I was very unhappy with her. I expected (name removed), and this other person was unfriendly seemed to lack expertise in anesthesiologist dept.I felt unheard and not validated. I wish I could have seen a different Anesthesia NP. I don't feel trust in her advice or knowledge

Rhodora asked me about a kidney & back pain issue. I told her I didn't recall being seen for that. She reread and seemed to take back her statement. So that was a bit confusing. Besides that she explained my next steps for surgery & answered my questions.

Nervous regarding upcoming surgery, this nurse eased my mind, answering all my questions, left understanding everything and feeling confident about my surgery.

I was very happy to find someone who helped me a lot, my doctor who treated me. She helped me a lot, a lot. She took the time I needed to explain my problem to her. And she did listen to me. She spent quite a while listening to me. And I thank God that I got the... doctor I got because she was very good and very understanding with me. I hope that everyone who is sick like that goes to get care, and I hope that everyone is like her. I thank God that he put her in my path. Thank you.

Everything was so well that when you arrive, the people are very nice. They're very considerate. They take you right away and they ask questions and make sure that you're okay when you leave. They're the most...definitely, I give them a 10. Thank you.

Our nurse Rhodora was great gave us all the information answered all questions she was great. Sorry if I didn't spell her name correctly. But she was the best.
