I felt very rushed. When it's an annual physical, I shouldn't feel rushed at all. The provider should take time to listen to all the patients' needs and not just like a piece of cattle where I'm rushed through the line. It takes me months and months to get an appointment. I want to be heard and listened to and not rushed at all.

Overall, this whole process is streamlined with the being able to check in early on the techs that we get. Dr. Sriram has always been absolutely kind, considerate, professional, and very good in communicating any and all information that I need to know in a way that it all makes sense. So I have recommended coworkers, the office, and the doctor, mainly because of the doctor's ability to perform in her practice of medicine. And overall, the experience has been good. What a difference this appointment was from the past few appointments. There were not too many patients in the office and I was called in exactly on time. This goes to show that when providers are not overwhelmed with appointments every 15 minutes, they can spend more time and give better care. The healthcare industry really needs to treat all its clients (patients and providers) the way they would want to be treated and not make everything about the bottom line.

The new policy of getting followup appointments before you leave the office has made it much easier and less stressful to see my doctor in a timely manner. Especially when a followup appointment is required. Oftentimes it was difficult to see the doctor within the timeframe required for a followup appointment. The new policy makes more sense and is a relief to patients.

Most of the doctors in general have very busy schedules. So whenever we needed to schedule an appointment we have to wait for months. I do not have a good solution to it.

Office staff was exceptional. Very well organized, very pleasant, very nice, very welcoming. Dr. Sriram is an outstanding, outstanding doctor that I have come across and I've been to a lot of different doctors, but she is very professional, very kind, very pleasant, very warm, explains in detail to where you understand what's going on or if there's a procedure to be done. I have to mention to my primary care physician about a hormone check. I went there for a physical, but I had to mention to her about a hormone check. This is something that she should have addressed to me. And then also too, I filled out a survey with my name and they were asking me different questions on there and I definitely put on there that I'm having problems with my hip and also sleepiness. They did not or she did not address those issues at all. The purpose of the survey was I filled out the paperwork before seeing her, but they did not go over it. She did not go over my survey, nor did the representative come back and ask me, I guess this is what's a mental alertness. She did not come back and ask me what was the three.

Great experience. So happy to find a Dr. who listens, has great bedside manner, and want to help her patients thrive.

Very Good Doctor.

I have been treated by this doctor before and she is knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and listens to patient needs.

Getting papers ready for foot surgery. I was able to show the papers to the doctor and staff and they were able to help figure it out and they assured me they will take care of everything. I left with a whole lot of weight off my shoulders

The only issue I had was in scheduling. I called the number and was put on hold for 45 minutes. I have to hang up. I called back in two hours and the same waitedvery long. This needs to be addressed or else patients will leave.

I find it very difficult to reach this doctor and I never get a response back. I've personally gone in and left messages and they claim they just lose them. It's an isolated situation, which it's not. She misdirects us for labs and she doesn't really follow up. So, I cannot reach her. I wait 40 minutes on hold for simple answers, simple questions and simple answers. That's completely unreasonable and I wish to change this doctor.

I almost didn't wait at all! I was very impressed by both their promptness and by the thoroughness of the care I received. I often feel like doctors don't have the time to review my chart, but she reviewed it very carefully to be sure everything was covered, even though nothing was a big concern.
