The day of the appointment, there was a power outage and the appointment was interrupted and the staff was very professional in getting us rescheduled right away and prompt on returning our phone calls and scheduling us for another appointment. I really do appreciate this office and staff. The only complaint I have is with the lab in the same building below. The girls that work there are very unprofessional, but that's the lab downstairs where they do blood work. Everything else was wonderful.

Yes, with this doctor, I really felt like he was listening to me and he showed that by asking if he could rotate my arm, which was bothering me in several ways, to determine more carefully where my problem was and I was impressed with that. Thank you.

Very grateful Dr. Wang was able to see me right away. My Dr. (name removed) was not available, but I was given the option to see Dr. Wong. He listened to all my concerns and the pain I was experiencing. After reviewing results and examination of throat (had strep throat week before), I felt relieved as he explained the status of my condition. Dr. Wang sent my sample to quest lab. As soon as the results came in, he sent prescription to pharmacy which I was notified by the pharmacy plus his staff contacted me with the results. Highly recommend this doctor. Great experience! Dr. William Wang is by far the best PCP I've ever had. I'm going to be 60 years old and I've just really used my PCPs to get referrals to the correct doctors. Dr. Wang is wonderful, thorough, friendly. He goes above and beyond with me all the time and he takes his time. I've never had so much help and kindness from a PCP. And (name removed) is wonderful as well. She's in the office and all the women up there are great.

Yes, Dr. Wang is an excellent physician. He's very specific. He runs the necessary tests that are needed and not, he doesn't run any unnecessary tests. He's very thoughtful and considerate. Well, I was very well impressed because from all doctors that I have been seeing in PIH, this is the best. Wow, you know. I'm glad you have that as a doctor because he's kind. You know, try to help in everything, you know. I never saw a doctor like this. He's outstanding. You know, like I have another doctor and my family has a doctor in PIH, but you know. Overall, this is a good office. I've enjoyed my interactions with Dr. (name removed) and Dr. Wang. I think Dr. Wang needs to be more thorough and more patient. Dr. (name removed), I think, is fed up with me in regards to my illnesses and my symptoms. I think we rely too much on testing and the results. And when I say, hey, I'm still having symptoms, you know, for the most part, I think Dr. (name removed) and Dr. Wang, I think it's all my mind. Even though I'm still having symptoms and I try to get therapy and I try to do the best that I can, it's not their fault necessarily, but I think they need to be more detective and investigative in what they do as opposed to just ruling out things because certain test results. And I get it, that's how medicine works and how science works, but there are some times where a patient still, no matter what, the results say, you still feel symptoms.

I was very pleased with my experience. Dr. Wang and the entire office staff were very friendly and professional. Dr. Wang was very thorough in his research of my medical history and gave me excellent advice. He diagnosed my condition and prescribed medication which has cured most of my symptoms in only one day. I am very grateful to be a patient of Dr.Wang.

A very good experience

It was my first time seeing this doctor. Everybody was courteous down to his nurse. And seeing the doctor for the first time, I really liked him and he listened to everything and explained everything to me. And that's what I really wanted in a doctor.

While it was sweet seeing office staff and physicians dressed up for Halloween, I would appreciate it more if provider wasn't wearing a full mask and sunglasses during my visit. Couldn't see facial expressions or see dr's eyes while we were talking - and this was my first appointment there, with that particular provider, to establish care. I was literally talking to a Dalmatian in sunglasses lol Maybe this helped break the ice with some patients; and maybe it was fun for existing/returning patients. But as a newbie, maybe at least take off the sunglasses?

This appointment was made by the hospital for a follow up to my stay there. Dr Wang is not my PMD but I appreciated his information and recommendations going forward.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Wang. I came prepared with a printed document containing my more recent history, as well as my questions and concerns. He carefully went over the history and compared it to his notes from my previous primary care doctor. He addressed all of my concerns, and also went over all my medications with me, asking for background on each one (I have a lot of medications!) He diagnosed and suggested a treatment for a second degree burn scar on my back, and also set up a referral for a routine colonoscopy. He wants to see me again in three months. I feel like I'm in good hands.

I was most pleased with Dr Wang in how through he was and took enough time to under stand my concern.

I'm sorry, now I understand why this guy had so many available openings. Basically, I was there, he gave me a lot of time, I explained and explained and explained, and all he kept doing was typing, typing, and then going, hitting the key to go backwards and erase it, and typing it again, and then saying, I really don't know why this happened to you. My arms and legs went numb, my hands were, they were like, closing shut. I couldn't even open them. I had to go to an ER. So this was my visit after the ER. And I left there feeling like I knew more about what happened to me than he did. I was so disappointed. It was a waste of my time.

I felt very welcoming. The office atmosphere was professional. The doctor was very thorough and I was very pleased when I left my appointment.

And I ended up finding that through Dr. William Wang, just his demeanor, the way he handled it. I was going through a tough time that I didn't know how to handle. And he put me at ease and told me that he had seen people, beat, you know, the situation that I was in and, and that gave me hope and, and it became true, but, I am so, thankful to, to Dr. William Wang for, for his, for his care.
