The girls at the front desk are always an issue. One always looks like she doesn't want to be there and is rude. The other lady has gotten better from when she first started. The attitude and demeanor of the younger girl still need improvement. This is a kids office, kids should see happy people up front. Not people who always look unhappy. I can also go with out them having private conversations while you wait to be helped.

The doctor was very nice and listened to my concerns. For the first time, I did not feel rushed out of the office; however, just like the previous appointments, I feel like we didn't get as far as I would like. I would like my son to be tested for ADHD and now possibly autism per the last visit. We have now been to PIH four different times for appointments since my son was three and never got a true diagnosis. We keep being given the same sheet for therapist to see, PIH physicians are not doing any tests in the office. My son was prescribed ADHD medicine and nothing more. I attempted to pick up the medicine today just to have it in my cabinet, and come to find out it is on backorder. Now, what am I supposed to do? I tried to make a sooner appointment and was told there is none. Now I feel I am back to square one with no help again. When parents call in to schedule a behavioral appointment, there should be a certain procedure and questionnaire that is put in place. We should feel comfortable and understand what is to be presented in that appointment. I feel I'm wasting time and money and not getting anywhere at these appointments.

It was easy to set up an appointment. Also, I was able to ask questions without being judged.

The staff and the doctor were super helpful and nice. My son loved the nurse with and the doctor.

I was extremely satisfied with this visit. He was attentive to my teen and gave both myself and my child the ability for our questions to be answered thoroughly. Best experience ever! I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I guess this dr is new at this location. He was able to gives us information regarding our child medical condition. Informative regarding what to do after the visit if we encounter an issues with our child. Very happy with service.

I tried scheduling my son first thing in the morning. I explained to the scheduling clerk why my son needed to be seen he was sick with diarrhea, fever and vomiting and she brought up I had a balance of $25.00 and before I knew it she transferred me to the billing department. I was left on hold waiting. Mind you my son is sick and I was trying to get an appointment. I waited on hold and then hung up called back and spoke with another scheduler and she got my son an appointment same day at 11:00. After I ended the phone call the other scheduled called me back and asked why I hung up I told her I didn't mind paying the balance but after I schedule my son. She mentioned that's not the protocol for the PIH and I told her I thought that was odd that the other scheduler never mentioned a balance and scheduled my son immediately. It was very upsetting and unsettling especially since my son is the patient and patient care should come first.

The class have always been very attentive and kind and prompt with the services.
