I arrived a little early for my appointment. I had already pre registered for my appointment and was called on right away. Since I use the Senior Van from Pico Rivera it is very important that I don't miss my pickup. Did have to discuss that with the staff.

I met Dr. Fu for the first time and I was pleased with the whole process. I got right in on the schedule time and he was very thorough and I look forward to other exposure to him.

Dislike to have to wait more time with the discomfort of hernia but understand the doctor. First time appointment with the specialist. My oncologist stated last week that my blood results are much better than last time. Well, I will follow the specialist recommendation and trust the health plan. Thank you

Yes, I would definitely recommend Dr. Fu to family and friends. He's a very caring and compassionate doctor, takes his time, and he explains everything very well. I was very pleased with my visit with him. The staff was very polite and kind and courteous.

Well, for my first experience with this doctor, I found him to be very professional. He answered my questions very politely and also asked me how I was feeling. I really felt very comfortable with him. He examined me very well and explained my hernia and the lump I have on my back. He said I probably needed to make an appointment for a CT scan. I was treated very well, and he's a good doctor to examine for the first time. I'm very satisfied with his professionalism and also with the staff, the secretary, and the nurse who bumped my seatbelt.

Dr. Fu was very thorough and understanding during my visit. He took the time to listen and made sure all of my questions were answered. His medical assistant-whose name I unfortunately didn't catch- was incredibly kind and sweet. Overall, I had an amazing experience. Thank you again for the excellent care!!!!

Hi, my name is (PHI removed). I went in on the 14th. I was in severe pain. I didn't get to get a room until two to three hours after. I had a perforated appendix. I was in a lot of pain and I wasn't administered or looked at for at least about two hours. So the priorities were the people that came before me, but I would have thought that because my pain was so severe and I was very visually and auditable heard that I was in sheer pain. I let them know that I was hurting a lot. It ended up that my appendix had burst, but if maybe I would have gone in sooner, that could have been prevented. So I'm not happy with the urgent care, the emergency.

The service was terrible. I had my appointment at 10:00 AM. I arrived at 9:35 AM and they forgot about me. They left me waiting for almost two hours, and the service was awful. The doctor was excellent, but the service was terrible. They completely forgot about me. I'm not satisfied with the service. Thank you.

Everything went well. Everything is fine. I don't have to say no because everything went well for me and I was treated well.

Staff and physician were all very courteous and professional. They listened to every question and/or clarification I had.

The doctor asked questions and listened patiently. He conducted the exam professionally and explained his finding thoroughly and in plain English making it easier for me to understand. He also addressed my concerns. The staff are responsive and the RN was friendly and cheerful.

I am very concerned about my health. This doctor did not look concerned and did not explain much about my situation. A long wait for scheduling this appointment and feel extremely disappointed. This doctor didn't say much and looked like my situation was not important.
