Carefully explained why my greatest fear and drew pictures which helped immensely because I recall things better with illustrations. Bless him for seeing what I was afraid of and helping me see why it was not likely.

I really enjoyed visiting this doctor's office because he is very attentive, listens to the patient, and gives precise guidance. We used the translator because I don't speak English, but I expected the translator to speak and explain everything to me. And he also tried to explain a little Spanish to me. The service at the office was quick; the lady attended to me very quickly, asked for my card and ID, and called me right away. It wasn't a waste of time; the service was very fast and efficient. The service was fabulous, excellent, and the doctor was very pleasant.

The doctor was great and the staff was kind. I do recommend this office, however because you have to pay for parking. This would not be the case at Kaiser Permanente

I felt very rushed through my very first appointment with Dr. Kurban. I had maybe 10-15 minutes of his time. I thought I would have at least had an hour time since it was my first time seeing him. He immediately began telling me how I need to go on Ozempic to lose weight. He had no clue as to how many health issues I've had in the past. Especially with how sensitive my stomach issues are. He told me Ozempic side affects are nausea and constipation which I already struggle with on a daily basis. I was rushing through my questions but felt like it didn't matter what I was saying, he just jumped over what I had to say. Then he tells me when I return in February for a follow up appointment, I'll be seeing a physician assistant???!!! And at that time I would begin taking the Ozempic. I was not happy with this visit.

Dr. Kurban is an incredible doctor. He's sensitive, he's caring, he's very knowledgeable, he's on target, he listens, he cares, he's one of the best doctors I have ever had. Thank you.

It's near impossible to get through that office telephonically due to the system. When you press to speak to the staff, it always hangs up on you. That is very disappointing.

Didn't wait long

Dr. (name removed) has been my doctor for many years and I was saddened when my appt was changed because he had been in an accident. Wish to send best wishes and prayers for a speedy recovery. That said, have to say I was very pleased with attention given by Dr. Kurban. On a scale of 1 to 10 would give him a 10 just as I would Dr, (name removed). These two doctors are excellent and highly recommend both.

Despite being prepared with notes and updated medications and new diagnoses, none of this was entered into my file despite two separate requests to two different assistants to update my medical record. Skill level of first assistant taking blood pressure was unable to use a stethoscope and passed the job off to a second assistant that was unaware that the first had problems with the machine and did not finish their job. Dr was underwhelming. Visit left me feeling disappointed and that my care was more of an inconvenience.

My experience at the endocrinology office was very pleasant. The staff was very kind and welcoming and very efficient. Dr. Kurban was tremendously professional and had wonderful bedside manners. I was very happy with my visit and I would recommend to my family and friends. Thank you.

I am dissatisfied about the discrepancy between the lab result and the provider's notes regarding diagnosing me with full blown diabetes when the lab result shows pre diabetes. I would appreciate a correction please.

Dr. Kurban, I'm not sure if it was him or one of his staff, but they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. They checked it to CUVS Pharmacy and I told them I used 986 pharmacy, so there was a little mix up there regarding my prescription. I had to wait a few days or so.

Dr Kurban is knowledgeable & great bedside manner. Since this Dr has been my provider he is always sincere and supportive with helping me control my diabetes.

I appreciate the provider taking the time to answer my questions.

Dr. Kurban is very friendly and respectful. I always look forward to meeting with him. There is a reason his schedule is always full.

Very friendly office

Your phone system and the whole hospital is not very good. People don't answer, it takes forever to get through. Nobody gives you an extension so you can avoid four operators. Put it simply, I like your hospital, it's done well, kind of rigid, but the telephone system sucks.

Suggestion. Put sign up no food allowed. I sat across a couple drinking a coffee latte piled w whip cream eating a sandwich. It's discourtious we're there for diet issues. It's also a place of business. Sign should be put front door. Lobby was full an were all looking at eat other wondering whether to say something. Receptionist desk too low to notice couple eating in lobby.

From the office to the Doctor I received professional and courteous service, thank you very much.

