Robin Elise Circo WHNP-BC

I am 38 weeks, both elevators were inoperative and i had my toddler with a stroller. The staff went above and beyond to assist me with getting to the appointment. I was truly grateful at how they assisted me up and down the stairs.

Bedside manner was very lacking. There was pain and discomfort during the procedure and I did not feel like she was explaining things.

The care was exceptional. The elevators were not working properly that's why I didn't rate a 10.

I have had great experiences with this office and this provider

The only thing I wasn't sure of was after the MD left if I was supposed to wait for the nurse to come back in or if I could walk out.

Robin is respectful and kind. She does a great job balancing care and efficiency.

I think that Robin Circo is excellent! She listened to me and respected my honesty and wishes regarding my care. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Thank you for taking care of me yesterday. I appreciate the caring welcome, the quick tests and evaluation and was happy to leave feeling like I'm taking care of my health. Dr. Robin is great!

Robin always takes the time to listen with patience and professionalism. She is a fantastic physician!

While I was receiving a Pap smear, someone entered the room without knocking. The curtain was drawn, but there was a period of time where the door was open and someone I had not met was entering the room while I was completely exposed. I did not appreciate this. It was a PIH employee, not just a stranger, but she should have knocked first and I would've liked a heads up that someone else was coming in. This was my first Pap smear and thankfully Dr Robin had already made me comfortable, but this surprise appearance was inappropriate.

I just wanted to say I really appreciated the nurse practitioner that saw me. She took the time to really listen to my concern. It's an issue that I had for a very, very long time and I feel like she was actually the only one that actually listened and I feel like it's resolving and I really appreciate it because I had this issue for, I would say, over 15 years and nobody really correctly either diagnosed me or didn't listen. She really did listen and I really appreciate that because it is something that I have been suffering with for a while. So thank you to the provider and appreciate her professionalism and her ability to really care for the patient.

When I asked for a doctor appointment I requested a MD not a nurse practitioner . I have paid a higher fee for a specialist! And when I see a PA or a RN I appreciate it but they're not doctors why I get charged so much for someone who is not a specialist is my question! Overall she was fantastic! She listened to me but I wanted more answers as I am a patient that has had a medical history of undiagnosed condition! But I guess is the PIH group who doesn't have enough doctors, I often call to see my Family doctor and she never has appointments and they send me ton urgent care which it's run my another PA or a RN ! I pay thousands of dollars monthly! When you hire an architect to do deal with the drafter?

I didn't like that you open your worries to the provider and they document most things that you tell them but they don't document what they tell you most important things that they don't document and they didn't check what I actually when for this appointment for not knowing that she check me for STD with out telling me the reason of why test for STD I when for some other concerns not for what she test me for and is not like my visits are free..

The staff and doctor exceeded my expectations. I will be returning to this location and doctor

It was a great visit. We felt very heard and it's so far been a great experience in the office.

I had such a great experience with the doctor and the employee taking vitals. But it if I could have made my experience any better would be having friendly receptionist at the front desk. They all seemed annoyed and not really approachable. Other than that my experience was great inside the office.

Everyone was very nice. Felt comfortable and at ease with all interactions with staff.
