This provider said "it's hard to tell over the video call (what was wrong with his breathing)" and "it would be easier to tell (what was wrong and how to treat his breathing difficulty) if I could listen to his chest" but refused to let him come in or see him and instead advised us to have him seen by another provider at Urgent Care that day instead. This appointment was a complete waste of time and money. She is the doctor but her advice is to have him seen today by a doctor but she won't see him? Why did we pay $30 copay and go through a video appointment for her to advise that he should be seen by a doctor "if (I) think his breathing is labored". That is the whole point of the appointment to be treated by a doctor for his breathing but she refused to see him in person citing Covid protocols and instead recommended we see a doctor somewhere that would see him like urgent care or ER. Absolutely ridiculous.

Had to wait 20 minutes to be called and then another 15 minutes in the room just fir the provider to spend 5 minutes with my daughter. It felt rushed.

Our appointment was 4pm. We checked in online before my son's appointment but we still had to wait almost an hour before my son was seen by the doctor. Apparently, another patient was late and that is what the delay was. I understand that things happen but if you are on time, you should not be punished for someone else's mistake. The other patient should be the one to wait. If we were late, I would understand if we needed to wait longer. Our doctor and staff were wonderful. The only issue is the statement above.

Dr Gonzalez is great with our son. Is also takes her time when she is working with her patients. Always give great information and is always very quick to respond if we reach out via email. Thank you Dr Gonzalez for always being so great taking care of our family!

Dr. Was friendly and made my daughter feel confortable. Also gave good advice to her.

Waited longer than usual to be seen. 45 minutes in the examination room! Check in was smooth and fast.

The nurses at this office were rude to my family and I. Office staff and provider were very kind but not the nurses. They need more training on how to be compassionate to the families.

Dr. Gonzalez and her staff have always been very supportive of my boys.

I was hoping to get medication to help my son's coughing symptom but was not prescribed anything. Not even a suggestion on what to give him from over the counter. His cough worsen in the evening and at night. His sleep is interrupted from coughing. She asked him to cough once and said his cough is not bad. I'm with him all day. I know how he coughs that's why I requested an appointment. At this time, I still don't know how to help ease my son's symptoms.

Our appointment was at 4pm & we waited over 30 minutes to see the doctor. We didn't get out of the office until almost 5:30pm. With only 15 minutes of that being waiting for so rapid test. Staff who checked us in was unprofessional & would not listen to my answers regarding why we were there.

Even though it was not an in person visit, doctor was very personable and made my son comfortable to answer questions.

She did not give me enough information regarding my sons condition.

What I didn't appreciate is I have my appointment at 2:20 and I was not seen until 3:15. So I was inside the room waiting for a long time and I didn't appreciate that. Having my daughter and my son with me in the room waiting for her. And they wouldn't check in to say she's taking a longer time to see my child.

The service and care my daughter received from Sylvia Gonzalez was excellent. No complaints!
