I went into the office and I was seen mostly right away and everybody was very courteous and when I saw the physician's assistant she was very good and thorough, I felt and my problem is still forthcoming so but I left satisfied. So thank you very much. I appreciate it.

And being a woman, it was a lot easier to talk to her about my situation and my condition. And she answered all my questions and she was very Very soft, very thought-provoking, and did a good job. And I would rather see Susette than Dr. (name removed). Sorry. OK, thank you.

Susette is a very nice, friendly provider that is easy to talk to.

I do not think previous patients should have to show insurance and ID cards for every time, unless one time only if there is a change. It wastes time for existing patients. Please don't ask for these.

She helped me to clarify & give direction to a long lasting problem I have been living with

The provider is always very professional, asks about current drugs taken, the effects of these drugs, any other questions, and sets me up for any additional tests she deems appropiate.

Susette was very nice. She was knowledgeable and I felt safe in her care.

Making an appointment online is a challenge and so unreliable along with calling in to make an appointment especially when you need to be seen by the specialist soonest. Will be on hold for a while and with your luck, will be cut off.

She listen and guided me well. I explained my concerns and she definitely helped me!!

Did not seemed concerned about my issues? I missed work I had black stools! Stomach tenderness and pain! She was not able to show some kind of concern ! I'm looking into another provider? After this issue with ME is resolved!.

Yes, my doctor is wonderful. He's always there when I call him. He's always there when I go in. And he always treats me with respect and so do all the workers that work for him. All I have to say about my doctor is that he's great.

I made a mistake on the first answer in press to one that was wrong for whatever it was. My service was wonderful. The doctor saw me as soon as I almost got there. And I was traveling from out of state so it meant a lot. Everything was great. The young lady that checked me in and I certainly will always be a member there. Thank you.

Great Staff

I was treated with kindness and respect by everyone in the office. The medical assistant, (name removed), was very patient, kind, and professional. Susette Grosveld(PA-C), is always wonderful and compassionate. She took the time to listen to my concerns, especially about my prescription medication and seeing that refills would be taken care of. GI Services at PIH has made a difference in my health that allows me to live every day better.
