This visit was a great experience for me. I learned so much about my health, nutrition, etc. from Trina. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. She has set me on the right track. Michelle gave me tools so that I can follow Trina's instructions. She was friendly and listened to my concerns. Lisa was also helpful. These ladies make a great team and together gave me the encouragement needed to proceed on my health journey.
