Yes, you guys need to validate the parking because it's too far from Billflower. I drove all the way there and I had to pay parking. (name removed) office, they validate the parking. So that's the issue I have with you guys.

Dr. Zhao is amazing. I love her so much. She's a very, very good doctor. She knows a lot about her field. She's very knowledgeable. She's very caring. And she's just a great doctor. The staff there, they're really nice. They take very good care of you. They're very considerate. They listen to you. And the whole staff and the doctor, they're amazing. Very amazing. I love them. The computer system needs to be updated. Im always getting charged more than my copayment. Other than that everything is good.

When i made appointment I was never told to check in downstairs and that caused me to no see the doc I understand he has a schedule to keep so I was seen by a np and my time is valuable and it was for nothing. I didn't get seen by a doc that I paid for which was 50 dollars and have to go back and be seen by my primary to start over again and take more time off of work and spend more money yes the office did see me but after I was there for half an hour I was late and called and was told I have a 15 min grace period and then told I won't be seen proceeded to leave and was called when in parking lot because of a cancelation to be seen...sorry but nothing was done for me as a.patient I was a new patient ans called the office numerous times that day and never told to check in downstairs

Yuan Zhao is very thorough in her review of labs. We talk about how I'm feeling and things to look out for. For example; she reviewed my bone density test and how it showed a slight decrease. Not enough that I need to take meds but I am to let her know if I suffer a fracture. We also discuss further care and potential testing. There have been times she has reached out to other doctors for review and sent messages to my Rheumatologist for discusion. She is a breathe of fresh air and appears to care about her patients. It is appreciated. Thank you.

Waited 30 minutes in the room to be seen by provider. Not the first time she "is running behind" Office staff needs to work on themselves.

Parking is difficult. You need more handicap parking. I am disabled and ended up late due to looking accessible parking. Why do you have disabled parking by a locked door. I am sure that is not ADA compliant.

I appreciate Yuan's guidance to help reset my health goal after not being able to follow up on appointments earlier this year. Yuan cares for her patients and I was reminded of that when she commented that she was glad that I came back and that the PIH team is here for me.

NP Zhao explained everything in detail and also that I could understand it. She gave me a big peace of mind. About 10 minutes after I left the office, she called me on the phone and gave me more information about my condition.

To begin with, it is a real time to get to make an appointment. I last seen Dr. Zhao, I can't pronounce your name, but the last time I saw this back in August, and after that, I tried reaching her. I could not reach. And so I didn't see her until that tells you how difficult it was to get through. I had to personally drive down to make an appointment. The phone system is loudly, that's an understatement and it happened for years. Okay. Even since the time I want to bellow the end of the department and want to battle. It was still the same. It has been approved. I don't know what it is. It's me more staff on the phone line, but I'm very, very disappointed. So when I said, would I refer someone to this office? No. That office in general just to get through. No.

My only complaint about the office is how long it takes to get them on the phone. It took me one week to get my Rx filled. One time it was 183 minutes before my call could be answered.

Dr. Zhao is really great. I see her at the Bloomfield location. The staff is really fantastic too and very happy with the service. This is (PHI removed).

The doctor was fine. But I started on medicare this month and had told the office a few months back about going to Medicare. Being a diabetic I read everything that is covered and not covered. While now I cannot get my sensor, or prescription without paying because the doctor or staff did not submit the proper paperwork to Medicare or medtronic. So now I will have to pay out of pocket until the office submits the correct paperwork. That is why I would not recommend the office to family or friends. If fact I have been going to pih for over 30 years and have always had the option to go wherever I want for medical and I still do after purchasing plan g. Never thought about transferring to another doctor or company but I am thi nking about it now

I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Zhao. She is knowledgeable and friendly. I do not like your telephone system. It takes forever to get a call back. Also, her staff messed up my prescription several times and it took me more than two weeks to finally get it correct. The doctor had to turn that new prescription in and that is the one that was accepted.

Because they only focus on one illness when they have another to worry about. They ask me to exercise when I have knee problems, and I don't ask about this at all. Because I always have to change my diet and that way I'll be healthy. I am 65 years old and I am retired, not because I want to, but because I have been on diets for two years, and that doesn't solve my problem. I need to work. I can't live on what the system helps me with. Please, I would like you to check my knee so I can move. Thank you for your attention to this request. See you later.

This was the first time I met Yuan, she was very attentive explained my labs. She advised how to better my results and she answered all my questions. I hope she stays around for a long time I really like the way she explained and advised to better my health.
