My appointment was made six months in advance and so I put a wrong answer on about being seen at a time that it was convenient. I put a two in it and like I say the appointment I'd had it for six months so it was okay. Okay, goodbye.

I appreciate the doctor, appreciate what she has to say, but sometimes it feels like I don't have enough time with her to get everything out that I need to talk about. She's very comfortable, but I don't like the feeling of I need to get up and be out of there, and I feel it in your 15 minutes that you allow your doctors. I still have questions, but I feel she's sincere and she's good and she's trying. I would still see her.

When she comes in the room, I felt rushed by her. I am about to give some words most of the time she would cut me off and right away lecturing me with a new medications before trying to give me other options. I would wait 20 minutes in the exam room for her and she only gave me barely 10 minutes of her time to consult and assessed me (which barely). She doesn't really take the time to hear me out as her patient as my previous Rheumatologist; whom I missed dearly!

Explain to me in a way I can understand and addressed my concerns

She's an amazing doctor and needs, we need more rheumatologists so she is not overbooked. But as far as doctor, she is an amazing doctor that cares about her patients.

I just want to say Dr. Seyedali is a very kind and knowledgeable doctor. She explains everything very thoroughly. She answers all my questions on any issues I might have. And also her assistant or her nurse, Lori, is very helpful, very knowledgeable, and I feel very confident in both of them.

Dr. Seyedali is one of my favorite doctors. She is always attentive to detail and very compassionate. Nurse (name removed) is great. She makes sure to follow up on any questions I submit through the patient portal. She responds in a timely manner. She also is very professional and compassionate. She has been with Dr. Seyedali for some time and it's comforting to see a familiar nurse whenever I have an appointment. She's the best! Thank you for having such great doctors and nurses on staff.

It took me over one year to get an appointment. I got "bumped" 1x and cancelled 4x. I tried to talk to the office manager(s) but they wouldn't return my calls. I got cancelled 9/13/25. Said they would call me back with new appointment date. They said I couldn't get one till February, 5 months later. The office finally called me in October (name removed) and said it's been over a year since I've seen the doctor. What a joke. The staff were horrible. Not professional when it came to me. I last saw the doctor in November 2024. Next time I finally got to see her was February 2026. This is ridiculous. The PIH corporation needs to hire more doctors. Plus, there needs to be better incentives for doctors to be hired. There is something wrong when a hospital as big as PIH plus where no one wants to join PIH Health? Maybe stop making them see 5-6 patients in one hour? 8hr day=48 patients. Maybe if they could see less, more doctors would come and you would find a lot of happy patients plus personnel. This is just not happening in one office but many. Thank you for reading this.

Appt was at a busy time and had trouble finding parking. Went to a lot on the other side of the street and it was full too. Went back to the first lot and found a space.

Since I've been with PIH, this is the first physician I've been comfortable with. She listen and talked to me. After she checked records in the computer, she focused on me.

I truly appreciate Dr. Seyedali's willingness to listen and provide feedback. I also appreciate how responsive (name removed), the nurse, is to phone calls and requests for lab orders and or refills. (Name removed) is extremely helpful.

The Doctor listen, answered all my questions even though I repeated my self in a different way to make sure she was understanding what I needed to know correctly. So she was patient and answered all my questions. Also her Nurse (name removed), wow she was amazing. She was really nice and she also answer my questions. And she also double checked with the doctor . Because I had to make sure I was going to see a specialist.

Every time it's a good expe

I get the feeling that Dr. Seyedali was not happy to be my doctor. She sat really far from me and was not able to, I didn't really understand what she was saying because she was wearing a mask. So it was not a pleasant experience for me. She's not really my, has not been my doctor. My doctor was a (name removed). And I think she's overworked. She needs help. Dr. (name removed) needs to be replaced by somebody else. She has too many patients, I think. I get the feeling that she's not happy with all the patients she has. She was not with me that long. And I saw in the notes that she was with me for 45 minutes. She was not with me for 45 minutes or 40 minutes. She was in a hurry to leave. So not happy at all. I want a new doctor.

I wanted to schedule my next appointment, why does my doctor work only M-TH and leaves before 4pm?? Impossible to schedule at a decent time.

Dr. Seyedali is a compassionate, caring physician who answers all my questions and makes herself available if I, in the course of conversation, if something else pops up. She anticipates that and gives me answers, takes care of me quickly, efficiently, and I look forward to seeing her again.

I check in online but there is ALWAYS a line and it's because you have both people checking in and checking out. When I'm done with my appointment, I would like to be able to check out and go home but you have to get back in this long line to make an appointment for follow up and it's for multiple doctors. There has to be a better system.

I feel like my visit was rush. She give me a new medication for my osteoporosis but does not tell me about the side effect. And given my age 74, I forgot to ask until I got home.

The provider, nurse and the PA were great, friendly and professional. The only feedback I have is about the receptionist who checked me in at registration desk that as soon as I arrived at the desk to check myself in (remember it was my first appointment ever and first interaction at PIH), another patient who was there left and the receptionist was very rude to me. I only approached her at the desk and before I say hi, she aggressively said I'm not done yet. I will call you. It was very disappointing first interaction unfortunately but the doctor's' staff and the doctor herself were amazing so I decided not to say anything.

The doctor was very nice. The office was very nice. She's too busy for happening to be a doctor. She has too much workload. It's very discouraging. I missed being with my friend who just lost his son because I couldn't get an appointment for four months. I'm not, this will probably be the last polio shot I'll ever get because it's just too difficult and too much trouble. I don't know how important these polio shots are, but obviously they're not very important for people or you could talk to a doctor about them. Thank you. Goodbye.

What you can improve on is hire more rheumatologists so that we're seeing in a timely manner. It took me five months to see Dr. Seyedali. That is not acceptable.

This provider is very nice, very pleasant. She is very hard to see. We need to have another rheumatologist in our network. One does not serve the purpose of all the people who need her services. That's the biggest thing you could do. She's very, very thoughtful, but I don't feel she has enough time to devote. I always feel like I have to hurry up and say what I've got to say. Anyway. That's the biggest thing. Thank you.

This is the second time that I was seen by my doctor 40 minutes after my appt. This makes it difficult for people trying to get back to work. Not sure of doctor is always running late, but no one in the office comes out shares if doctor is running behind in their schedule. I used to work in a doctor's office and we always had a receptionist keep up with Amy of our doctor's schedules in running behind and would kindly let patients know in the waiting room.

I lost some faith in PIH associated with their slow and anguished recovery from the cybersecurity breach which seriously disrupted communication and service. Dr. Seyedali and her nurse (name removed) have been solid, reliable and supportive in treatment of my osteoporosis. Lori went above and beyond to help reschedule an August appointment and facilitate a new Rx in this cycle.
