That Dr. Tina is rudest, disrespectful, angry, visit I've ever had in my life. She's a great doctor when it comes to her treatment but her meeting with me was horrible. So horrible I left that building shaking with anger!!!

Yes, everybody, the whole team for working for PIH, they're very, very nice people. They speak with me with respect, courtesy, and manners. And they are very, very professional doctors, especially doctors, the one he attended me in the right way, with respect, with courtesy, and manners. And I respect his own profession and each doctor he attended me. I really appreciate and thank you so much for the whole team to work in PIH, including the doctors, very, very professional doctors. And I'm so happy and satisfied with the way he treats me and talks to me. Thank you so much. This is my opinion. And that's the truth. And nothing but the truth. Thank you.

Yes, I didn't have a referral or I did have a referral, but the doctor was questioning whether I did or not. And so I felt like that was kind of a sticking point for her. So yeah, I didn't feel that great about the visit. But she did examine me. I just felt like she asked me why I was there if I didn't have a referral from my primary doctor. And I don't know, I just felt like she wanted to know why I was there.

I'm recovering from my surgery, but I had a lot of questions at my appointment. The doctor was running late and just came in and wanted to leave immediately. I think if she had spent a little more time with me, maybe 10 minutes, it would have been much better because she could have answered my questions. Perhaps that's the problem. Thank you.

The doctor and front and back staff were wonderful.

Dr Ng was very straightforward and educational about what was going on with veins and protocol that has to be followed.

My appointment was made timely for me at the dialysis center. So my first answer is incorrect. It was very easy. Everybody was very cordial, understanding. My son's autistic and was a little bit loud at the end of the visit. All the staff were very professional and kind, and I would recommend them.

Dr Ng made me feel much calmer about my situation that I've been dealing with for four weeks. She's very educated and pays attention to detail. She really seems to care about what's going on with your situation of why you came to see her.

Yes, I was helped completely. All my questions were answered and I was very surprised. Some things I didn't know that I learned from this provider and she was definitely awesome. I was very pleased.

Yeah, it'd be nice if the surgeon usually called back when you have a problem instead of having you talk to the clerk about your condition. Okay, that's my answer to your question.

I'm very happy with Dr. Tina NG. She's the best doctor and I'm very thankful for her.

I went in hurting. I came out not knowing why. I didn't feel she paid attention enough to what I was telling her that was hurting. She ran a little electric thing across my leg and said there was no blood clots or no whatever's. I went out of there not knowing anything more than when I went in. This has been my experience for the last about the last three doctors I've seen from PIH over my knee replacement and swelling and it's maddening. It's like they're just working for a check. That's all they're working for to get paid. They're not helping me understand why I'm hurting or what's going on with my leg. I tell them that it's been this way for ages. I tell them all kinds of things and they come out with, oh, it'll be ?

I wish I could have the person's name that I am wanting to give kudos to, but it's the person who actually takes the telephone calls and makes the scheduling for the vascular surgeon. She was fantastic. I couldn't say enough wonderful things about her. I cannot believe I don't know her name. If you all can find out who that person is, she needs to have some accolades for sure. She's wonderful. Thank you very much.

i found Dr. Ng after my previous Vascular Surgeon retired. As it turned out Dr. Ng was quite familiar with my previous Doctor and his work. She and I immediately developed a good Doctor- Patient relationship. She was in agreement on the vascular work I had had performed and is very pleased to see that my bypass is working well. She is on top of monitoring this bypass as replacing an artery with vein must be monitored.
