Dr Soto makes me feel cared for, she listens to what I have to say and asks me questions so she has a better understanding of what I need

Dr Soto is an exceptional physician, I think she truly cares for her patients. She makes an awkward wellness visit tolerable, putting one at ease, I trust her 100% with my care. The office staff from front desk, to the MAs in the back are professional, courteous and respectful, in this visit it Veronica who roomed me, she was calming and kind.

My visit was fine, but having to rebook my appointment took an hour and four phone calls, and PIH is supposed to be picking up their phones at 8 o'clock. I'm a high school teacher in LA, and it took me an hour one day to rebook, and then to confirm it and make sure I wasn't getting canceled again. Again, the office wasn't picking up at 8 o'clock, and I'm a high school teacher who starts school very quickly after 8. And it was really a shame that I had to repeatedly call for about 15 or 20 minutes. Once I was there, everything was fine, but PIH in handling the phones and getting us to people who can take phone calls and taking them in appropriate time and timely fashion is absolutely horrendous.

The only negative aspect of this visit was the terrible parking situation. It took me 15 minutes to find parking and that was searching in the lots around the medical building and in the hospital parking.

Dr. Soto was very kind and tried her best to ease any pain or anything during my IUI procedure, as well as I also experienced this procedure with Dr. (name removed), and they both were very, very kind and had great bedside manners. I appreciate it as I go through my fertility journey.

Dr. Soto is amazing. She is so wonderful, so great. And (name removed), the medical assistant, she was lovely. She was so wonderful. She showed me a lot of care and empathy. She was just really, really awesome. I can't say enough good things about (two names removed), she ended up calling me and twice and she followed through everything with me and she was really great too. I really appreciate her. I gave both them compliments and (name removed) at the front desk. She really helped get my appointment going. So with those three girls and Dr. Soto, she's got a wonderful staff. And I'm sure there's other wonderful people there as well. I just didn't count as these three and they deserve recognition. And I told the office manager about them. (three names removed). The two girls work with Dr. Soto in the back, and then (name removed) is a front girl. So wonderful, wonderful.

Dr. Sara soto was the first doctor to actually listen to me and actually do what she says she's going to do without me feeling fear.

You know what, I'm super happy with the provider. Soto on time, constantly listens to what you need her to. It's the second time I've seen her now, and I would recommend her to anybody. As for the office, it's really hard to get into. I was on a three-month waiting to get in to see a doctor, which is super crazy to me. So I'm not sure about the office per se, but the provider, excellent.

I absolutely appreciate Dr. Sara. She's very patient and understanding, and her staff are absolutely amazing. And I look forward to each visit that I have with her. She's very comforting. And also the outside floor staff for appointments, they're also very courteous and understanding, and they listen and they work well with clients such as myself. I do appreciate it. Thank you.

In regards to the wait time from getting roomed to being seen with the provider was a 35 minute wait in the exam room . It would've been nice to be informed that the doctor was running late instead of not knowing why I was not been seen

I have been a patient of PAH for many years. (name removed) has always been my gynecologist. This is the first time I was highly recommended to see Dr. Sara Soto and she was phenomenal. Very professional, very detailed, explained everything. So sweet and kind, very passionate about her job. Followed up with me on the phone. I can't say enough good things about her. Unfortunately, we are trying to Transfer out of PIH due to costs and charges. We're on a PPO plan. So, the charges for radiology and things that are billed under the tax ID of the facility of the hospital is just not affordable. But, Sara Soto is somebody I would probably even pay cash to go see once a year if I had to. Thank you.

My experience with this physician is always a pleasure. I have seen her since the year of 2010. I would not change physicians unless I'd have to. She always takes her time and listens her care and her feedback is the best. She always provides her best and always has her best interest in you. Dr Soto is a doctor I would refer to any of my family or friends never any problems wouldn't have it any other way thank you.

My only complaint is the staff in the front that you first see as you exit the elevator. They are rude. I'm standing in line and there are 3 females behind the counter and I'm still standing in line, and I'm the only patient in line. So I look around and act like their professionalism doesn't bother me. Why can't they say, " I'll be right with you" then 3 minutes later, all I get is, " Do u have an appointment?" Who does the hiring? In my opinion, it's this generation.

Throughout my visits with Dr. Soto they have always been a great experience. Dr. Soto is a wonderful doctor, very cordial, she listen to my concerns and explains the issues surrounding my medical diagnosis.

I had to wait 20 minutes just to be called into the office, then over an hour just for the doctor to renew a prescription and spend 2 minutes with me. I was patient, but that was unreasonable and unprofessional.
