All staff was very respectful and professional; NP was knowlegeable and included my input throughout

The provider Sonia was very nice and seemed interested in all my concerns allow me to express everything to her with out making me feel rushed. Even though I was running late to my appointment I was still with in the 15 minute grace period and was seen in a timely manner by back office and provider I will def be scheduling my future appointment with her also

All the staff are really nice at PIH. I have no issues scheduling or when I go there with the staff. But I felt like the doctor spoke way too fast, that it was hard to understand, and it felt like I was being rushed out. So I feel like she could slow down her communication a little bit, just to show a little bit more care about what she's saying and what she's hearing. That's all.

Doctor running over an hour behind had to be seen by someone else. Hard to get appointments with doctors. Front office just said they don't have anything until 6-8 weeks out. Very different than previous insurance Kaiser. Here I am seeing different people at every appointment.

The visit I had was inconsistent with the information I was told at my visit prior. I had to see this provider because my provider wasn't available so I won't be doing that again. I'm 36 weeks pregnant and my provider should've made herself more available to me given that I can give birth any day.

The doctor was excellent as usual. She answered all my questions, she's very kind and offered suggestions to alleviate any discomfort and pain. However, the nurse didn't have the best attitude and left me lying on the table after checking my baby's heartbeat, she did not offer to help me up. All other nurses, NP and OB Dr.'s have had the common courtesy and sense to help a pregnant woman up after lying back on the table. This has happened before and every time I've gotten this same nurse.

She listened to my concerns and provided patient education because I had some nausea from pregnancy she helped me ease my mind with my concerns
