She was patient with me, listened and explained things very clearly.

I don't talk with family and friends about medical providers. And nobody talks about recommending Coumadin clinics.

I have referred most of family and friends to Dr (name removed)

Everyone was professional and courteous. I took time off of work to address my health concerns and I appreciated very much how I felt my time was respected and my concerns were addressed making the time very productive.

I DID NOT meet with Rossana, I met with a NP student. We went over meds and everything else. Rossana came in at the end only to tell me she sent Metformin order to Heart Pharmacy without asking me first and after I told student I order online thru Centerwell Pharmacy. Rossana told me she took it upon herself b4 even meeting with me and I find this very presumptuous.

The MRI technician and his assistant we're personable, professional and thoughtful. It made the experience less stressful.

A very positive and informative experience. I am always looking forward to meeting with Rossana Embrador because she is direct and respectful of my situation. She's always courteous and makes me feel that she's looking out for my best interests.

The wait time is unreal. I wasn't even scheduled to see my PCP, I was seeing the NP and waited in the room for over 30min. A student nurse was the one that came in and went over my concerns. The student nurse was very nice and seemed concerned with any issues questions I had. The NP was rushed, I didn't care for her. I don't like to see NP patient is just a number to them and for them. The NP I was scheduled with needs some training with Dr (name removed) on how to show concern and being more detailed with the patients.

My appointment was scheduled for 8:45 AM, but I wasn't brought into the exam room until around 9:05. I didn't finish my visit until 10:10. In total, the nurse practitioner spent about 15 minutes with me - the rest of the time was just waiting. I even had to step out and ask about my referral paperwork myself; otherwise, I believe I would've been waiting even longer. I think it's important for medical staff to be more mindful of patients' time, as many of us have other appointments or responsibilities to attend to. Better time management and communication would make a big difference in the overall experience.

I felt very good with the doctor. As soon as I arrived, she made me feel confident enough to tell her everything that was happening to me, and I did. She treated me very well and gave me all the information I needed to understand how to recover better and how to move forward with my surgeries. I felt very comfortable with her. She is very kind and attentive. She gave me all the time I needed to explain everything I was going through. I trust her a lot, and I trust God.

My provider was well. She was really good, actually. She recommended for me to get x-rays. I went to get them. I was supposed to get results the next day, and I did not. It's been since last Wednesday, I believe October 1st, that I went for the appointment, and up to this day, I just haven't gotten my results. I just want to know what they are.

I am very grateful that I was able to get in to see her before I went off to college. My family and I were scrambling to get our medical situation fixed since our primary doctor stopped taking our insurance. The office was very helpful to make my appointment before I went off to school.

The provider, the nurse and the staff that were training with them were very helpful during my visit. They listened to my concerns and explained my treatment very clearly. I appreciated them all. Thank you.

I'm so grateful that my insurance company got me back to the care of PIH Bloomfield staff, Dr. (name removed) my PCP for more than 5 years NP Embrador (1st time under her care), Physician Assistant that assisted me August 4 (forgot her name) was so sweet but very professional)the receptionists, Phlebotomist, guards, Dr's assistants and to all the staff-they are all very professional and efficient workers. The doctor was good. but the staf of receptions were not friendly at all.

Everything went as well as expected.The nurse practitioner and her trainy did a great job keeping me comfortable and the checkup went very smoothly.

Dr. Embrador was excellent, this was the second time I've seen her and she's always treated me with respect and kindness. She listens patiently to what I have say and makes sure that I understand as well. I didn't feel rushed, she took her doing my examination. She's great!!

I had a little question about the person who did my finger stick. I think she should have checked my chart first before saying that it was too low. I am a registered nurse and I know what my number is supposed to be. I told her that it was incorrect. But just make sure that they check the numbers before they see the patient. I know I am new to her, but it needs to be checked. Okay? Thank you very much. Bye.

It was very pleasant. I expected a lecture as most Dr seem to do when my health is not at its best. I don't need to be told, over, and over what I'm doing wrong. Yesterday days appointment was, to my surprise a good one. She treated me as the adult that I'am, and not a child to be berated. She is in my opinion a very good listener trying to help as best as she can.

All of the staff was very cordial and my provider was very friendly and approachable. Thank you.

It's fairly easy to recommend PIH to our friends and family because we have been using your health care system for years. Dr Resendez and the nurses are top notch providers in managing my father's wound care. We rely on their expertise and experience for a successful outcome.

The intake nurse and the nurse practitioners were very attentive and very in tune with my symptoms and the checkup that they gave me. I felt that I received more than adequate care and they really seemed to care and were willing to provide not just ongoing care and information but provided me with their contact information in case I had additional questions after I had left, which I was really appreciative of.

Hello, I have gone out of my way to make sure that I saw, well I like to call her doctor, but nurse practitioner Embrador. She is wonderful. She took over for my doctor in, I believe it was Dr. (name removed) who I adored in Montebello. And I have never been able to find a doctor as wonderful. She takes her time and I actually traveled a little bit of a distance to come to your office and it was well worth it. Your staff is so respectful and so kind and so fast and many offices you have an appointment for a certain time and you don't get seen for a long time after that. So I'm very, very appreciative and I will continue
