaningful when we have patients or parents that are not communicative anymore or communicating with anybody. But yes, definitely Dr. Multani's office is very professional and helpful.

The doctor is very courteous and professional. He inspires confidence and makes me feel very comfortable with his medical care. He always listens to me and gives me his full attention. I'm happy to have him as my primary care physician.

I've been going to Dr. Multani for years and I really liked his other office better, but that was a pretty big move for him over there. But it's nice. You guys have got it handled pretty good. I like it that you guys can do your own blood testing and stuff right there too. No, Dr. Multani is a very good doctor. I had one of my very, very longtime friends go over there to him now and he's 92 and he likes him a lot. (sentence removed). So, but he's stopped now, but no, he likes Dr. Multani. It would be nice if I had a hard copy of the prescription so I can take it to my pharmacy and not wait an extra day for my medication.

It is very hard to transition from one stop provider to being on different locations. After over a year I am still learning how to navigate the PIH system. I tried to use the clerks, medical assistant as a resource and with some clarification from Dr. Multani helped with my reservations. I like Dr. Multani because he listens to me and my input and personal experience with the care provided to me by consult ( dermatology). Dr. Multani is not condescending. As a retired health care provider I easily pick up negative cues from other providers. I feel he cares and likes his job the reason he still continue his practice.

The Lab work that followed my appointment was very long. Took roughly an hour. There was one technician. There should be a backup for as many people who go to the Lab fasting.
