It is not easy to make an appointment especially on the date and time I prefer, Other than this, everything was good.

Everything is fine. We like to go to visit PIH, but the only thing is the people who not speak English. So we need more people who can speak Chinese in the service. Okay, that's the main point because we live in the Hacienda area. Most patients, I would recommend them to come to PIH, but the Mandarin have to be as needed. You know, when they check in, yeah, that's why I take my mom to see the Dr. Zhang, who can speak Mandarin and Chinese. Thank you so much.

Dr. Weiran Zhang is exceptional. She takes her time, doesn't rush through the visit, and makes sure every concern is addressed. Her professionalism and communication are far better than what I experienced with my previous provider, Scott Lee. She listens, explains her recommendations clearly, and even wants to monitor my medications closely. I trust her advice and felt fully supported during the appointment. I've already recommended her to my family, friends, and coworkers.

I'm so happy with my doctor. She's very patient and I know that I can be very, I know that I can stress people out because I'm so worried about my health, but she's very patient and I appreciate that.

On the first question, when you asked if I was able to get an appointment in a timely fashion, I pushed no, which was incorrect. I was able to see her within the week of receiving my results from the blood test. And I enjoy having Dr. Weiran Zhang as my doctor. And I've never had an issue with her or the facilities. Dr. Zhang listened to all my complaints and scheduled the next steps to meet my needs. I was very happy and satisfied with the attention she gave me.

I came in for a physical. I also had a few issues that I needed to have her check. She did not touch me once. Did not listen to my heart, belly, check my ears, nose, throat, nothing. When her nurse came in the room with a couple of prescriptions, I told her they the doctor didn't check me at all, she went to get her. She then check my belly only, but I felt that she didn't know what she was really looking for especially because she only lowered the bed back just a bit. I was pretty upset and feel that my one physical a year was a complete waist of time and now I have to wait another year to get a physical done.

Dr. Zhang was excellent in communicating and explaining procedures. I felt very comfortable with her. Her nurse was very efficient and helpful.

The doctor explained very clearly about my health condition after an examination, and made arrangement for further treatment to complete my treatment. She called to inform about my Xray result on the same day. I am very satisfied with her treatment. I am planning to switch to her to be my assigned doctor including for my wife as well. Thank you very much again.

The staff was great. The provider, Dr Zhang was knowledgeable and professional. However, the furniture needs updating and makes the office look not professional. So, my only recommendation is for the practice to update the chairs in the rooms that are peeling away and make the rooms uninviting. But, Dr Zhang and her staff are fabulous

It was worth the drive to go to Hacienda Heights. Dr was very attentive, thorough. I originally called Whittier and NO AVAILABLE appointments till January. Ridiculous!!!! Got a pleasant call back from (name removed) and got an appointment for the following day in Hacienda Heights.

I have been going to this office for many many years and this was my first visit with Dr Zhang. She is absolutely delightful and so easy to talk to. It was a preop check up for Mastectomy surgery and she not only was respectful, she was very informative and helpful to this 79 year old lady. I truly like her great doctor to patient relationship and would gladly see her again in the future.

My PCP could not see me as a add one for at least a week. The Urgent Care was not appropriate. I was offered a next day visit with this Doctor. She was totally new to me and geographically in a different direction I usually travel. But she was Wonderful. She was able to get a referral for a MRI and scheduled with in two days. She did the proper physical examination to see where and the level or pain and shoulder arm range of motion. She explained options and how we would proceed depending on the MRI results. I am thinking of changing to her for my PCP. My normal for years PCP retired in Aug.

PIH is excellent.

This was the first time I saw the doctor because I could not get an appointment with my actual primary care doctor until December. And I was concerned. And the doctor was so awesome. They took me in. She looked at what I was showing her. I had this little lump on my head. And she looked at it and assessed it. And sure enough, it's gone now. But she was very friendly. She listened to what I had to say. She addressed my concerns. She reassured me, but she did also tell me that if it was still hurting and was still there in a week to come back. So she was all about it. And I really appreciated how friendly she was. And, um, I just, I, I don't always have that type of experience with doctors. Sometimes they really don't listen. They start typing a writing before you're even done with the sentence. And I appreciate when a doctor like her, um, actually lets you finish your thought and she engaged.

My experience with the doctor and her staff was very positive and helpful.

Dr Zhang was great. She was very patient and gave me as much time as I needed, Also showed she was very Knowledgeable and concerned for my best possible treatment. Due to swelling on my upper foot, she offered to order an Uber for me when she referred me to Whittier PIH to get a Doppler and rule out a possible blood clot. I would highly recommend both her and Dr (name removed) to any friends and family members.

The check-in process was efficient, the waiting room pleasant, and Dr. Zhang and (name removed), her assistant, made my visit comfortable.

The doctor was excellent, but the nurse practitioner, the one that showed us into the office and took my blood pressure, she seems a little, I guess you would call it cold or somewhat a little rude sometimes or not concerned. She seems very, very pushy, so I just wanted to let that be known. Thank you.

Dr. Zhang was prompt in arriving at the exam room and highly attentive to my needs. She took the time to inquire if there were any additional concerns that required attention and provided clear, professional explanations throughout the visit. My initial appointment was scheduled with Dr. Lee, but due to his high demand, the earliest availability was over a month away. Fortunately, I was able to secure an appointment with Dr. Zhang the very next day. She is not only professional and knowledgeable but also personable and readily available for appointments.

My provider has been excellent as provider is very thorough, attentive and invested in my care.
