Doctor was great explained and helped me quite a bit but what I went for was to get a referral for dermatology with they did not have nothing for a year that didn't seem good for me not being professional CLINIC like you are wouldn't have any doctors for dermatology. Thank you.

I don't like and appreciate sitting in the same waiting room as urgent care patients and getting potentially sick by them. Additionally, offices look old, sad & dinghy. However, I had a great experience w/Dr Rossana. She's very kind, professional, courteous and compassionate. She's by far one of the best Dr's I've seen. She's a great asset to your team.

I was extremely comfortable and happy to have her as my new medical person. I was worried when my doctor moved or was no longer with the practice, but I'm so, so happy with, oh gosh, I can't think of her name. Anyway, you know who you called about. So she was wonderful. She listened to me. She was patient. And I just really appreciate that.

Sharing the waiting room with Urgent care was the only negative. A waiting patient with a continuous cough too off her mask several times to cough openly.

It was very helpful that she speaks Spanish. She did a great job.

my only rub was I've been trying to see Dr. (name removed) _P.A. saw me and said I'll be scheduled and never did this time the same. I called back and couldn't see (name removed) until Jan10th I need a regular Dr. so I pick my wife's Dr. (name removed)

I wanted to say a big, big thank you to her nurse. I think her name is (name removed). I'm not sure, but her nurse is amazing. She's so caring, so attentive. She makes me feel so welcome. She remembered my story in the past and made me feel seen. So I love her. Can't say any more great things. So I'm very happy with her. So just a great review for my doctor's nurse. She's amazing.

I asked for a flu shot and did not receive it. Nurse said they were out of stock. My wife was at the office 2 days. Prior and she received her shot. How does a doctor's office run out of flu vaccination during flu season?

Everyone was professional and courteous. I took time off of work to address my health concerns and I appreciated very much how I felt my time was respected and my concerns were addressed making the time very productive.

I DID NOT meet with Rossana, I met with a NP student. We went over meds and everything else. Rossana came in at the end only to tell me she sent Metformin order to Heart Pharmacy without asking me first and after I told student I order online thru Centerwell Pharmacy. Rossana told me she took it upon herself b4 even meeting with me and I find this very presumptuous.

The MRI technician and his assistant we're personable, professional and thoughtful. It made the experience less stressful.

A very positive and informative experience. I am always looking forward to meeting with Rossana Embrador because she is direct and respectful of my situation. She's always courteous and makes me feel that she's looking out for my best interests.

The wait time is unreal. I wasn't even scheduled to see my PCP, I was seeing the NP and waited in the room for over 30min. A student nurse was the one that came in and went over my concerns. The student nurse was very nice and seemed concerned with any issues questions I had. The NP was rushed, I didn't care for her. I don't like to see NP patient is just a number to them and for them. The NP I was scheduled with needs some training with Dr (name removed) on how to show concern and being more detailed with the patients.

My appointment was scheduled for 8:45 AM, but I wasn't brought into the exam room until around 9:05. I didn't finish my visit until 10:10. In total, the nurse practitioner spent about 15 minutes with me - the rest of the time was just waiting. I even had to step out and ask about my referral paperwork myself; otherwise, I believe I would've been waiting even longer. I think it's important for medical staff to be more mindful of patients' time, as many of us have other appointments or responsibilities to attend to. Better time management and communication would make a big difference in the overall experience.

I felt very good with the doctor. As soon as I arrived, she made me feel confident enough to tell her everything that was happening to me, and I did. She treated me very well and gave me all the information I needed to understand how to recover better and how to move forward with my surgeries. I felt very comfortable with her. She is very kind and attentive. She gave me all the time I needed to explain everything I was going through. I trust her a lot, and I trust God.

My provider was well. She was really good, actually. She recommended for me to get x-rays. I went to get them. I was supposed to get results the next day, and I did not. It's been since last Wednesday, I believe October 1st, that I went for the appointment, and up to this day, I just haven't gotten my results. I just want to know what they are.

I am very grateful that I was able to get in to see her before I went off to college. My family and I were scrambling to get our medical situation fixed since our primary doctor stopped taking our insurance. The office was very helpful to make my appointment before I went off to school.

The provider, the nurse and the staff that were training with them were very helpful during my visit. They listened to my concerns and explained my treatment very clearly. I appreciated them all. Thank you.
