Dr. La and staff were great! Very caring and thorough.

We are glad we selected Dr. la for our cardiology needs. She was thorough and answered any questions we may have had was upfront with my father's health. Dr. La is highly recommended to anybody that needs a Cardioligist.

I always check in thru PIH app or text, no problem except the ads at the end. Why does the check in include these ?

I always receive Very Good service from Dr Van and her staff

Dr. La was very patient and detailed in making sure to explain to me exactly what was necessary, why she was doing certain things. And I just really appreciated her knowledge, her input, and she made me just feel very comfortable with her care. So I wanted to say that.

I really did like the way the doctor asked if I had any concerns towards the end of our session. But being a first-timer through a first-time situation like this, I felt like I needed more care and more explanation. And I felt like she had someone else take care of that instead of her, so I really didn't feel a connection with her.

I was extremely nervous but I was made to feel at ease by the staff and the Dr. La Nothing was rushed and all my questions were answered and follow ups and suggestions were given.

I felt challenged when I initially tried to be seen due to a full booking of patients, which left me forced to wait 1-2 months for a consult. However after speaking to my PCP, I was referred to Dr. La. Again, a long wait left me feeling deterred, but I was contacted again by Dr. La's office & given a much earlier/sooner appointment. This was a relief. Having to live not knowing whether the pain you feel could be serious can be worrisome. Dr. La calmed my fears & her course of determine treatment is fine with me.

This was my first visit with Dr. La she was very kind, respectful, patient, informative and genuinely made me feel comfortable. This was my first experience with a female doctor and I must say I prefer a female to a male physician. I look forward to her helping me with my future health issues.

Dr Van LA is professional and answered all my questions. Dr Van LA communicated in a way to make me understand my status and made a solid recommendation based on my recent test results. I am happy I came to see her with my heart health issues.

I actually appreciated the fact that Dr. La initially conveyed that she had reviewed my whole history file, which was good, so she could know. At the end of the day, I didn't really find out what triggered my chest pains from any of the four doctors that had seen me through March and April, but I did really appreciate the fact that she told me for blood pressure, 130 is the target, and to be very conscientious of that so that I don't have heart issues in the future. She was very gracious and very informative, and I'm glad that I got to see her for my concerns. Thank you.

Dr Van La is by far the best and most caring physician, she is just AWESOME!!!

The young lady that greeted me was quite comforting and friendly. I was nervous coming into the Cardiology appt. After speaking with her as she got all of my healthcare cards and ID, she let me talk listened attentively and made some nice small talk. I appreciate her making me feel at ease. The nurse that took my vitals and gave me my EKG was also comforting most definitely the team you want attending to patient's at the cardiologist. She was friendly, comforting, attentive and truly made me feel relaxed. When the Dr. came in I was comfortable enough not to forget my questions and truly explain my situation. (When I'm nervous, I tend to forget to give feedback or clearly explain my situation and problems) Thank you

I was definitely very pleased, all the staff was very friendly, very good attention, excellent service.

Dr. La showed me what I needed to ask every time I was prescribed a medicine and she informed me that you need to ask why and what is it for. So she really took care of my needs and explained to me the medicine that I was taking. Now I understand why I'm taking each medicine because he explained it to me. As far as the staff, they were very courteous and they were very knowledgeable and very nice to me. So thank you for my visit and Dr. La, thank you.
