Seems like PIH likes to over book its doctors.

He is kind, patient and empathetic. I have been coming to him for over 20 years and will continue so until he retires .

I like to say that the nurse is are very respectful and very kind make you feel very comfortable there and explain everything to you what they're going to do to you if I need to have a procedure done and I do appreciate very much I always feel very comfortable there

I have been with Family Doctors/PIH for 55 years. I have had only two PCP's - Dr. (name removed) and Dr. Mitry. I would not be here today, without Dr. Mitry's care and attention to my body's screaming out for guidance and corrections over the last 25+ years.

every thing went right, stuff was very nice, and Dr Mitry was excellent, he informed me about the results of my blood work, and he advised me on how to get best results for my health, I left the office very happy, can't wait for my 6 month check up again.

I'm thinking that the system that PIH or most providers work under is stressful for them and that affects the patients. They don't have the time to listen or to spend with their clients and they don't have the time to give them timely appointments. They have to be time so far in between and then when you get there, it's very short. So it's hard to get good medical care or attention with PIH.

We met (name removed) the 1st time we became patients and she is great, as is (two names removed) and the other nurses.

My appointment was at 9.20 and I was seen at 10.20 and wait of one hour. Previous appointment with the PIH, pain medicine doctor, two weeks before, I was late by 15 minutes due to traffic and I was denied to be seen and also I had to reschedule with the possibility of a wait of almost one month plus. So please be consistent. with the timeline of the appointment check-in and check-out. Thank you.

The call center some people there are not concern about people health nor do they care please train them to help people not to be rude.

The only suggestion is to schedule more appointments with the doctor sooner because it took me seven months to get one. From the moment I called, they didn't give me an appointment until seven months later. That's the only negative I have. Dr Mitry is the best doctor. My only concern was the behavior observed with the MA (name removed) that did check out. Per Dr Mitry, he said to schedule a f/u appt to remove a mole. When I asked his MA about scheduling, she informed me that he didn't place the order and he didn't have availability, one factor being was his time off. Also, when drawing my blood she didn't have the labels for the tubes. After she drew my blood she discharged me from clinic but didn't have the lab tubes labeled with my information. Another MA needed her mobile drawing station and she got my lab tubes, walked over to the nurse station to print the labels. I just hope she chose the right patient labels- my name. This is a HUGE risk for patient care and liability. Poor office protocol. Her attitude was very dismissive too.

I appreciate that Dr. Mitry sent me for xrays right away to get the information he needed for my medical care. It is so convenient to have everything in one place and solve problems quickly.

I am disappointed how Dr. Mitry performed my annual examination. His examination lasted less than 10 minutes. He did not perform the following exams: (words removed). This negative encounter does not affect my opinion of Dr. Mitry. He is usually thorough and professional. In addition, we talked about the results of my blood work. My cholesterol levels were a bit elevated. Instead of giving advice how to lower it through proper diet, he suggested medication. What happened to the days of truly looking out for your clients by supplying them with honest advice. Medication is NOT the solutions for all health issues.

Hi, I came into the office to see Dr. Mitry after being in the hospital for eight days. And Dr. Mitry took really good care of me. And I was really in a place where I wasn't trusting the hospitalist that was taking care of me in the hospital. But Dr. Mitry was able to put me at ease. He's still continuing to run tests to see what's going on with me. And I just really appreciate his approach to making sure that I get better.

Hello, hi, yes, my name is Katia and I did see Dr. Mitry. The only thing, everything went well. The only thing that I think this provider has issues with, with pain medication. I've been taking Flexeril 10 milligrams two times a day for my muscle spasms. I went to the urgent care. He saw my results, he went over everything because now it's getting more acute. So we had a plan. He said that he was gonna order, Ibuprofen, Flexeril, Valter, I need a Valter, and some patches, some Lidocaine patches. So I went to the pharmacy and they told me, no, that he didn't order any Flexeril. I called the next day and talked to somebody from the pharmacy and they were telling me, well, the doctor didn't put anything that he was gonna give you medication. So it's just a little odd that when I was speaking to him, we had a plan and then it seems like he didn't ... did not do
