Staff and providers are excellent!

Dr Richard Hoang was very nice was very kind polite courteous and understood what I was talking about and the nurse receptionist (name removed) was very nice and polite and the nurse name (name removed) who took my blood pressure and weight was how sweet and polite Dr Richard listen to me he asked did I have any questions he gave me good advice he gave me my results he was a nice and kind doctor I like him and I like Dr (name removed) as well they're both top notch bariatric surgeon and doctors I like them they're very cool I had a great experience and I will enjoy coming back for my follow-ups to see them again and they are awesome they are top notch and they're great at what they do and I can tell they love their patients so that makes their job easier and my experience great because they're good and I like them they are awesome and wonderful and I'm just being honest I love going back there and they don't make me feel nervous like most doctors and they reassure you that everything is going to be fine so I love going there each and every time all I got to say guys keep up the good work because you are doing great! That's all I have to say.

I just want see my original doctor not the PA.

T.A. Hoang was awesome. He went above and beyond to explain things to me to make me more comfortable and he's just awesome all the way around. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends. Thank you.

The whole staff is amazing

Richard is very gentle with how he explains the health problems associated with weight gain. I feel very blessed to have him as my care provider and I know that he has my best interest at heart. As always thank you Richard.

Yes, I would like to say thank you very much to Dr. (name removed) Dr. Hoang, and his whole staff. They were very professional and courteous and wanted to say thank you again.

Only feedback that I have is for the nurse staff for the doctor's office. The nurse staff is helpful, is attentive. I appreciate them. Only thing when it comes dealing with paperwork that needs to be provided to an employer or to even the state to help things a little bit more smoothly, it would be nice than rather being told to come pick up your documents. They could be proactive and they could actually assist by returning a fax that's being requested on the customer's behalf. Not sure if that's something they can do, but I think that would be better customer service tip than always having to simply say, you need to come and pick it up and take care of it yourself.

I forgot some information that the Dr gave me. He took the time to personally call me and give me the information over the phone. I liked the fact that the Dr called and that he didn't have one of his nurses call. Him calling just seemed more personal and that he really cared

Richard is the best! The comes in he asks questions and listens. Any concerns he says what he has to say and visits this again to make sure that the patient understands and is good.
