I went in for a pregnancy test for blood pregnancy test, and they would only give me urine, when I requested blood test. They said that... they would do it after I did the urine. When I did the urine, they refused to do the blood work. So they basically lied and I didn't get to do the blood work.

The only thing was after seeing the doctor I waited about 20 minutes before I had to go ask someone if I was done . The wait after seeing the doctor was a little long , and I was just waiting for my discharge papers .

I was asked if I would like to have a Covid test and since we had discussed that the reason for my visit was because of my COPD I declined to take the test. After two days of not getting better I took a Covid Test at home and found out that I have Covid. I certainly take responsibility for not taking the test but with my symptoms when I went in, nighttime fever and breathing problem at my age of 82 I think it would be mandatory to take the test.

I was disappointed that even if I came in for the feeling of tightness of my chest and back pain, provider didn't even want to do the EKG even if I requested it . I know that I have problems with my joints but I was concerned with "tightness " feeling in my chest . I wanted him to at least order the EKG to make sure my heart was ok and for my peace of mind as a patient.

My son was bit by an insect several times and his bites got swollen really bad, and it felt hot to the touch. The doctor looked at it fast without touching it or turning it and said it was an infection. I couldn't really ask anything because when I did he repeated himself very slowly like if I couldn't understand, then I asked again my question since he obviously didn't hear me correctly and he did answer it then with a short response and left. We are all PIH patients but I hoped I would get better service especially since we are paying to get great care. I'm giving my son the medicine advised too with hope that it will work and it's for him with no harsh side effects. Clearly he's allergic to this insect or it's venom but that wasn't explained, and I needed to look up and google what he put on the paper for diagnostics in order to know.

Once the pa entered the room, just came in and said you are negative for covid, like there isn't other sickness in the world. I explained to him how I was feeling didn't check my breather or anything said I am giving you allergy medicine which I tried to explain I don't have allergies. Also pain medicine and 3 days off of work. Then left

I feel that no attention was given to the reason why I was at the Urgent Care. The intake that was documented was totally different from what I had said to the LVN. Same said about the PA. His diagnosis was totally different from my complaint. Medications was prescribed for something that had nothing to do with my complaint. The PA paid no attention to what I was saying.

The wait time was excellent however encountered a few problems. The nurse that took three vitals did not have any bedside manners. I then got seen by provider that took less than 60 seconds to diagnose my rash without even getting close to get a closer look or ask to see the rest. He didn't explain what caused the rash or how longer it will take to go away. I was hoping to get orders to get blood drawn to confirm dx. A waste of a $60 copay and gas. Lastly the MA at the front desk didn't give me my ID or insurance card and had to spend more time and gas picking it up today.

The staff did everything in their power to refuse service, despite being the urgent care assigned to me by my insurance provider. I have recently moved, so I had a copy of my policy number (which they were able to use to pull up all of my policy info, including the start date), but not the physical card, so they denied me care and told me to go to an ER. It wasn't until I called the insurance directly and told the staff they were offering to send authorization directly that the staff magically found a form where I could sign to confirm that I was covered and would be held liable in the case that that was untrue. Since there is a generic printed form for this, why would they not offer it as an option instead of just trying to get rid of me in the first place? Furthermore, I had been making an attempt to pull up a copy of my insurance card via the insurance app, and I was repeatedly directed by the staff to sign in on the incorrect part of the app, which of course led to my policy not being found in the system. Once finally in the door, the doctor was dismissive and barely spent two minutes in the room before sending me off with a "cold" diagnosis and a prescription for 3 medications you can get over the counter, all of which I had already been using in attempts to feel better before I finally couldn't take it anymore and came in. When I asked the doctor what I should do if I didn't feel any better (since these exact medications over the counter have not been helping me), he acted as if that was impossible, and told me to just rest and "get over it" Now, a day later, the medicine does not appear to have helped at all, as I am still just as congested and continue to have sneezing fits that wrack my body so intensely they leave my joints throbbing with pain. Coming in was an absolute waste of my time and I will be making every effort to be reassigned by my insurance so I never have to set foot in there again.

I had to go multiple times for my matter and even to the ER once. I felt that what they did the last time, they should have just done it the first time, with the medication they gave me. The first time they didn't even give me a shot, nothing. Just here you go, allergy pill.Goodbye. They didn't even explain nothing. I had to call the pharmacy to find out what I was going to get.

Provides confused me because he told me that a throat couture was negative (I had no such test done) n talked over me when explaining my simptoms by saying that he meds he was giving me would make me better. He seemed to be in a hurry. Once he left n the nurce came in, I had to make sure they had the right patient because I didn't have a throat culture done n wanted to make sure the right meds were sent to my pharmacy. I'm his defense, the waiting room was crowded with patients which explains him being in a hurry

The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. The nurse was professional and nice as well. The doctor came in pretty quickly so I didn't have to wait long. He explained everything and was very caring. So happy I came to this urgent care. Never going to another one again.

All of my PCR test was mishandled. They...apparently they mislabeled my test and I had to go back in 2 days later to take another test. So that should tell you how I really feel about how my experience was. I did not have a good experience because I felt like my time is wasted.

Xray department should not close for an hour for lunch, much less for urgent care. I saw the doctor for a fractured foot and sprained wrist, but after waiting for xrays to open, tech said he had only received orders for foot & refused to xray my hand or look into discrepancy. I was in a lot of pain and was put through a lot of unnecessary delays.

They let me go home and while I was going home they call back to tell me results were wrong and they change the results to broken foot, they game me appointment to a different doctor to get a cast and different office because they did not have dr there. Call that office next day and they gave me the same office I when the first time.

