The provider did not examine the children. Did not look at the ears, nose, throat. And we were there due to them having cold, cough and fevers there just tested quickly for Covid, which is good and influenza A and strep. I was a little bit bothered that the provider did not examine the kids before considering giving him the medication. The medication I believe was not appropriate for them concerning. You had already been more than 48 hours to take Tamiflu for positive influence. A follow up with the pediatrician, pediatrician agreed, and

I did not see the provider, only the staff. The staff was not organized, the staff was rude, the staff that did my test did not have all his lab supplies needed to conduct my test. The staff needs to be review on on to take a specimen properly from the patient. He took the specimen and did not have a tube with him and started walking away and around the office with the specimen swab in his hand while going to the lab without putting it in a test tube. It made me feel he did not know what he was doing or was too lazy to bring the proper lab supplies to collect the specimen and safely contain the specimen in to the tube and transport it to the lab space properly without any contamination to the swab. When I ask where was his test tube to place the swab I'm he said he just going to swab and bring it to the lab and its ready. I told him it not how the test is done and needs to have tube with him, he said it in a rude remark and said it not like my test is going to be switch. It made me feel unsure that he clearly did not know how to handle a specimen collection properly and questioned about if my test collected going to be contaminated once he walked out the room. As a nurse, the staff need to be properly retrained on how to collected a specimen from the patient and gathering the supplies to do so. That my only concern. I did not have a chance to complaint to the supervisor because I feel like I was being rushed.

I really like the way doctor talk to his patients, but the only problem that I currently have is that they're not reaching out to me for my test results. So it's been like a week that I'm waiting for my results. That's the only issue. Thank you.

When I... I was the first patient supposedly and didn't get in until after 4:44. And my wife saw somebody come out after me, or before me that was that came in after me. And the doctor only check my breathing with a stethoscope on my back. And that was it. I wasn't prescribed anything. He didn't check my lymph nodes. He didn't check my ears and I had to go to my primary care physician on Tuesday to be prescribed antibiotic for a cold I have. And I express that my wife is pregnant. And we are concerned that I don't want to get her sick. And so I feel that I've got very poor care.

So I was very thankful that he was able to explain things so thoroughly and easily, did not complicate, and I'm just...I'm glad okay. And I pressed the wrong one. I don't have any problems with PIH ever. This visit was at PIH Urgent Care Hacienda Heights. The wait time was only 30 minutes. I spent a hour and fifteen minutes there because x-rays were also taken. I know since it was an urgent care facility the wait time to see doctor would be at least 30-60 minutes. Everyone acted in a timely manner and were courteous.

Dr and staff were great. Phone automation is really bad. I called and used the call back method to make an appointment. I was never called. I had to call back. Time frame to be seen was long for minimal sign in's.

PIH Urgent Care facilities were neat and clean. The staff showed me a friendly attitude and prompt attention. In addition, Dr. Winston Lai was skillful and friendly. I was satisfied, and my wife was so impressed with the place.

I really liked working with (name removed) - (name removed) when I got there at the urgent care. She took great care of me, answered questions, was very sweet and very helpful. I had gone to the La Habra Urgent Care the day before and (name removed) and her two front helpers were awful awful awful. So I had to go to a different urgent care because of how awful the service was. (name removed) was awful and so was her other 2 people underneath her that night. But (name removed) at the Santa Fe Springs Urgent Care was amazing. She said she would call me back the next day and she did. So she's very helpful and needs to stick around. Thank you so much.

Im a PIH employee and didnt identify myself as such to see how things went. Front desk and check in process was excellent. Medical assistant that brought me in didnt seem that friendly to me. Her vital assessment could have been better and didnt wont me to see my vitals when I went to look at the machine. Told me "not to touch that". At my end of visit summary she noted my weight to be 65 lbs over what it actually read which was worrisome to me if she is reporting vitals in a medical document. I told the nurse at the end of the session to correcr that for me.if she could. Dr. Lai was fine and listened to me appropriately. Limited physical exam. Nurse who gave dexameth shot was great. Overall a slightly different experience than I have had their the past 2 times which may lead me to return to La Habra UC. Thank you for giving me the ability to share my comments.

Everyone at the Urgent Care facility on Beverly Boulevard were extremely professional and caring. I left there thanking them all for their kindness. My visit was incredibly efficient. My doctor seemed very caring and well-invested in helping me understand what my ailment could be. I was very surprised by how quickly and easily I was in and out of the office and I felt that I had substantial care.

