MD and assistant are great

I had a great experience with the doctor, but had to wait 45 minutes beyond my appointment time to see her. Also, I arrive shortly before my appointment at noon and there was only one person on reception, who was on the phone, so it took extra time to check in.

Dr. Mitra was attentive and professional. Explained her conclusions from the examination and her recommendations for treatment. I'm hopeful that the results will be quick and very positive. See her again in two weeks.

Dr Mitra makes you feel relax. She listens and makes sure she understands what your(the patient) your trying to relate. I really felt at easy talking with her and look forward to seeing her again. For my future follow up.

I felt very comfortable with my doctor. He always listened to everything I told him. If I had any pain, he paid attention, ordered the tests I needed, and everything else. He was always looking out for me, and I recommend that all my friends and family go to the doctor because it's the only way to keep moving forward. They know what you need and they help you. They've helped me a lot, and I'm very grateful to him, my doctor. And thank God I got him because he's a very good doctor.

Medical offices across America could take lessons from this one. Everyone is friendly, polite, courteous and gets the job done in a timely manner. Dr. Mitra is an absolute super star in the way she interacts with, and treats her patients.

My ENT doctor was amazing. I wish I could say the same about the staff. I found them rude and unfriendly. I also did not like the fact that I have to pay for parking. That is ridiculous.

Why do we need to pay for parking?

Dr. Mitra is an excellent doctor. Very thorough, very clear, very down to earth and good listening skills.

It seems that it is several months before an appointment with any PIH physician can be scheduled. If one needs to see a physician sooner one is told to go to urgent care. Get more physicians on your staff to prevent a 2 to 3 month wait.

The medication you prescribed for me wasn't filled at the pharmacy due to lack of coverage, and the therapies weren't accepted due to the type of insurance I had.

My phone doesn't have a 10. If I try and push 10, it's like pushing 1. You get wrong answers. There's a lot of wrong answers on this survey. Number 2, you should have yes as 1 and no as 2. You got it backwards from the way everybody else does it. Let's fix the system.

Outstanding visit to this dr

Dr. Mitra is absolutely one of the best doctors at PIH. I've been dissatisfied lately with doctors at PIH and she helped to gained my confidence back. I've had my issue for four months and Dr. Mitra nailed it! On the negative side, it took me about 5-6 weeks to get an appointment with her which isn't her fault. It took weeks to get x-rays and other tests out of radiology. I was worried that by the time my appointment came, my issue would have been resolved by itself until it comes back like it did this time. I had the same issue last July and it lasted three months. Are you listening PIH?

Dr. Mitra and staff were very professional, took the time to listen to me, and we sketched out a plan together, and then set up the next appt time to check back in and see if it worked, or do we need to go a different route.

I had a very good experience with this Provider.

I walked away feeling I didn't get help to get better. The answers didnt make sense. I won't be back.

We had a great experience with this provider. The only thing I would complain about is the wait time. Our appt was scheduled for 1040 and we weren't seen until after 11

Dr Mitra walked in the room where I was waiting as I was told by MA I would be going to another room. Dr Mitra walks in and says follow me, did not introduce herself, did not say hello. I walked into the room and said "hello doctor". Dr Mitra asked a few questions then said you are going to hear a loud sound. She started to pry into my left ear, I was nervous, clenching my hands, slightly moving. She showed me a small amount of wax removed and tried again and again I clenched my hands and moved. She decided to stop and said she would call my Pharmacy with RX. RX was over the counter med. And I purchased. I was not satisfied with her. I say she was rushed, no compassion, not respectful. She never explained how or what she was going to do. I was disappointed with myself for not speaking up as this short quick visit cost me $15.00! I do have a f/u with which I will do if the Debrox Ear was removal does not work.

Dr Mitra definitely valued my thoughts as a parent first and foremost. She didn't rush into saying surgery was necessary or anything. I felt very comfortable with her care. She was also very positive and supportive of the life style im choosing and creating for my family and children. The office staff were outstanding as well. They provided my children with numerous stickers, were very kind, and helpful opening the doors for my stroller. I was very happy with the whole experience. My only complaint would be parking payment. I was only there for 35 minutes, and the first 30 minutes of parking are free, so I had to pay $5 for the extra 5 minutes I was there. Honestly, the first hour should be free. Thank you.

Dr is amazing!

I've seen Dr. Mitra on several occasions and she's one of the better doctors you have employed at PIH. She's just an incredible doctor and a wonderful person. She's probably the only one I really trust with my ears. So yeah, I'd recommend her to anyone.

I have seen 2 other doctors in this office and Dr. Mitra is by far the best. She is so personable and professional and she actually listened to me and took my feelings into account. Hello, I may have entered the wrong response for question one where I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly. I was. So that should have been a four. I do want to say Dr. Mitra always, she has really good bedside manner with her patients. I've been to her many times for different things and she's always so thorough and explains everything in very detail. She spends enough quality time with her. Meeting Doctor Mitra was a wonderful experience. She was friendly and professional and seemed at the absolute top of her game. I trusted her and felt comfortable with her immediately.
