Dr. Vu was great with me. She was very, very patient with me. She has a lot of patience with me because I'm a very difficult patient. And the staff is great too, but she was amazing with me, awesome. I really liked her very much. She made me feel very comfortable as well.

The doctor seemed rushed. She seemed like she wanted me to get out of there. She was standing at the door with the door open while I was still talking. So I was not very impressed.

Yes, I just want to say as far as setting up the new appointment and if the appointment is scheduled for a year out, they tell me to call back and the trouble I'm having is I'm a senior and not with a good mind anymore, is I forget and on the record I missed, I was three years behind because I lost track of my schedule. And I was wondering is there anything you can do about getting the schedules set at the time that you leave the office? I think that's all, my only concern.

I wasn't able to make an appointment exactly when I wanted, only because they had a particular machine that was to be used on me and it was not working. So we had to reschedule twice. One appointment was canceled and then we had to reschedule again and so. Anyway, but I guess things like that happen. Machines break. Anyway, otherwise I'm very, very pleased with Dr. Vu . Thank you.

Dr. Vu is abasolutely amazing, she makes everything thing feel so natural, comfortable and professional all at the same time. She respects all questions, and comments and always answers. I awll always want her as my Opthamologist.

Doctors and staff are nice

Dr. Vu is always thorough in her evaluations and is kind to allow my spouse to be seen the same day as we travel far.

Had to wait quite a while before I saw the doctor. I think it was like an hour and a half. So I was not happy with that.

Dr. Vu is one of the best. She's very thorough, very patient, and takes her time with you and always gives you feedback on suggestions and stuff. I don't see any improvements of any kind needed. Only it's hard to get in to see her. But other than that, she's the greatest. Thank you.

Hi, yeah, I've always been very happy to see both Dr. Vu, the ophthalmologist, and also Dr. (name removed), the optometrist. I'm going to see Dr. (name removed), I think, next month. Of course, I just saw Dr. Vu. I'm very, very happy with all the work they've done to, you know, take very good care of my eyes. And so, yeah, I just want to speak highly of both of them, and also everybody in the office is always very friendly and helpful.

Dr Vu Listened to my concerns and gave me the answer that I was looking for

Very friendly front office, and they were patient with scheduling appointments either on the phone or after my appointment. Dr. Vu was thorough and took the time to explain things to us and listen to our questions. Everyone was professional and friendly.

I learned something from DR. VU on how to take care of my eyes for being diabetic. That to take precautions about our eyes not reach the disease that the kidneys are also affected. Will be more aware on the food to eat.

The appointment went well, but after waiting for 3 months it took over an hour to see the doctor. The office was overbooked.

I have been a patient of Dr. Vu since 2023, I have had zero issues with her or the staff in person or via phone. It's always a pleasure to be seen at a doctors office where you're comfortable and not stressed knowing it's a doctors office.

To begin with, I saw Dr. Vu on Friday, I mean on the 20th, and this is the second time that I see her, so I can't say very much because, like I said, the first time I was there, she told me I was going to see another specialist, which his name was Dr. Breed, and he was a specialist on macular degeneration. And so, I can't say very much about him either because that was the first time, and this was the first time that I really was there with Dr. Vu. So, I can't say any more. I'm just being honest in what I experienced, and maybe the next time that I go to her, I will be able to say something better than this. Thank you. Have a great evening. Bye.

I did not receive confirmation of appointment and preregistration by text until after the appointment. You need to check your automated system. There is a glitch at the moment. This is not good !

Yes, I've always appreciated Dr. Vu and she's very professional. It's just the waiting time to see her was too long. Even though with an appointment that I had, we still have to wait like an hour over an hour to see her. So that area I did not like and if they can make some more adjustments on making sure we are seen on the manner of what according to our appointment.

The receptionist was very courteous upon arrival & after the appointment when making the next appointment. She also thanked me for doing the on-line check-in. Dr Vu is the only physician thar I trust with my eye care

My appointment with Dr Vu was for dilation and a couple tests. Sign in was easy. Soon I was taken for the testing and dilation. Dr Vu then saw me. She gave the results of my exam and I made an appointment for four months. My visit with Dr Vu was as I expected. She is very thorough.

I kind of felt like I was rushed. She didn't really sit and listen to what I was saying. She was just giving kind of her own answers and just rushed through, opened the door and kind of hustled me out. So, anyway, I kind of felt like I needed her to actually listen to what I was saying. Always prompt and kind

Dr. Vu is fantastic and thorough. I feel very comfortable with her care. Her staff was supportive and professional. The wait time in the office was almost on time. Unfortunately, the time between making an appointment and seeing the doctor was unacceptable. I made the appointment in May and she wasn't available until November. Over 6 months is inappropriate and unreasonable. I even called numerous times to try to check for cancellations to no avail. This appears to be a more prevalent problem with PIH in recent years. This is not only an issue with specialists referrals but with primary doctors as well. The quality of the physicians is fantastic and there is not complaint there. For the first time, as a patient, I feel as if I'm just a number within the administration and no personal concern about prioritizing my or my families health.

Dr. Vu is the nicest person I've ever met, and the staff is really nice. And I think they changed my appointment, and I kind of wanted it like the way it was, but Dr. Vu is the best. So hopefully she knows that, and hopefully, all the staff knows that they're great over there. Okay, thank you.

Wait time in reception area was not as bad as last time much better than my last appt. Dr. Vu wanted to see me in 4 months but she is going to be out office. Earliest I could get is late April (6months). I was told if any problem to call & they would have me see another doctor.

All the ladies and gentlemen that work at this office in La Harbor are extremely, are extremely kind, extremely knowledgeable, and they are very friendly and they pay attention to the patients. Regarding getting an appointment - I have yearly checkups so I have to wait until the next year to get my yearly checkups. And I have to call six months before. Otherwise I always have a good experience.

Dr. Vu was prompt and efficient! I had three other tests before seeing Dr. Vu. See had a good analysis of my eye! When I saw her, she was pleasant and worried that my eye had gotten so bad after I was sent to a retina specialist! I told her, I was told my eye was still OK, and didn't have to be seen for another year! She was alarmed! She immediately told me what she could do! She could do a surgery to help my glycoma and a new retina doctor!

We had a 15 minute wait to be called for the initial vision check and dilation. We waited another 30 minutes to be seen by Dr. Vu. This is the first time we have had to wait for more than 15 minutes. We loved the free parking. We loved handicap access bathrooms in the building.

The entire visit went smoothly and everyone was helpful and considerate. Dr. Vu was extremely attentive and kept me advised of everything that she was going to do and freely answered my question and gave me in depth feedback for questions. I'll be seeing her in a year for a check up.

She was great, friendly, professional and thoroughly checked out all eye issues. Then scheduled a return visit in 3 weeks due to a couple of things she wanted to look into further. This was my 1s visit with her and I was impressed.
