Hello, I'm (PHI removed) and I saw Dr. Leone this past week and as you can see by the numbers I pressed I was very pleased, impressed and happy to come back actually to your office because it's been 10 years that I have been away. I like Dr. Leung particularly because when I spoke, she sat on a stool in front of me and she looked right into my eyes. She really wanted to know what I had to say and I was very impressed and she referred me to gynecological surgeon Dr. (name removed). It turns out my neighbor sings his praises because he's her doctor. So I am very happy and I thank you for the opportunity of letting you know. Goodbye.

Dr. Teresa Leung was actually very helpful, better than the previous doctor I was seeing. So she actually took the time to listen and have a good conversation with me. And that's all I have to say. Thank you.

I liked my experience with Dr. Teresa Leung as she took her time and listened to me and did a (words removed) for my discharge. However, I did not like my experience with Dr. (name removed) as she saw me quickly (felt dismissed), did not due a (words removed) for my (words removed), and had called me "old" when I went for a work up for infertility.

Dr. Leung is an exceptionally kind and caring OB/GYN. I'm truly grateful for the care I've received, from my very first visit with her through my most recent post-op appointment. From the start, it was clear she genuinely cares about women and women's health. In a time when women's concerns are too often overlooked or misdiagnosed, Dr. Leung listens closely, orders the appropriate testing, and takes the time to get to the root of the issue. I felt heard, supported, and in excellent hands.

From the moment I walked in the office, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The front office MA greeted me with a smile and was courteous. The MA who took me back was also very friendly and made me feel at ease. Dr. Leung was wonderful-she explained everything thoroughly, made me feel comfortable, and showed genuine empathy. Thank you so much for the excellent care I received. Doctors like you truly make a difference in patients' lives.

Dr. Teresa is great. She's thorough. She treated me a couple of years ago with a major issue and I highly recommend her. I appreciate her service to me. She's great. She explains things in a very great way that a person who doesn't know anything about medical will understand. And I had a great experience and always had. Thank you so much.

The front staff was friendly, approachable, and just very pleasant. Dr. Leung answered all my questions. I felt like we weren't rushed. She was listening to me. It was a great office experience.

Dr. Teresa is absolutely fantastic! She is very warm and an excellent listener. She answers every question with perfect clarity and always provides thoughtful options for my care. As a kidney transplant patient, I am so relieved and happy that she made sure every single one of my concerns was thoroughly addressed.

All I can say is it was a wonderful experience seeing this doctor. She was attentive and listened, which was so wonderful, answered all my questions. I came home feeling very, very good about her and I would definitely recommend her to family and friends. She's wonderful and she's an asset. Thank you.

Wonderful experience

I think you guys can improve by basically when I got to see the doctor, it's just like I felt very judged because she kept looking at me because I know I'm overweight, but she kept staring at my body. And so it made me feel really uncomfortable talking to her. And it was just a bad experience. I wouldn't go back or I wouldn't recommend her.

After I left the office I felt like I could have reviewed the information I needed through an AI appointment at home. It was fast, basic and minimally informative.

It's important to ensure that the front desk team understands and is compassionate toward older patients who may not be able to easily use the online check-in process and should be more helpful and understanding when older patients need assistance.

It was longer than I expected to schedule the appointment, and the wait time in the office was a bit longer than I had anticipated, but the staff was exceptional, and the doctor was very courteous and knowledgeable and respectful.