I loved and appreciate how Dr. Lai took the time to ask me about how I felt before and after being seen by him. The stretches we did really helped with the pain and discomfort I walked into Urgent Care with originally.

This is the quickest I have ever been seen in an urgent care facility. I was told the X-ray technician could take 45 minutes to arrive. He showed up within 10 minutes. Everyone I interacted with was gracious and attentive. Dr. Lai called two hours after I left with an update from the radiologist. It was an update that doesn't change my care, but it was still greatly appreciated. This has been my best urgent care experience. Thank you! Please keep it up!

The visit got me where I needed to be... discovered a huge thrombosis in my lungs at Downey PIH after being referred by this office. Had a successful thrombectomy and I am continuing my recovery at home, back with my family. Thank you!

[name removed] the receptionist was very rude and has no empathy for other's. I understand that more people are visiting Urgent care. It's her job to be courteous. I'm not visiting urgent care because I want to. I was there to get tested for work because I was not feeling well. She told me if the doctor felt like testing based on my symptoms he would, otherwise I would not be tested. But if I just see the nurse I'd be tested. She also told me if I waited in my car and was called they wouldn't see me. The waiting room has a lot of people waiting. But the caucasian women before was told when she asked. Will the doctor test us and [name removed] replied yes when he sees you he'll order the test. I was tested bit was concerned that I would not be tested. An older Hispanic lady next to me was also told the same that she may not be tested if she saw the doctor. With this virus so rapidly infecting people why isn't everyone tested?

The doctor didn't even really check on me after saying the finding out that I got strep throat. He didn't even check my lymph nodes or didn't even check my glands as I was coughing.

Hello, this is [PHI removed]. The office visit that I had with my daughter was great. Now, another complaint that you have is, I recently went to the Urgent Care for myself to get a COVID test with my insurance, and the receptionist told me that I needed to pay $125, which was incorrect, and wrong information, because I talked with my Aetna provider and they told me that because of my insurance, that I would not be charged for a COVID test. Now, I was misled by the receptionist and I think that maybe she should be more aware of what kind of insurance

Excellent experience with this Dr since my regular Dr would not see me do to a slight cough I believe the office staff should not go into panic mode when someone mentions a cough. I'm glad for urgent care they took the time and care I needed!!!!!

I think they they should have been a throat culture. I'm still very sick since that day. I never received my covid results. So I don't even know if I have covid or not and it wasn't so much the doctor. It's the fact that I waited 3 hours to get seen. Just a lot of people which is understandable, but I think they should have done a throat culture and made sure still having trouble with my throat and cough and congestion.

I had to wait outside in the cold for 5 hours in front of the hospital (INAUDIBLE) ER entrance. There were many other people too, but 5 hours outside in the cold for 3:15, around 3:15 p.m. to 8 p.m. 8 p.m. (INAUDIBLE) Sorry, that's ridiculous. And was getting cold and everything and nobody was being told when their time would be. It was.. that part was terrible.

I understand there was a lot of people there, but I don't think that that's the reason to... to be rude to... to customers to patients.

We felt very comfortable and I accidentally press the number 2 on the 1st question, but it's actually a 4. So I'm sorry about that. But he was a great doctor and very respectful. Everyone was wonderful and gave great customer service. It felt wonderful not to feel as scared as I normally do when I walk in to see any medical staff. I normally get anxiety attacks and I didn't have that feeling there.

While in the waiting room in Downey, I saw two different staff members (wearing PIH badges) walk by wearing a mask that only covered their mouth, not their nose. I found it very disturbing that the staff at a medical facility were not taking proper health precautions. I first went to the office in Santa Fe. After waiting 20 minutes, I heard someone mention something about a website. I used my phone to look up the office and realized I could see the wait time, which at that time was an hour and a half, whereas the wait time in Downey was only 15 minutes. I canceled my appointment and drove to Downey. I really wish the receptionist in Santa Fe had alerted me of the wait time. By the time I got to Downey, the wait time was up to a half hour, and by the time I got home, I had spent 3 hours trying to keep a sick baby calm from car ride, to waiting room, to car ride, to waiting room, to medical office. It was an awful morning.

The only thing I would say is that the doctor didn't feel my neck or check my lymph nodes to see if there was anything unusual. Which I thought was strange since the test they came back with were negative. I told him that the day before the sore throat started to feel better but the next day it was getting worse. He seemed to run with that notion that it was getting better and that was it. Today my throat is no better.
