Dr Ng made me feel much calmer about my situation that I've been dealing with for four weeks. She's very educated and pays attention to detail. She really seems to care about what's going on with your situation of why you came to see her.

Yeah, it'd be nice if the surgeon usually called back when you have a problem instead of having you talk to the clerk about your condition. Okay, that's my answer to your question.

I went in hurting. I came out not knowing why. I didn't feel she paid attention enough to what I was telling her that was hurting. She ran a little electric thing across my leg and said there was no blood clots or no whatever's. I went out of there not knowing anything more than when I went in. This has been my experience for the last about the last three doctors I've seen from PIH over my knee replacement and swelling and it's maddening. It's like they're just working for a check. That's all they're working for to get paid. They're not helping me understand why I'm hurting or what's going on with my leg. I tell them that it's been this way for ages. I tell them all kinds of things and they come out with, oh, it'll be ?

I wish I could have the person's name that I am wanting to give kudos to, but it's the person who actually takes the telephone calls and makes the scheduling for the vascular surgeon. She was fantastic. I couldn't say enough wonderful things about her. I cannot believe I don't know her name. If you all can find out who that person is, she needs to have some accolades for sure. i found Dr. Ng after my previous Vascular Surgeon retired. As it turned out Dr. Ng was quite familiar with my previous Doctor and his work. She and I immediately developed a good Doctor- Patient relationship. She was in agreement on the vascular work I had had performed and is very pleased to see that my bypass is working well. She is on top of monitoring this bypass as replacing an artery with vein must be monitored.

Yes, I had trouble making arrangements. The number I was given wasn't the right number to make an appointment, to have a, um, geez, what is it, ultrasound done on my left leg. And I was put on hold and then for two hours and then I did the call back. This is to the person that's supposed to do the ultrasound. I never got a call back. Today I did the same thing, never got a call back. I finally had to jump through a lot of hoops to try to find a number and call and get the right number for, to set up a schedule for an appointment for the ultrasound. And with my leg in its condition, I don't have an appointment until

I feel like Dr Ng has changed in the past 6 months for the better! In our first meeting she was very clinical in her dialogue and not receptive in a nice way to my questions. She had really worked on this and it shows! She is much more patient oriented and a better communicator. She is very knowledgeable and competent and I now highly recommend her to others!

My first visit with Dr. Tina Ng. She was very informative, and I shared how I was very happy and impressed that she took the time to read my chart to more understand my visit. In my experience with PIH, there were/are some doctors that do not read patience's charts before the actual visit and it's highly frustrating. Dr. Ng explained all very clearly of my physical situation with the help of my PET, MRIs my chart history. She referred me to a Dr. (name removed) to further analyze my situation. Dr. (name removed) shares an office with Dr. (name removed), who literally saved my life in 1996.

Yes, I'd like to say that Dr. Ng is a super doctor. She's got great personality. She's willing to listen to what you have to say and she explains clearly what procedures she's going to do. So, as far as I'm concerned, I'd give her a 14 if I could do it. So, thank you very much.