The Dr was too quick on my visit. At least pretend you care what I have to say instead of acting like your in such a hurry. The nurse that checked us in was so nice she listened and cared what I had to say. The front desk rep for my visit that checked my daughter in also has no bedside manners. And doesn't seem to be kid friendly.

He was in a hurry, spent maybe 2 minutes in the room, kept telling me to use saline spray when I told him I couldn't my nose was to swollen, he rudely said try again, when he asked if I had been wheezing and I answered yes a little, he responded with "and you're ok with this ?" He examined my nose in such a hurry he hurt my nose with the tool he used, when I yelled in pain saying I have painful blisters there, he did not apologize but simply said, "oh, I see them" Then he asked ,"is there anything else?" I said no ,and he left. He did not give me anything for the swelling in my face, so I will probably have to see another doctor ,it was a waste of time and money, I understand urgent care is a busy place, but this man was just plain rude.

1. I went in because I was feeling dehydrated. I called Optum and explained my situation to a RN who told me to go to urgent care. 2. I told the PA that I've felt this was before and ended up needing to bags of IV the last time the happened, then another bag two days later. All he did was prescribe two medications for dizziness and nausea. That doesn't and didn't help at all. 3. I'm a certified and licensed engineering inspector. The PA did a visual inspection on my throat that lasted a total of 2 seconds after I told him my throat was sore on the left side and the my tongue was super dry.

The appointment, I walk in and they saw me right away, with within 2 or 3 minutes. I was already seeing somebody inside the nurse that was fine. The doctor was fine. Everything was fine. Except that the doctor told me that from, there was going to set up an appointment with me and my doctor to follow up the, the disappointment so, I went to the front desk and they didn't want to call my doctor's office because they said that he wasn't their responsibility that it was my responsibility. But the doctors say that they were supposed to call to get me in with my doctor as soon as possible that they were going to be able to and they didn't even try

This provider was very, very helpful in the information he had there in the front desk, very polite. He went beyond the call of duty and so did the security there. I love that place because there's so professional and they take care of the sick people that we come in. Okay. He prescribed a medication for my daughter that insurance did not approve. He also sent it for 5 times the amount we needed. When I tried to call the urgent care back to help fix the mistake, I never received a call back. She woke up today even more sick. I will not go back to the downey location. The lobby was empty when I arrived and left, so I don't see why they would not answer calls or return messages. Very dangerous and disappointing considering my daughter is so young.

Waited in Urgent care 2 hrs. Arrived at 130 signed in there were no other names on sign in log, people came after me, they did not sign in they directly talked to reception they called in before me I finally saw doctor at 3:00. This situation has happened before. The reception does not appear to follow their own protocol.

Went in to get Covid tested but said it wasn't necessary to get tested since my symptoms were more of a flu. I went to get tested somewhere else and was positive. Overall disappointing experience.

Check in was fast. The nurse who took my vitals and test was very polite and fast. Waiting for approximately 3 hrs just to have doctor come in real fast and tell me what i already knew. I asked to go home right away

So I rated very poorly for the simple fact is I was diagnosed with Covid that day. It was very traumatizing in itself. I was seen by the doctor less than a minute. As I was crying he basically just told me that I needed to stop crying and that he needed to tell me something so I needed to listen. So, very not sympathetic to hearing patient's needs at all. He basically just gave me a paper and told me if my pulse dropped down 92 to go to the ER and that was it, I was on my way. Very, very uncomfortable situation and I didn't like the way it got handled.

Went in on December 31st to get checked because had chest tightness had cough had shakes had pain, body pain. And what I thought it was covid. They said no sent me home with Tylenol and Robitussin. And this week. I'm still coughing. I'm still sick. And I barely talked to my one of my doctors online, and they gave me I don't know what they're called. Steroid for the inflammation in my chest and I have covid. So this is the second time. I've seen that doctor in the emergency room and he's given me things that do not apply to me from way. When I go back to my regular doctor. They're asking me, why did they give me that, or why did they prescribe this to me?

I already knew what my diagnosis was and the medication he prescribed are medications I can get OTC. I did not get any lab work done except a urinalysis. He spent 5 minutes max with me and his assessment was very half ass.

No introduction, no badge, not wearing gloves when touching patient, my child came with facial lesions, no handwashing, not use of sanitizer. I am a nurse and I know about infection prevention and precautions.I always introduce myself when approaching a patient. Still this my favorite place to come. Ancillary staff is super nice.

The doctor was not a good listener. He wouldn't test me for Covid. Which he should of. Later in the week I was able to see my own doctor and she tested me and I was positive. Very disappointed with this urgent care doctor on 10/19/21.

I was unhappy with the service I received from the receptionist. I went in for a rapid covid test after being exposed to someone who became positive and I was feeling symptomatic. Her initial response was the cost it would be for the rapid test and informed me of a contract they only had with Downey PD for rapid testing. First of all she gave me information I didn't ask for; their contracts are non of my business and their was no initial request for me to see a provider. Is this how they are trained? To take money from those who are insured? Shouldn't the concern be to see a provider since I was having symptoms? I was extremely upset, and it wasn't until I asked for her to call my insurance company or I told her I would call to speak to someone about seeing a doctor that she then offered me a visit with a doctor.

Thank you for attending to me. when I saw the physicians assistant. I was told I would be getting an injection. I was in a lot of pain. And that my medication would be sent to the pharmacy. I don't live very close to the clinic. So I have to drive 45 minutes, to get there. So when I left, I went to the pharmacy. The prescription has not been sent. I have to go back to the clinic, which was another 45 minute drive. And then got a prescription sent, and also they did not give me the injection. Until I came back, and reminder the staff. So, I would have liked to have saved a lot of time, going back and forth for 45 minute trip each time.
