My experience with this provider has been exceptional.

I usually see Dr (name removed). He has been my Dr for years This appointment I saw Dr Pham He was great. I felt very comfortable with him. He asked all the questions, and asked my if I had any questions

I wish I could have seen my regular doctor, but it was fine. He's a busy man. And my appointment was switched up 2 days, so there's that.

I enjoyed both of my visits to the hospital; well, the doctors' offices and everything are excellent. Very good care, very good treatment, and I'm grateful. Thank you very much.

He needs to be more patient when he has an interpreter, and not get so desperate as to just leave the room and be done with it. He needs to pay attention when he has an interpreter or a patient in front of him. That's what I didn't like about him; he was desperate to leave the room.

I had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment and dealing with thyroid issues isn't something you can put off for that long.

Tommy Pham is kind and knowledgeable. I always have a good experience when I visit this office. I highly recommend this office and provider! I am thankful to partner with them to meet my healthcare needs!

Paperwork shows he was with me for 30 minutes, but it was actually 11 minutes. Same thing happened last visit.

There's nothing I wouldn't do from the Presbyterian Hospital. Nothing but good things to say about it for the doctors, the staff, the janitorial services are even excellent at their jobs. I don't like how you go to see the doctor your first visit and then after they just go ahead and make your next visit with the physician assistants. It's like since when did physician assistants become physicians? You know, you book it with a physician because you want to see a physician, but it seems like press, that's what they're doing now, putting all their offices to PAs. And yet some of them are good, but the ones that have been there 20 years, but I don't like it where they just put these young rookies in there.

Very great experience

First time I met Dr Pham. I was so pleased and comfortable explaining my concerns about medications I will be taking. He spent time explaining I a manner I will fully understand . I definitely would like to follow up with him. Has a very pleasant personality .

Everyone in Dr. Pham's office was very courteous, respectful, and we really love Dr. Pham. He listens to my mother and all our questions, and we will recommend him.

Hello. My complaint regarding number three is because when I arrived to make an inquiry, they closed the door before 5:00 PM. Otherwise, everything was perfect. That was the only way I could tell the person they should respect the opening hours. That's all. Thank you. And they closed the door about ten minutes early. Thank you.

Doctor gives me lab test report have 2 items, 1 is normal, but another one is Much High number show unnormal, but when doctor see me at the time he is all number OK, did not explain why? I feel worried about it. This is new doctor he replaces old doctor left hospital, also he doesn't study I am a very serious major illness patient.

Dr. Pham is super cool. I like him. He's very nice and he listens to all my issues.

It's very hard to make an appointment with the doctors at this office. The scheduling isn't until six months. And I mean, it just takes forever to get in.

This provider took the time to listen to me and to look at my lab and go through everything with me. I didn't feel like I was in a drive-thru with other doctors. I have felt that way when it comes to endocrinology. But he took his time. I'm very grateful. Thank you.

He had a positive attitude, did not rush my appt., he did not need to tape record my appt (as first Endocrinologist-Dr. (name removed) Did), he listened to me and explained possible positive changes in my condition, asked me a few times if I had any questions, plus he felt he could see me for both of my existing medical conditions.

Hi, my name is (PHI removed), and I do appreciate the Presbyterian Hospital in Whittier. I find that the medical staff, I feel that they're very conscientious when they talk, where they really want to help you and make sure that you understand what they are saying and they show patience. That's what I want to say. I think it's a very good group. I've been to other facilities in a lifetime. I am an elderly senior, but I think Presbyterian has them all beat. The Dr was very patient with me regarding my Blood Work results. He explained everything clearly and was very knowledgeable with my medical concern.

Ordinarily I see the M.D. in the endocrinologist's office, but on this particular day, I saw his Physician's Assistant (P.A.). This young man was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He listened carefully to my condition and after thoroughly examining my online records, provided a solid recommendation. He also gave me some counseling as to what my blood glucose numbers should be, both fasting and after meals. I was very impressed with this P.A. even though he is relatively new to the endocrinology practice at PIH Health. I would definitely be willing to see him again if need be.

The PA, Tommy, seems like a good guy, but we'd never met him before. We were never told we wouldn't be seeing Dr. (name removed) anymore. We don't know how much he knows about the medical history. Before switching a patient to see only the PA, you have to introduce them and make them feel comfortable.

I have seen a lot of NP over the years. He was one of the best. He actually seemed like he cared and made me feel confident in his care provided.

i wasn't expecting changes like this because i never knew this doctor. this is the first time i've seen him and he doesn't seem to know what i have been doing. he just seems to want to make changes and not consult my primary doctor.
