I had a great experience, brief wait and very professional. I was very happy either my experience .

My only discouragement about my recent visit was that I was not seen in a timely manner. I arrived 12 minutes prior to my appointment with only 4 other patients in the office. I was not pleased that up to 10 patients who checked in after me were called ahead of me. I was finally called 50 minutes after my arrival & the explanation given by the RN/LVN was that there were no patient rooms available to be seen sooner. Dr Goyal did see me within 5 minutes after the RN/LVN completed my vitals & was apologetic for the delay. Office staff at the desk need to be direct with the patients and advise if there is a possibility of a delay with the appointment. Don't say you will be seen shortly & have the patient waiting in limbo while other patients continue to arrive & be called ahead of you.

Dr. Preeya is very professional, very intelligent, and has a very, very good heart. I am so delighted that I have her, and I definitely would recommend, and I appreciate her, because I'm the new patient. She took me in right away, and I hope, and I pray that she will continue to do an excellent job on each and one of her patients. Thank you. Bye-bye.

Care provided is thorough and maintenance issues are managed very well. I am very pleased with the level of care that I am provided.

She did tend to me even though I did get there a little late from having or trying to figure out what the address was and like it didn't even bother her at all for me to come in late and she still took the time in a timely manner to see me and answer all my questions and also she was very kind and nice and recommended me different things to do and to follow up. But I would recommend her. It's the first time I've gone to her and to me I thought she was really professional. Thank you.

Hi, from the beginning to the end of the procedure, the staff was awesome. The nurses made it more comfortable and easier to go through the procedure and everybody was great. Thank you so much.

I appreciated the fact that they scheduled my colonoscopy and my liver testing immediately and not two or three months down the way. So I really am happy about that.

She was very professional. Listened to all my concerns and explained in detail to me in a way for me to easy understand! Didn't feel rushed. I was very nervous since this was my first visit.

My appointment was scheduled originally for 8:30 am, it was moved to 9 am after I had already confirmed my 8:30 am time. I waited more than 1 hour from check in at 8:25 to be seen.

My appointment was double booked and I had to wait over 30 minutes to get into the room and then waited another 20 to see the doctor. The person who does the check in is very unprofessional and lacks social skills.

The medical service was great , I was late due to a mixup at my 1st appointment but they still waited on me kindly

The experience at the doctor's office was good. The doctor was professional. The only kind of hesitancy I had was that I don't believe she listened totally to what I was saying. She was kind of misinterpreting what I was saying, and then I just had to repeat it in a more, not forceful way, but just more adamant of what I meant to say or I was saying. And then she understood, and that was fine. So there was no real problem with that. Okay, thank you.

Thank you to all staff that was involved with my procedure . That comfort me through it I was nervous due to past experiences.

I am very satisfied with all the providers and staff at PIH, however, I have been suffering with abdominal pain since May 17 and it took me two months to see a Gastroenterologist.

Very little waiting!

I didn't appreciate the results of my colonoscopy, and I had a very rough time afterwards with bleeding, pain, very uncomfortable. I don't think I'll return. In fact, I know I won't. Thank you. Bye-bye.

My provider, Dr. Goyal had asked for me to see her in four weeks for a follow-up... when I approached her scheduler I was told her first availability was in seven weeks. This happens all too often with her office, as well as a number of others throughout PIH. This most recently occurred with your Dermatology division. The care given by your providers are mostly excellent. Unfortunately, you do not have enough of them!

My experience was very good and precise I even got my labs done on the same day

What a great experience overall. From talking to (name removed) about what to expect to the nurse (name removed) that got me settled in. I have never been seen by Dr Goyal. She introduced herself and we got on with the procedure. Even the anesthesiologist was a doll. The whole staff was so kind.

Really understanding she wanted to get to the problem mor just say maybe it could be.

A very pleasant experience at my appointment and everyone from reception to nurses to techs to physicians were all friendly and respectful and knowledgeable.

Dr Preeya Goyal she is very wise, she remembers me well after 2 years, she saved my life removing a polyp in my intestines and she helped me expanding my esophagus so I can eat well. She's beautiful in all senses asking me questions about my health.
