I truly trust my health care with Dr. Patel, he listens to my needs, and has respect for my input. Dr. Patels asks thoughtful questions that aligns with my complaints. Dr. Patel goes over all aspects of my health and explains everything to me in a laymens language that's easy for me to comprehend. I would absolutely refer all of my friends to Dr. Sanat Patel, he's an excellent diagnostician.

Dr. Patel is my 101 year old mother's doctor and always treats her with kindness and respect. He works with us to ensure that Mom is living her best life at her age.

Yes, I was very happy. There was a young lady named (name removed). She helped me really good. The nurses were nice there. The doctor was super nice. I really would recommend Dr. Patel. I did have a bad experience, so when I went to go get my blood taken downstairs, the young lady, I don't know, her name was (name removed) or something like that. I guess she said that she's been there 30 years. I just didn't have a really good experience with her. Otherwise, the doctor was wonderful. The staff members and the nurses in his office were wonderful. So I would rate them a 10. I'm very happy with them. Right now, I'm just having issues trying a little bit with PIH. I'm a little bit concerned on how the company, it's not the way they function. It's not very friendly user and I'm a little bit concerned about that. I'm fairly new with PIH and I'm not getting the kind of service in getting appointments at

Dr Patel is a Fantastic Dr. he is very friendly, truly cares about my health, Listens carefully and lets me speak, and has an excellent carrying approach to get me well. We need more doctors like him. Other doctors are good but Dr Patel stands out as the absolute best doctors I have I ever had. Yes, Dr. Patel and his office staff have been very helpful, especially I got there toward the end of the day and I needed to get blood work done and they're about to close and the nurse allowed me to still get my blood, so it needed a process. So it was very, very powerful and supportive and I appreciate it.

Hi, Dr. Patel's an excellent doctor. I've been seeing him for a long, long time. Over the years, he's had different nurses in there and I've gotten to know them. And sometimes it takes a while for the nursing staff to get up to speed. I would just suggest that some of the new nurses there get up to speed and also that they recognize that some of us have been seeing Dr. Patel for decades and we love him and how he treats us and we want them to mirror that, right? We don't need the nurses to, you know, treat us seniors like we don't know what we're talking about because Dr. Patel has never done that. And so, you know, that's all I would say. The service was very satisfactory, very perfect, very friendly.

The first medical assistant that seen us, she was kind of rude. I seen her turn around after we passed her. My grandson was making noise and she turned around and looked at somebody, but she gave us like a dirty family look. I didn't appreciate that. The second medical assistant that came in to help us, she was very nice. I had no problems with her. But the first one, this is not the first time that she's rude and she makes like funny faces to people and I don't appreciate that. I like the office. I've been there for years and one bad apple isn't going to mess up my mom's health care.

I went to check with Dr. Patel's office after I had eradinos and congestion, sinus injection. He took care of me very well and he gave me the right medication. He checked me out, he checked my chest and he found like I have bronchitis. So he gave me the right thing. I'm feeling better now. Thanks to Dr. Patel because he took care of me. I think the reason why I didn't get a very good response from my doctor is because of the situation that went down. I was arrested on a misunderstanding, which ended up being a domestic violence, and it was dropped. The charges were dropped by the district attorney and by the so-called victim. I had felt in the gel with my handcuffs and stuff around me, and I hit my head three times, hit it on aluminum, sorry, stainless steel bench, and then the steel pole that held up the stainless steel bench, and then the concrete. And then while it fell, I also was pulled it and hurt my middle and lower back, and I requested x-rays.

Dr. Patel is a phenomenal doctor, very consistent, very patient, very thorough. Greatly appreciate him. He services not only myself, but my mother and my sister, and has done so for many years. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you.

Always have a great experience when I see Dr Patel. He puts me at ease and it's easy talking to him. He takes the time to chat about my overall health and wellbeing and goes over each area of concern. He's great.

I was happy to see that the lab was open again. In July I had to go to Quest for a blood test because there was no technician to run the lab. It appears there are much fewer Dr and medical assistance working in this building than a few years ago. I don't know what's going on there.

Yesterday I had appointment with Dr Patel to inform him of changes in my conditions and treatment changes. I informed him that I had X-rays done earlier at the same facility. He looked at the X-rays and explained the results and also explained the changes in my conditions and what I need to do. Dr Patel always explains my situations so that I fully understand. I always trust DrPatel. I am so grateful to have him. I had a very good visit and I left feeling much more understanding and reassured.
