Dr. Richard Jordan became inspired to work in healthcare after experiencing medical challenges within his own family. After graduating from high school and becoming an EMT, Dr. Jordan set his sights on becoming a doctor. He completed his undergraduate studies at Loyola Marymount University and received his medical degree from UCLA. Dr. Jordan began his career in the emergency room, but soon realized that he preferred to help patients be proactive in their health. Dr. Jordan speaks English and Spanish, and is especially interested in helping the underserved population learn more about the complications of diabetes, cardiovascular disease and other chronic conditions to help them to live a healthier life. In his free time, Dr. Jordan likes to go mountain biking, hiking and camping and enjoys spending time with his two sons.

Yes, I appreciate the fact that it's very clean, the staff is nice, and I'm in a power chair, and they rested the door to open the door for me, and we laughed most of the time. And it was cool. I didn't have to wait a long time. It was very pleasant. I'm glad I saw this provider. Thank you.

I liked it. It was my first time there. I can't say exactly that everything was 100% perfect, but I did enjoy it. I hope my next visits are just as good. And yes, I did like it. And as I said, it was my first time there. I don't know the doctor or the nurses very well, but everything was fine. They'll be fine.

Dr. Jordan spent the time to ask me questions that I thought were important to my health and wellbeing. I was a patient previously and due to the type of coverage I originally had Dr. Jordan's office didn't accept it. Now that I'm eligible, his office accepts my insurance and I'm happy that he is my primary care physician! I've missed his sincere and honest advice and compassion. It's great to be back!

I believe, I know, the staff was extremely very well respected, very helpful, especially when needed. The doctor seems very efficient, very caring for his patients. I think that this is one of the best clinics I've ever been to and probably one of the best primary doctor I've ever had.

I went to my doctor, but when they were going to draw my blood, it took way too long. It took almost two and a half hours, when it usually takes about half an hour. It was a long time. Thank you.

Dr. Jordan is extremely professional and extremely thorough in all his work and all his questions. He is the best provider I have ever had and this is not an exaggeration. I hope to continue with PIH so long as he continues to be a primary care provider. Thank you.

My doctor is the only reason I switched to (name removed). He's the best doctor anyone could have. He's always on top of my exams and my routine medical appointments, like my eye exams and mammograms. And he took care of my mom for almost 15 years. So, I don't think I could find a better doctor. I recommend him to everyone I talk to who asks about my doctor, SCAN, the plan I have, and PIH. And my other daughter is seeing him now too, because she doesn't have that program; otherwise, she'd be there as well. Thank you so much.

My DR RICHARD, very professional, front desk need better people skills. No patient and bad attitude. How that? My appointment was at four came 20 minutes early and had everything ready on line. Paid $10 for visit, and I said why? When is a physical. Lady continued didn't bother checking. Dr Jordan, let them know it is a physical and to get my money back with the attitude from the beginning. Front desk chubby lady don't mean to be rude no name tag. I believe to have a group meeting. Bring it up for better customer service. I understand certain people don't understand or don't have everything ready so frustration kicks in and then bad attitude to certain people that have everything correct. Thank you hope this can help.

The nurse was very professional and friendly at the same time. Dr. Jordan was awesome, very professional. Listen carefully to my concerns and showed concern and knowledge on the issue. It is very comforting to talk to him and he makes sure I get the right treatment and test for my health issues

Hi, I would like to acknowledge my doctor that helped me and made me feel very comfortable and helped me with my problem that I had that all doctors didn't able to find and he was able to find and I felt like this doctor should get acknowledged that he did a good job finding my issue, not like other doctors, but I definitely will recommend my friends and family with this doctor. I asked for a Spanish interpreter. The assistant told me the doctor spoke Spanish, but no, he didn't. With his limited Spanish and my limited English, we managed to understand each other. I didn't have enough time to tell him more, but he was going very quickly during the consultation. It was my first time seeing him. We'll see how the consultation goes in March.

I love this clinic. I've been going there for years but never had I been seen by a doctor rushing me out. Dr. Jordan was with me for about 5 minutes and 3 of them he had his hand on the door just waiting to leave. He left me with questions. I told him about some pain I was having he said oh it's just stress. Go get a deep tissue massage and you'll be good. He didn't even check me. Stress isn't on my forearm I was going to request a refund, but I was so upset that I just left

As soon as I walked in, the receptionist that attended me was very, very helpful, very professional, courteous. It's when I actually got to see the actual doctor, Mr. Jordan, Dr. Jordan, is where I felt much uncomfortable into the comments he said and why he couldn't help me file my paperwork for FMLA. He was not responsible since he was not the working doctor, that all specialists dump everything on the physicians, that's unacceptable. And that when he asked me the type of job I did, he laughed and pretty much said, yeah, I seen you guys in kiosk just sitting down, so why couldn't you go to work with the drainage tube coming out of your stomach? Very unprofessional in my opinion. So yeah, I'm going to have to reschedule with another doctor in that facility or with a whole different ?

As far as going to visit, all organized and nice and clean with Dr. Jordan.
