I LOVE the PIH facilities and all staff

The provider was very nice, very helpful. The only thing that I felt she needed was her personal hygiene, her presence. I felt like she could have dressed a little more professional. And then as far as hygiene, she smelled, she had a smell to her that I felt it was a little bit too strong. I'm not sure if that has to do with her personal or something that she might have eaten during her lunch. I'm not quite sure. Other than that, yes, she was nice, just the presence of the individual. It just didn't seem professional. The nurses were better dressed than she was.

The provider was very nice and took a lot of time with us. I was able to explain things with my wife present also. We really appreciate this provider. Thank you.

My experience was incredible. The doctor was knowledgeable and she addressed the issue and made me feel comfortable and relaxed and I appreciate her professional mannerism.

Sonali was professional, kind, patient, and understanding. She took the time to answer all my quest and made me feel heard.

Dr was not available so I was scheduled to see the Nurse Practitioner. She did not listen attentively, she was rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I was trying to tell her about my concerns regarding weight gain and my lab results. She boldly told me, "You are round, like me!" I did tell her those words will be in my mind all day. She did apologize afterwards, however it was too late. I never ever want to be scheduled with her again.

Dr. (name rmeoved), the nurse practitioner, was very kind, took the time to listen, to hear me, examined me, and explained everything moving forward, and I felt very comfortable with her.

Yery professional very helpful very interested in my problem. Answer all questions and gave me good helpful information.

I was so relieved to see this nurse practitioner as I received a disturbing test result the day after my appt with Dr. (name removed). She explained how looking at one score compared to all the others doesn't explain my whole medical condition. Thank you so much for the visit!

The Oncology office has been super sweet to me from starting in the front office to the back office and nurses and oncology doc Dr. (name removed) since the beginning of my diagnosis from last year. Very supportive and helpful unit

I get to the office early. They always get me in to be seen early. Wish there were more Handicapped Parking. I use oxygen and a cane or walker. I usually have to park at the middle or end of a row due to no handicapped parking. Usually means I am a little short of breath and need to rest before going to the office.

Well, I've got liquid in my, or fluid in my abdominal cavity in an 8 centimeter growth and she didn't examine me, put me, put down the table she meant to and then when I left I hadn't been examined by her. So that was pretty frustrating.

She listened to what I had to say, and answered appropriately. Was very responsive.

She was very patient listening to me, explained things throughly. I would like to see her again.

Sonali Thakore is a great physician. She listens to my questions and concerns and is very easy to talk to. The entire staff at Dr (name removed) office is great. (name removed) at the front desk is a great lady and is kind and patient with all of the patients. She's great at her job and makes all feel comfortable.

My opinion is that Sonali is an excellent NP, she seemed very knowledgeable about the reason I was seeing her, I was able to communicate in an effective manner. Excellent attitude.

was running, late..did not seem to take time ,real fast

I did not see my doctor (name removed) on the 17th. I saw an assistant, a nursing assistant. And Dr. (name removed) because I will be moving this month on the 31st, she wanted me to have my Pradoxa and my other prescriptions.

She is very understanding. she goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and put you at ease. She makes time to talk to you and make sure you are okay before leaving. Thank you so much for your care and understanding at this very difficult time. Mom thanks you for her care.

NP did not ask for my name or introduce herself. She did not know why I was there. She did not say anything about my symptoms being a reaction to my new prescription. ( I read that pn Mayo Clonic site.) She did not tell me I needed bloodwork before the next appointment. She did not tell me she was sending an OTC prescription to my pharmacist, so I bought some, which was expensive, on the way home.

She was very helpful - explaining what to do and next steps .