You could have the office be a little more efficient. Nobody took my receiver and downloaded any of the information for the doctor. And when I mentioned it, they said that they didn't need to do that, which I felt they've always done that before. So that seemed odd to me. And they were kind of, kind of lackadaisical about when I asked them some questions. And I just didn't feel confident that they were really invested in what they were doing or their job. So getting a hold of the doctor is nearly impossible. And I know that has nothing to do with his office. It's a call center. I have never, ever gotten a call back anytime I've ever called and left a message. Never, not once. And so getting a hold of my doctor, I had to go through my primary care physician,

Dr KURBAN listened intently to what I had to say. He reviewed my records prior to seeing me, he was aware of my issues. That was important.

Phone inquiries wait times are extreme......

I was very impressed with Dr. Kurban. I trust him with my care.

I had a great experience once I actually went into the office to meet with the doctor. However, my appointment was rescheduled twice before I was able to actually get into him. And it took me about maybe four to five months to actually finally get in. So that was not pleasant. I don't know if that had anything to do with the office or just the logistics of it all. But that was not a pleasant experience for me. However, as I stated before, once I actually met with the doctor, he was kind and courteous. His staff was really nice. The office was really nice and clean. And, you know, it was pretty much a short visit. But, you know, there was only so much we could go over. So he sent me in for blood work. And so I'll be returning. next week to go over those blood results. Then at that point, I believe I'll have more of an accurate number if I decide that I want.

Finally, a doctor that listens to the patients!

Hi, my name is (PHI removed). I'm at (PHI removed) and there's nothing that needs improvement. He just cares so much. I mean, he really cares. A good listener and has so much compassion, so patient with any questions and just, you know, makes you feel valued. And so we need more doctors like that. So thank you for Dr. Kurban and for the staff. I just am very grateful and have a wonderful, wonderful day. And he is just so pretty and so professional and just have a servant's heart to serve others and all of the patients. Thank you so much.

My original doctor was Dr. (name removed) and I was given Kurban because I cannot ever get an appointment with Dr. (name removed). So I'm not happy with Kurban. I don't feel that he takes his time with me. He didn't really mention anything when I told him my concerns about my recent health. He didn't give me tips on what to do as far as my cholesterol or why it might have skyrocketed since three and a half weeks before when I had all my numbers in the green. So I really didn't feel that he made effort to help me understand what could be going on with my body. Also, he was supposed to give me an ultrasound order and he did not give it to me. And when I called the office, it was hard to reach the office. They had closed. They had to put me on hold forever before even hanging up on me, the operator herself. You have a lousy phone system. It's hard to go through to even talk to the representative, not the Dr. William Kurban. Just try to talk to someone. It's so goddamn difficult to go through your phone system. Okay? Get that updated, upgraded, and it's a lousy system. I'm sick and tired of this system. Okay? You should be ashamed of yourself. And also, it's very difficult to make appointments. And after the visit this time, and I cannot really make any appointments. I have to wait until the recommended time, like several days before the next appointment, the recommended next appointment, and then during that time to make appointments. It's so difficult to even go through your system, and how can I make

He is a good doctor but he had me waiting in the back room for 30 minutes after my appointment time. Also, he was in a hurry to leave after he saw me, I had to stop him a couple of times just to ask questions!!

I haven't been happy with the providers in this office for 2 years since I had my TT. I don't feel like they take my concerns seriously and you can NEVER get an appt in a reasonable amount of time. The office staff is rude and it's ridiculous that they charge a parking fee. This is not an office I would recommend.

I tried for 3 months to get an appointment with this doctor. It wasn't until I told them that I was almost out of insulin that they finally gave me an appointment. This caused me a lot of frustration and anxiety, my primary care doctor would not give me a prescription for the insulin. Rules need to be examine and changed for the sake of the patient.

Dr. Kurban, by the time he walked in to see me, he was prepared, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what to do. I appreciate it and I am glad, and his nurse and the staff were outstanding.

Positive experience

Dr. Kurban is great. Unfortunately, his office staff isn't. They canceled my appointment, never reached out to let me know it was canceled, and never called me back to reschedule my appointment. I had to find this out on my own a couple days before my appointment, and I had to reach out to them to call me to set up an appointment. Very disappointed, not professional at all.
