Seema Latif MD has been working as a Pediatrician for nearly 20 years. As a Pediatrician and a mother, Dr. Latif understands how stressful doctor visits can be, and she works hard every day to help patients and their families feel at home. Dr. Latif originally studied Ophthalmology in Pakistan, but after moving to the United States and raising three children she decided to change her medical focus to Pediatrics. Dr. Latif says she likes Pediatrics because it gives her the opportunity to help parents by keeping children healthy. “I see a lot of nervous families, and people who just want their children to feel alright”, says Dr. Latif. “As a mother of three children, I understand what that's like because I've had that experience.” Dr. Latif has lived in Downey for many years and has put down roots in the community. In her free time, Dr. Latif loves to garden and work on crafts projects.
