I am very happy with the health service received

I was very pleased with my experience. Dr. Wang and the entire office staff were very friendly and professional. Dr. Wang was very thorough in his research of my medical history and gave me excellent advice. He diagnosed my condition and prescribed medication which has cured most of my symptoms in only one day. I am very grateful to be a patient of Dr.Wang.

He's is very happy that he's been replaced with our retired doctor, Dr. (name removed). And I've been going to him for a year. He's an excellent doctor. I'm very much satisfied. He's very caring and just really takes time to find out how things really are with you. Yes, I'm thankful for him. Now can I give a 10 for him?

Dr. Wang and his staff are wonderful. From the moment I checked in, I felt cared for. The nurse was welcoming, and the doctor listened to me and answered my questions. I trust him with my medical care and am happy he is my doctor.

Dr Wang was very knowledgeable regarding the field of internal medicine. Dr Wang was thorough and focused in his examination and recommendations for my annual wellness visit and medical history. Medical assistant Christina was very professional and friendly and explained everything I needed to know during my visit.

The provider was very thorough, he took the time to review my Mother's medication with me. He listened and made sure all of my questions were answered.

I love that William Wang's office is very thorough with my blood pressure and goes over all my information with me. And Dr. Wang is very helpful with giving insight on managing my blood pressure and weight control. And his assistant, (name removed), is awesome. She always makes the visit enjoyable.

Dr. Wang is extremely patient and listens very deeply so the patient feels heard, which is very healing in and of itself. Very open to hearing another opinion or question or wondering and highly recommend him. He's super amazing.

A very good experience

It was my first time seeing this doctor. Everybody was courteous down to his nurse. And seeing the doctor for the first time, I really liked him and he listened to everything and explained everything to me. And that's what I really wanted in a doctor.

While it was sweet seeing office staff and physicians dressed up for Halloween, I would appreciate it more if provider wasn't wearing a full mask and sunglasses during my visit. Couldn't see facial expressions or see dr's eyes while we were talking - and this was my first appointment there, with that particular provider, to establish care. I was literally talking to a Dalmatian in sunglasses lol Maybe this helped break the ice with some patients; and maybe it was fun for existing/returning patients. But as a newbie, maybe at least take off the sunglasses?

This appointment was made by the hospital for a follow up to my stay there. Dr Wang is not my PMD but I appreciated his information and recommendations going forward.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Wang. I came prepared with a printed document containing my more recent history, as well as my questions and concerns. He carefully went over the history and compared it to his notes from my previous primary care doctor. He addressed all of my concerns, and also went over all my medications with me, asking for background on each one (I have a lot of medications!) He diagnosed and suggested a treatment for a second degree burn scar on my back, and also set up a referral for a routine colonoscopy. He wants to see me again in three months. I feel like I'm in good hands.

I was most pleased with Dr Wang in how through he was and took enough time to under stand my concern.

I'm sorry, now I understand why this guy had so many available openings. Basically, I was there, he gave me a lot of time, I explained and explained and explained, and all he kept doing was typing, typing, and then going, hitting the key to go backwards and erase it, and typing it again, and then saying, I really don't know why this happened to you. My arms and legs went numb, my hands were, they were like, closing shut. I couldn't even open them. I had to go to an ER. So this was my visit after the ER. And I left there feeling like I knew more about what happened to me than he did. I was so disappointed. It was a waste of my time.

I felt very welcoming. The office atmosphere was professional. The doctor was very thorough and I was very pleased when I left my appointment.

This was regarding Dr. Wang, William Wang. Late last year, I was going through a really tough time and I was seeking help. And I ended up finding that through Dr. William Wang, just his demeanor, the way he handled it. I was going through a tough time that I didn't know how to handle. And he put me at ease and told me that he had seen people, beat, you know, the situation that I was in and, and that gave me hope and, and it became true, but, I am so, thankful to, to Dr. William Wang for, for his, for his care.

Excellent customer experience. The nurse and the doctor were professional and attended to my request for an EKG. I was treated as a valued customer, which is very important to me. I definitely like this office and I would recommend it to everyone.

This young physician was intensely thorough in his examination, but short on minor details such as eye contact, knocking before entering the room, and introducing himself.

Yes, I appreciated this provider's thoroughness and he was very serious and very thoughtful. The only problem I had, it was a little difficult hearing him under the combination of mask and the helmet, plastic helmet. And I had a little trouble and I am a little hard of hearing and that was my only concern. I had to ask him to repeat things several times. But I'm very, very grateful for having seen this provider. It was much better than what I had before, more though. My previous primary care physician never touched me-never checked my eyes, ears, heartbeat, etc. the office staff at the previous primary care physician were also fairly rude. I'm very happy with the change and hope I feel the same about the ophthalmologist referral.

Dr. Wang was an excellent doctor. Never met him before in my life. He took time to hear me out and everything. He even followed up on something that I needed that he made the call personally to me to make sure I was taking enough protein. I appreciate that. He's going to be my primary doctor from now on. Dr. Wang made me feel heard. When I shared a medical issue with him he stopped typing on the computer and faced me. He gave me his entire attention and I felt that he treated me with respect.

I used to have Dr. (name removed) as my physician and because of convenience reasons I stopped coming to her, but I returned and so I was set up for as a new patient, which is understood. But when I was setting up my appointment, whoever answered the phone, I don't know if they understand or if it could be communicated to the patient better, but they weren't clear about the process. And so I originally set up my appointment with Dr. (name removed) for April 28th, but then I asked, I was trying to get in sooner. And so the person on the phone said I could see another doctor as a new patient and then I can come back to Dr. (name removed), but I have to have a new patient consultation or session first before I start being seen as a regular client. So when I came in...

Yes, the doctor provided very quick but thorough testing, tested me thoroughly and made sure I was okay. And I was very happy with the appointment. He was able to identify and rule out any other symptoms. And I appreciated that very much. And he was very customer service oriented, very friendly. I appreciate that very much. Thank you.

This is the first time I have seen Dr. Wang. Dr. (name removed) is my doctor and she is on vacation.

I really liked the doctor I saw. The only main problem I had was when I called to make an appointment, it was my first time visiting the receptionist that I couldn't see any doctor until the middle of August. And I said that was not reasonable and I needed to speak to a manager. Later a manager called a few days later and she allowed me to come in last week, which was much better.
