Dr. Nayak is one of the reasons I stay with PIH. He is one of the most caring and compassionate physicians I ever had the pleasure to know.

We waited about 1/2 an hour for the doctor to come in and see me once vitals were taken. The nurse should have come in and told us that the dr. was running late or something.

The doctor and the staff, I can't say one more than the other. They were both extremely friendly, welcoming. They made me feel heard. They addressed all my concerns. Very humanitarian, very pleasant, very attentive. It was the best experience I've had. Considering I had a high copayment and was pretty stressed about that, at the end of my visit, I was so pleased with them. Very, very pleased.

I'm very happy with Dr. Nayak and his staff. They're real professional and caring.

I've known this Cardiologist since 2007, when my Husband experienced his first Heart Failure. Both my Husband and I were very thankful to Dr. Nayak for saving my Husband's life, and chose him as our Cardiologist. My Husband passed away 2 yrs ago, but I continue to trust & be his patient. He is a very busy surgeon, so I try to be as patient as possible when I wait for him in his office for extra long period of time.

My experience during this visit was testimonial to the way I knew PIH was always in the past and should be in the future!

The wait time was not good. My appointment was at 9:45. When I checked in at 9:20 I asked if they were on schedule because the waiting room was full. The patient before me I noticed her appointment time was After my appointment time for the same Dr but they took her Before me. I was called in to a room around 10-ish am. However after waiting for about 40 minutes in the room I poked my head out out to see how much longer. One of the MA said it wouldn't be much longer and she would check. The Dr finally came by & said I would be next but he had another patient before me. When the Dr came in he seemed rushed, I get it it's a Monday, busy but I was just discharged from hospital with a stroke/atrial fib, and experiencing nervousness, anxious at this visit and this was my experience. I can go on with questions I had for him but the way he handled them I was not pleased. He seemed much nicer in the hospital. I left the office with an awful feeling.

The receptionist was very kind and attentive. The nurse who helped me, I think her name was (name removed) was also very attentive and friendly. The doctor was wonderful and made me feel confident and in very good hands. The woman who came last to give me instructions for my next appointment and the tests I need to have done wasn't very empathetic. And finally, the woman who made the appointments was patient and kind.

It was my first time at this office and while waiting I noticed double booked appts a very busy waiting room and approx 45 minutes to be taken into exam room and then another 40 min or so waiting for the Dr. Then another 2 month delay to schedule needed ct scan, not happy!

I waited more than 30 minutes after my appointment time to be called back. The nurse that took my vitals was very nice. I waited at least 15 minutes after that to see the doctor and he only spent about 6 minutes with me. I had concerns that I didn't have time to bring up to him.

Dr. Nayak is friendly, courteous, and professional. Several times during my visit he asked if I had any questions, which I liked.

I had to wait over an hour to see the doctor. I was 15 minutes early to my appointment and I only saw the doctor for less than 10. So please make sure that when the doctor is scheduled, the patient does not have to wait in the office for one hour.

Dr. Nayak is an excellent physician. I trust him. The receiving nurse was great and quick with her process and preparation of me as a patient. The back office staff is very busy and generally does not make eye contact with patients. Eye contact would help reassure a patient walking through to know where they should be.

I'm sure he's an excellent doctor, but the appointments are taking way too long. My appointment was at 10:45 and I didn't get out of there until 12, a quarter after 12. It gives me high anxiety. Too many appointments with a doctor.

I have a clean bill of health from Dr Nayak. My only issue is that he prescribed a medication and I didn't see him again until last week. I think there should have been a follow up appointment within a couple of weeks to see how the medication was working or not working. I could not tolerate the medication and stopped taking it. I feel I should have been checked out earlier.

The doctor is really good. He's wonderful, in fact. The staff is wonderful. The doctor's office is wonderful, but I can't refer anybody with PIH. I would not recommend PIH to any of my family or friends because of the parking situation. The fact that I feel robbed every time I have to go to PIH and pay that parking fee, because of that, I would never, ever recommend PIH to anyone I know. If the parking was free and you could actually find a parking spot, then yeah, because the doctors are great. It's the people that work in the office that makes all the decisions on how you're going to charge and rob sick and elderly people. Because of that, the suits, I would never recommend anybody I know for PIH. If you fix your parking situation and you stop charging, hey, I would tell everybody.

Everything was fine except the parking situation. Both times I've been to PIH this year, the parking ticket dispenser had the arm up & no ticket would come out. When leaving, I had to wait for someone to respond while cars were piling up behind. A real pain in the ass!

Every time I go to this office, I wait at least 45 minutes to an hour before I see the doctor. I think that's totally unacceptable. He's the only physician I go to out of maybe six that I go to there, and I always wait for him, which is not appropriate. So he needs help scheduling his visit or reducing the number of patients. I don't know what the problem is, but I don't like waiting for him. Thank you.

I usually arrive earlier than my appointment time but, I always wait for the Dr. to see me about half of an hr or more after my aptmt. I hope the wait would be shorter.
